Health and Safety comment: A burst water main around the Addington area caused some loss of water to areas of the course early in the day but this was fixed in time for races to continue.

Judicial report: Trainers Josh Lane and Andy McCook were both warned in relation to the late kennelling of their respective runners and informed that a repeat would result in a charge being laid. Trainer John Holdem advised Stewards that due to a puncture he would be late for kennelling. Trainers are reminded that the kennelling times (including split kennelling) should be adhered to in order to ensure the smooth running of the raceday. If unable to make these times Stewards should be contacted in advance. Handler Kylie Bonnett was fined $50.00 as per the Minor Infringements Table after admitting a breach of Rule 71.4 when she failed to catch a dog in Race 9 as arranged.

Race 1	Super Pets Sprint - C1 - 295	CAWBOURNE BARB (3) was last to jump. This bitch then ran outwards into the bend and lost ground when attempting to improve.
Race 2	Happy Birthday Andy McCook Sprint - C0 - 295	HOMEBUSH JULIAN (1) and SHY AS (5) were the slowest from the traps. IVA CUNNING PLAN (2) checked outwards off the back of CHARLIE'S PAL (8) in the back straight pushing ALL FOR ONE (6) wider on the track.
Race 3	Little Brown Jug Stakes - C0 - 520	BUBLIN JED (5) and OPAWA ROYAL (6) were the slowest from the traps. Into the first bend ROSE BOW (1) ran outwards and was dragged down by WAGON WHEEL (4) with this pair dropping to the rear.
Race 4	Buy Sell & Exchange Dash - C0 - 295	GO PATCH was hard to box in this event with this dog boxing first in his immediate starts. JOEY'S SECRET (4) and GO PATCH (5) were the last to jump. Into the bend JOEY'S SECRET ran outwards checking GROOVY LEO (7) with both runners losing ground. On the bend JOEY'S SECRET continued her outwards movement with GROOVY LEO and ANOTHER ANOTHER (8) both being badly inconvenienced and this trio losing their chances.
Race 5	Yella Mustard At Stud Sprint - C0 - 295	CHARLES FREDRICK (7) and FANTAS FICTION (8) were the last to jump. CHARLES FREDRICK got on heels into the bend and lost ground. MULBERRY MACRO (3) ran wide on the home turn and lost ground.
Race 6	Shirley Vet Clinic Sprint - C2 - 295	WUNYA (8) was last to jump. WANDY FEATHER (3) ran inwards in the back straight tightening NITRO MABEL (2) and RULE JUDGE JUDY (1). This trio were again tightened into the bend with NITRO MABEL flicking the rail and losing ground.
Race 7	Kolorful Kanvas Stakes Heat - C1q - 520 Heat 1	CHILL OUT RALPH (3) was last to jump. CHEVY CHEVELLE (4) ran outwards on the first bend clipping the back of QUE TEE PIX (8) and falling with CLINTON BAXTER (7) unable to avoid her and also falling. CHILL OUT RALPH was inconvenienced in behind these runners. CLINTON BAXTER was referred to the vet for assessment.
Race 8	Kolorful Kanvas Stakes Heat - C1q - 520 Heat 2	OPAWA WALLY (4) and JINJA JAM (5) were the last pair on jumping. GEE CEE BEE (1) was dragged down from behind into the first bend and shifted outwards as a result with CAWBOURNE KESHA (3) and FLIRTATION WALK (6) being forced over extra ground. On the home turn OPAWA WALLY angled outwards pushing CAWBOURNE KESHA wider on the track.
Race 9	Kolorful Kanvas Stakes Heat - C1q - 520 Heat 3	NOISY LEO (3) ran outwards in the early stages making solid contact with WYNDHAM (5) who dropped to the rear. On the first bend CANDY BELLE (4) ran outwards pushing NOISY LEO wider around that bend.
Race 10	Angler's Arms Tavern Dash - C2 - 295	WHERE'S ROBYN (7) ran outwards at dispatch checking LACHIE'S LAD (8). In the early stages MORE BETTER (2) angled outwards as WANDY MILLAH (4) ran inwards resulting in ANOTHER STAR (3) being tightened in between this pair. AVERSION (6) ran outwards into the bend checking LACHIE'S LAD.
Race 11	Kolorful Kanvas Stakes Heat - C1q - 520 Heat 4	BOTANY KEVIN (5) and SECRET SARAH (6) were the last to jump. SHALANA STAR (8) crossed the face of the field in the early stages checking HEAR HARE HERE (4) who lost ground. BOTANY KEVIN was checked from behind into the first bend. SECRET SARAH ran wide on the first bend. On the home turn PAROLE TO EXCEL (2) received a check and dropped to the rear as JET EVEN (3) angled outwards.
Race 12	Dave Robbie Photographer Sprint - C2 - 295	TURBO TUNDRA (1), WAIMAK DAVE (7) and ARKADEN (8) were all slow to jump. ROXY RASCAL (3) ran inwards in the initial stages dictating the line of CAWBOURNE FLIPPA (2) for some distance. MAKE YOUR POINT (5) gave ground into the bend with TURBO TUNDRA having to check wide around this runner and ARKADEN being forced very wide.
Race 13	Hurunui Hotel Dash - C1 - 295	KNOW CHARITY (2) was last to jump. MIGHTY MONICA (7) ran straight to the rail at dispatch causing disruption in behind with PHIL WART (5), HOMEBUSH LIMBO (4), HOMEBUSH CRUZ (3) and LAUDABLE (1) all losing their chances. LAUDABLE hit the rail but was found to be free of injury.
Race 14	Addington Events Centre Sprint - C1 - 295	JET TO MARS (2) and HOMEBUSH CRUDEN (4) were last to jump. SHEEZA FLOWER (5) ran outwards in the back straight checking AVEC LAMOUR (6) and WANDY GAYLENE (7). Into the bend FULLA PRIDE (1) angled outwards with JET TO MARS and HOMEBUSH CRUDEN losing more ground finishing well back.
Race 15	Speight's Dash - C1 - 295	ATTACK WIDE (5) was last to jump. TEPIRITA CHARGER (6) ran inwards checking ARE TEE MAY (4) in the back straight. Into the bend TEPIRITA CHARGER angled outwards pushing YAPSTER JEWEL (8) wider on the track.
