BEADMAN (5) ran wide into the bend and lost more ground on the home turn when maintaining his wide line. PUKEKO RAPTOR also ran wide on the bend when well back. |

MY LITTLE OAH (4) checked off the back of SMASH AMEGO (2) into the bend and checked THRILLING CLOVER (3) as a result. CLAREMONT PIZZAZ angled outwards on the turn checking THRILLING CLOVER and SMASH AMEGO. |

Into the bend WARRUGAL SPRINGS (6) ran inwards and made heavy contact with MISS ISABELLA (4) and dropped out to a clear last. PUKEKO EXPRESS was knocked sideways in this incident and lost ground. WARRUGAL SPRINGS was referred to the vet for assessment. |
