Judicial report: Trainer G CLEEVE was fined $100.00 under rule 69.11 in accordance with the minor infringement table when he presented KNOW SOLUTION ( Race 7) to race 1.6kg under the last recorded race weight on 10 May 2013 .
JACK'S A JEWEL ( C & D Roberts) completed 10 clear races without an indiscretion , with the stand down for failure to pursue now cancelled.
Handler J SHAW was charged with failing to catch as arranged in Race 10 under Rule 71.4 and fined $50.00 in accordance with the minor infringement table.

Race 1	Super Pets Maiden Heat - C0q - 520 Heat 1	OPAWA LAUREN(7) and VOREDA(8) were both slow to begin. CAWBOURNE POLLY(2) was bumped and unbalanced shortly after the start. Rounding the first turn VOREDA (8) was unbalanced and lost momentum when shifted wider on the track by inside runners. Racing into the final bend VOREDA (8) lost all chance when checked between CAWBOURNE POLLY (2) and BUBLIN JED (6) .
Race 2	David Emerson Consultancy Sprint - C0 - 295	DRIP DRY OCEAN (7) was very slow to begin. GO PATCH (5) was slow to begin. SUM ARE FUN (1) checked off runners into the first bend losing all chance. DRIP DRY OCEAN (7) ran very wide into the bend .
Race 3	Thursday Place Pick Dash - C0 - 295	IVA CUNNING PLAN (1) and PEP'S POT (8) were both slow to begin . In the run to the turn OKUKU MUPPET(5) , SLINGO(2) and STARBURST BENNY(6) were all checked to varying degrees when inconvenienced by IVA CUNNING PLAN(1) which shifted outwards.
Race 4	Shirley Vet Clinic Sprint - C1 - 295	EL MAESTRO(2) and TRUE CLASSIC(9) jostled shortly after the start when back. TRUE CLASSIC(9) ran wide rounding the bend.
Race 5	Super Pets Maiden Heat - C0q - 520 Heat 2	OPAWA JAKE (5) and PAT PATTY(6) jostled shortly after the start with OPAWA JAKE(5) losing momentum as a result. Rounding the first bend ILLYA KURYAKIN(4)shifted outwards and hampered PAT PATTY(6).
Race 6	Garrard's Horse & Hound Sprint - C0 - 295	FANTAS FICTION (6) was very slow to begin. CHARLIE'S PAL (8) was slow to begin. MULBERRY MACRO(3) was jostled off inside runners shortly after the start. WITCH WOOD ROSE (1) and HOT TEA (4) were unbalanced for a short distance when coming together and making firm contact when racing into the first bend .
Race 7	Super Pets Maiden Heat - C0q - 520 Heat 3	CHOOSE TO LOVE (2) was checked when MR JIMMY (3) jumped inwards at the start. HOMEBUSH JULIAN (7) was slow to begin .KNOW SOLUTION (5) and HOMEBUSH JULIAN(7) jostled for some distance racing into the first bend when well back. OPAWA LEANNE(4) ran wide rounding the first bend and continued to race wide throughout from this point .
Race 8	Chris & LIsa Earl Dash - C2 - 295	The start of this event was delayed two minutes on request from Race Day Control . WUNYA(2) and CAWBOURNE FLIPPA (3) came together shortly after the start. GENISTA OUTLAW (6) and NITRO MABEL(7) jostled for some distance when racing into the first bend when well back in the field.
Race 9	christchurchgreyhounds.co.nz Dash - C1 - 295	Shortly after the start NOISY LEO (1) shifted outwards from the rail and severely hampered GYPSY HUNTER(2) which was racing in tight quarters. NOISY LEO (1) continued to shift outwards and hampered BOTANY SEATON(5) which lost momentum as a result.
Race 10	Yella Mustard At Stud Stakes - C2 - 520	SPEEDY KAZZA(8) was slow to begin . JINJA POP (2) was hampered shortly after the start. SPEEDY KAZZA(8) was forced wider on the track rounding the first bend when inside runners shifted outwards, the trailing ROCKY BAXTER lost momentum as a result .
Race 11	Flair Dash - C2 - 295	KNOW PRIDE (2) was very slow to begin. Shortly after the start OKUKU BOBO(8) shifted inwards and hampered TWO WAYS (5) which lost momentum. OKUKU BOBO(8) continued on an inwards movement and made firm contact and checked RULE JUDGE JUDY(9) which lost all chance.
Race 12	Speight's Sprint - C2 - 295	WAIMAK DAVE (3) was slow to begin. FIREMAN'S ROCKET(4) shifted in on jumping and made contact with JACK'S A JEWEL(2). Shortly after JACK'S A JEWEL (2) shifted outwards and jostled with WAIMAK DAVE for some distance , the trailing HOMEBUSH CRUDEN(7) was checked as a result . AVERSION (8) ran wide rounding the bend.
