Judicial report: Under the Minor Infringement Table, J.T.McInerney the Trainer of CAWBOURNE ANNA was fined $ 150-00 under Rule 88.1 o when the dog was a late scratching from race 3. This may have occurred due to a misunderstanding between the Marton and Darfield kennels.

Race 1	McAndrews Menswear (Petone) C4 - C4 - 305	SAFE AND SECURE was slow to begin and settled back but made up ground well over the final stages for 4th place. MEGA UPLOAD checked off the back of HOMEBUSH DOMINO on the bend and shifted out to race wide into the home straight. A few strides further on HOMEBUSH LIGNITE checked off the back of EMMA MARIE and lost two lengths.
Race 2	Brownzy Sports Bar North Shore NZ Futurity Ht 1 (Group 2) - R/Aq - 520 Heat 1	OPAWA SWEDE was the slowest to begin and was then involved in jostling with WONNIE WONDER and LOCHINVAR SONIC going into the first corner. BROOKLYN HOPE was also affected in the incident and they all lost ground and finished in the last four places.
Race 3	Red Snapper Seafoods (ChCh) C1 - C1 - 520	TWIN TIGERS and RIJEKA bumped together soon after the start losing a little momentum and a few strides further on, TWIN TIGERS and BIG GIRL WELSHY also bumped . BIG GIRL WELSHY shifted in going into the final bend and hampered BABY JAMES who lost ground.
Race 4	Brownzy Sports Bar North Shore NZ Futurity Ht 2(Group 2) - R/Aq - 520 Heat 2	PINK BOUQUET shifted out and bumped with THRILLING LOGIC soon after the start and she then shifted in abruptly making firm contact with the rail with a circuit to run and she stayed beck to finish last. PINK BOUQUET was referred to the Vet for assessment.
Race 5	Anglo Upholsterers (Seaview) C5 - C5 - 305	HYPOTENTIAL was the slowest to begin but capitalized on jostling which was occurring further out and quickly made up ground and went on to win. DARLEK KHAN shifted out from the start and APPLEY ROAD shifted in which resulted in ENAZUMA, CALL ME RALPH, DONKEY DEEP and KINETIC RIO all being checked and losing varying amounts of ground.
Race 6	Brownzy Sports Bar North Shore NZ Futurity Ht 3 (Group 2) - R/Aq - 520 Heat 3	CHARLIE'S CHOICE, BACKYARD BULLY and BIGTIME LATTE were all a little slow to begin and were the last three going into the first corner. CHARLIE'S CHOICE was improving going into the final bend but galloped on the back of OSTAPCHUK who went back to the rear and CHARLIE'S CHOICEwas also hampered in the incident. Soon after, BACKYARD BULLY was also checked losing two lengths.
Race 7	B & P Engineering ( Upper Hutt) C5 - C5 - 520	ANOTHER BREEZE shifted in abruptly soon after the start and forced ATE TO MUCH in onto LACHLAN'S CASH and they both lost a little ground.
Race 8	Brownzy Sports Bar North Shore NZ Futurity Ht 4 (Group 2) - R/Aq - 520 Heat 4	YALDHURST EDWARD and SPEED LEGEND were both a little slow to begin and settled back. SPEED LEGEND and JINJA POWER were both bumped going into the first bend and lost momentum. YALDHURST EDWARD checked off the back of MAHALO RHODE going into the back straight and lost four lengths.
Race 9	Brownzy Sports Bar North Shore NZ Futurity Ht 5 (Group 2) - R/Aq - 520 Heat 5	NONU NONU BOOM, CAWBOURNE JOCK and EL JETTA came together and jostled soon after the start and NONU NONU BOOM then made contact with the hind quarters of KIKI RHODE and OPAWA NO EAR who were both hampered. OPAWA NO EAR and CAWBOURNE JOCK collided at the rear of the field on the first bend and lost four lengths and soon after, THRILLING GLORY was checked and went back onto EL JETTA and FANCY DASHER who both lost several lengths.
Race 10	Glasshouse Bar ( Upper Hutt) Premier Sprint C5 Ht 1 - C5q - 305 Heat 1	VICKI'S QUEST shifted in from the start and bumped with MIRAGE and they settled back. MIRAGE was referred to the Vet for assessment when observed to have a bleeding toe nail. ROSEMORE OSTI led into the bend but was checked from behind by COSMIC PEARL losing five lengths. Soon after, BOB'S YOUR UNCLE galloped on the back of ANOTHER HIT and lost several lengths and finished in last place.
Race 11	Brownzy Sports Bar North Shore NZ Futurity Ht 6 (Group 2) - R/Aq - 520 Heat 6	OPAWA JED began a little awkwardly and settled at the rear. THANKS CHARLIE shifted in going into the back straight and checked OPAWA JED which lost four lengths. INDI RHODE w.as checked going into the final bend losing three lengths.
Race 12	Glasshouse Bar (Upper Hutt) Premier Sprint C5 Ht 2 - C5q - 305 Heat 2	General tightening going to the first corner resulted in WATERBUG, STIFF and WILD PUNTING being shuffled back to the rear where they stayed for the remainder of the race and filled the last three places.
