Track: Good The track was presented in good order and with all equipment functioning well, the meeting proceeded smoothly and concluded at the advertised time.

Health and Safety comment: Nil

Judicial report: Trainer P.Blanche admitted a breach of Rule 64.2 in that she presented the wrong dog for kennelling in race one and as a result FANTASTIC ANNA was a late scratching. Mrs Blanche was fined $ 100-00 under the Minor Infringement Table and FANTASTIC ANNA was stood down for 28 days under Rule 64.5.
Trainer M.Goodwin was Fined $ 100-00 under the Minor Infringement Table for a breach of Rule 69.11 when SECTIONED was presented 1.7 kilograms down in weight from its last start on 15.05.2013.
EUREKA IZMIR which was scratched from Auckland on 26.05.13 with a tricep muscle injury, was presented again today and further examined at the Stewards request and the Vet confirmed that the dog was still suffering from a tricep muscle injury.
Several runners from both the Northern and Southern areas were scratched without penalty due to transport difficulties associated with the very cold conditions over the last couple of days.

Race 1	Absolutely Electrical C0 - C0 - 305	The start was delayed for some time when GENIA HAKA proved very difficult to load. GENIA HAKA then turned in the boxes losing all chance and finished some distance behind the other runners and is now required to complete a box trail under the provisions of Rule 72 .13 before next starting in a race. SNUFFALOPOGAS and HOLD UP HARRY were both slow to begin losing two lengths. WHERE'S RICAN and CHARLIE'S PAL bumped together on the bend and CHARLIE'S PAL went back onto ELLO ELLE who also lost ground. A few strides further on HOLD UP HARRY checked off the back of CHARLIE'S PAL and lost ground.
Race 2	Harrison Hire Master C0 - C0 - 305	LOOPTASTIC was slow to begin losing two lengths. RUTHLESS and HOMEBUSH SMOKE came together going into the bend and both lost ground. LOOPTASTIC was also bumped in the incident and they stayed back to finish in the last three places.
Race 3	J P Print, Petone C0 - C0 - 520	TARRYN'S PRIDE made firm contact with the rail going into the first bend, bounced off and collided with HUNTED who was pushed wide and lost three lengths and they stayed back to finish at the rear. TARRYN'S PRIDE was referred to the Vet for assessment and cleared of injury.
Race 4	Guthrie Bowron C0 - C0 - 305	TEPIRITA JAZIL slipped its collar and ran loose prior to the stirrup but was quickly captured, examined by the Vet and cleared fit to race. TEPIRITAJAZIL shifted out abruptly at the start and checked SHEZA WHAT WHAT, COYOTE CAUGHT YA and UNO CHARM who all lost ground with UNO CHARM the most affected. ONE EAR POISED shifted out when racing at the rear going into the bend and caused checks to UNO CHARM and GO RUSSEL GO and they lost ground and finished in the last three places.
Race 5	Gary Ross Decorator C1 - C1 - 305	SEDGEBROOK LAD and THRILLING MIGHT were slow to begin. THRILLING MIGHT recovered to make up ground and finished 2nd but SEDGEBROOK LAD stayed back and finished in 2nd last place. HOMEBUSH RICK shifted in going to the first corner and caused checks to ALAMEIN RIP, SWISS ALPS and MISS FOXY MINX. Several strides further on, ALAMEIN RIP shifted out and checked MISS FOXY MINX which lost several lengths and went back to the rear.
Race 6	Renown Bakery C1 - C1 - 520	INNER BEAUTY shifted out and BIGTIME TIP shifted in going into the first bend and this resulted in checks to both those runners and also to ALAMEIN JAH and UNO GREEN which were racing in between the first two mentioned dogs.
Race 7	Palamountains Nutrition C1 - C1 - 305	EXACT MASTER shifted out from the start and bumped with GO WITH IT. EXACT MASTER was checked going into the bend when awkwardly placed between runners and then on the home turn, KUROHARA shifted out over the heels of GO WITH IT and forced EXACT MASTER and GHOST CHIPS very wide on the track.
Race 8	Mickey's Super Liquor C1 - C1 - 305	OPAWA MIATA was a little slow to begin and then MARJANSHAR ran wide into the bend forcing OPAWA MIATA wide and they both covered extra ground and finished at the rear.
Race 9	NZRS Novice Final C0-1 - NZRSf - 520	All clear.
Race 10	Broad Roofing C1 - C1 - 305	RUNS LIKE AL and ANOTHER STREET were slow to begin losing two lengths.
Race 11	NZRS Novice Final C0-1 - NZRSf - 520	QUEEN ROWDY shifted in from the start and hampered FASTBACK KING and ROCKY BAXTER and they raced in tight formation for several strides. THRILLING ZOOM shifted out from the rail going into the first bend and this resulted in further tightening to ROCKY BAXTER, QUEEN ROWDY and FASTBACK KING.
Race 12	Crombie Lockwood (NZ) Ltd C1 - C1 - 305	ARMOUR, SUPREME SHELLEEN and DOUBLE TAPP were all checked going into the bend losing three lengths and they stayed back to finish in the last three places.
Race 13	Box 9 Catering C1 - C1 - 520	JAG YOU ARE , PANDEMONIUM PAWS and KIWI RANGER jostled together for several strides going to the first corner and eventually JAG YOU ARE and PANDEMONIUM PAWS checked losing ground and went back to the rear.
Race 14	Wanganui Security C1 Final - C1f - 305	CAWBOURNE ANNA shifted out going into the bend and caused checks to JAGER, CAWBOURNE TOBES and WORKING CAMARADE and they went back to the rear and stayed there for the remainder of the race.
Race 15	Keenan Concrete C1 - C1 - 520	UNO ORANGE was tightened between runners soon after the start and went back to the rear.
Race 16	The Rock 95.2FM C2 Final - C2f - 305	SHANGHAI SAM shifted in going into the bend and checked TAWNY PORT which almost fell and lost several lengths. Soon after, OKUKU WEE MAN checked off the heels of KANGO KLINK and shifted out making contact with YOUR ON FIRE and they both lost several lengths.
