Track: Good The track was presented in very good order and maintained to a high standard throughout the meeting which proceeded smoothly and concluded at the scheduled time.

Judicial report: KNOCKA OFF TIME completed a satisfactory trial which was required under the provisions of Rule 81.1

Race 1	Absolutely Electrical C0 - C0 - 520	TEPIRITA TUITEKA was slow to begin and settled back. COOL HEIR shifted in soon after the start and checked BILLY HOLMES which went back to the rear. MIGHTY BAXTER shifted in on the first bend and checked TEPIRITA TUITEKA and KING'S LEGACY which both lost ground, going back to near the rear. TEPIRITA TUITEKA drifted off the back of the field over the final stages, was observed to be short in its galloping action and finished several lengths last. He was referred to the Vet for assessment.
Race 2	Harrison Hire Master C0 Heat 1 - C0q - 305 Heat 1	SNUFFALOPOGAS was a little slow to begin losing a length. ALMOST GOT IT led into the first corner but appearedto have difficulty negotiating the bend but held the lead to win the race. SNUFFALOPOGAS and WHERE'S RICAN jostled together in the home straight and they both lost some momentum.
Race 3	J P Print, Petone C0 Heat 2 - C0q - 305 Heat 2	HOOK EM started from box1 and was tightened against the rail on the first corner and fell and was referred to the Vet for assessment. RUTHLESS galloped on the heels of SUMMERTIME BOBBY going into the bend and they both lost ground and finished well back. THUNDER TIME led going into the first corner but ran wide on the bend and into the straight and this possibly cost him the chance of winning instead of finishing 2nd.
Race 4	Guthrie Bowron C0 Heat 3 - C0q - 305 Heat 3	ALAMEIN DREAM began awkwardly losing three lengths. CRAZY KATIE shifted in abruptly from the start, collided with ONE EAR POISED and they settled at the rear and stayed back throughout.
Race 5	Gary Ross Decorator C0 Heat 4 - C0q - 305 Heat 4	TARRYN'S PRIDE was slow to begin losing three lengths but made up ground well to finish in 3rd place. ELLO ELLE , HOMEBUSH CHURRO and KIRIBATI GIRL jostled for a few strides soon after the start. HOMEBUSH CHURRO shifted in going to the first corner crowding BOOT THE CASH who resisted the pressure and shifted out hampering HOMEBUSH CHURRO and KIRIBATI GIRL and all three dogs lost three lengths.
Race 6	Palamountains Nutrition C1 - C1 - 520	General tightening going into the first corner resulted in checks to UNO GREEN, BOTANY KEVIN and RIJEKA and they all lost ground and stayed back for the remainder of the race.
Race 7	Mickey's Super Liquor C1 - C1 - 305	OPAWA PRINCE shifted in and crowded MORNING LIGHT going into the first corner and MORNING LIGHT went back onto SYDENHAM SAM and they both lost ground.. Soon after, YEAH NAH and CAWBOURNE BROOKE bumped together and ran wide into the bend.
Race 8	Broad Roofing C1 - C1 - 305	KATE ROSE was handy going to the first corner but was checked and went back onto CULLEN'S IMPACT and JOLOKIA and all three lost ground. TENKAY DOWN went to the lead by a length on the bend but eased and was headed by KIWI RANGER. TENKAY DOWN then proceeded to race again to win the event. He was referred to the Vet for assessment and stood down for 10 days with tricep muscle pain and is also required to complete a satisfactory trial .
Race 9	Crombie Lockwood (NZ) Ltd C1 - C1 - 305	BLAIR NINETY was checked going to the first corner and went back onto ANOTHER STREET with both dogs losing ground.
Race 10	Renown Bakery C1 - C1 - 305	SECTIONED was a little slow to begin losing two lengths but made up ground well to finish in 2nd place. KING'S MISTRESS and GHOST CHIPS lost ground on the first corner and they finished in the last two places.
Race 11	Wanganui Security C1 - C1 - 520	SUMMER TENSION was bumped from the inside by UNO CHARM on the home turn and she lost two lengths and finished in last place.
Race 12	The Rock 95.2FM C1 - C1 - 305	BLACK MERCEDES was slow to begin losing two lengths. SISAL and INNER BEAUTY bumped on the first corner and INNER BEAUTY lost three lengths and stayed back to finish in last place.
Race 13	Box 9 Catering C1 - C1 - 305	NINA BE GOOD, BLUE RUSH and FLOSSY HAKA came together and bumped approaching the home straightand they all lost ground and finished in the last three places.
Race 14	Keenan Concrete C1 - C1 - 520	AMY WINEGLASS was slow to begin and she then raced wide throughout covering considerable extra ground and finished in last place. BOTANY SEATON and OTEWA BELLA bumped twice going into the first bend and OTEWA BELLA lost several lengths in the incidents.
Race 15	Mid Winter Christmas At The Races 5 &12 July C1 - C1 - 305	All clear.
Race 16	Wanganui Jockey Club C1 - C1 - 305	BLACK HENNESSY was checked back to the rear going to the first corner. NELLY FLAHERTY went off stride going into the bend, ran wide forcing BLACK HENNESSY over extra ground and NELLY FLAHERTY finished several lengths last and was referred to the Vet for assessment.
