Judicial report: SPEEDY KAZZA (JT McInerney) successfully completed a box trial under Rule 72.13 at the conclusion of the meeting following turning in the starting boxes in Race 11.

Race 1	ADDED ENERGY WELCOME - C0 - 390	COSMIC ECHO was slow to begin. Approaching the bend MASTER AT ARMS was galloped on from behind by SANDI CLAWS, then SANDI CLAWS was struck by ROSE BOW. ROSE BOW continued to shift inwards checking COSMIC ECHO with the trailing PUKEKO RAPTOR also receiving a check. SANDI CLAWS ran outwards rounding the bend forcing COSMIC GALAXY wider on the track.
Race 2	CENTRAL WATER CARRIERS - C1 - 390	BAKE BEAN BETTY was checked when MIGHTY FORTUNE shifted inwards approaching the bend.MIGHTY FORTUNE which had shifted wider on the track in the home straight was struck from behind by SHADOW WOLF.
Race 3	www.southlandgreyhounds.co.nz - C1 - 390	SHEEZA FLOWER, IONA BRIGHTSPARK and NEW INGILL TAB all made contact on the bend with SHEEZA FLOWER and IONA BRIGHTSPARK losing momentum. NO LANE which was leading into the bend ran wide. After the race NO LANE was examined by the on course veterinarian.
Race 4	ASCOT PARK HOTEL - C2 - 390	From the jump and in the run to the turn HOMEBUSH CHURRO lost ground when tightened between BLACK TANK and OPAWA RUFUS.
Race 5	BRENDON BURKE @ FIRST NATIONAL - C2/3 - 390	All clear.
Race 6	SGRC $50 LEATHER LEADS - C2/3 - 390	CAWBOURNE HEIDI was held up by THEOKOLES and MY LITTLE OAH when running out of racing room approaching the bend. CAWBOURNE HEIDI shifted ground outwards approaching the home straight. THEOKOLES and CAWBOURNE HEIDI both made contact in the home straight.
Race 7	SGRC $26 FIVE WIRE MUZZLE STAKES - C4/5 - 390	ROSCA and PRINCELY DOLLAR both made contact just after the start with PRINCELY DOLLAR losing its momentum. Racing into the bend ADMIRE shifted inwards forcing MATTI OAH onto the heels of JUMPIN' JULIA. ROSCA struck BOTANY PRANCER shortly afterwards with BOTANY PRANCER becoming unbalanced.
Race 8	100% SELECTRIX - C2 - 457	PARTY ROCK shifted inwards just prior to the bend with COVER TO COVER being placed in restricted room before shifting ground. .
Race 9	WILLY'S FLOORING LTD - C1 - 457	MISS ISABELLA jumped awkwardly losing several lengths at the start. MOON AND SEA was also slow to begin. Authorisation of all placings was withheld until the Stewards had viewed a replay of the start to ensure that MISS ISABELLA had not been denied a fair start or had turned in the boxes. After viewing the replays the Stewards were satisfied MISS ISABELLA had been slow to begin on its own accord and the all clear was given.
Race 10	SOUTHLAND & OTAGO PHOTO FINISH - C4/5 - 457	PRETTY GOOD checked off the heels of ANOTHER COLT when tightened for room rounding the bend.
Race 11	COLORMARK SYSTEMS LTD - C2/3 - 457	SPEEDY KAZZA slipped as the boxes opened after turning in the boxes losing all chance. OPAWA WALLY raced wider on the track on the turn after making contact with DYNA GROLL. Authorisation of all placings were withheld until the Stewards had viewed a replay of the start to ensure SPEEDY GAZZA had not been denied a fair start. Until viewing the replays the Stewards were satisfied SPEEDY GAZZA had turned in the boxes causing it to jump awkwardly losing its chance. Pursuant to Rule 72.13 SPEEDY GAZZA was stood down until it completes a box trial satisfactorily on one occasion.
Race 12	justracing.com.au - C4 - 390	Racing into the bend MAGIC YOU shifted inwards tightening JENNINGS inwards onto NERD CORNER which was checked. MISS SWEET which was racing inside NERD CORNER was unable to avoid NERD CORNER and galloped on NERD CORNER with both these runners losing all chance. MISS SWEET and NERD CORNER were both subject to a veterinary examination following this race.
