Judicial report: QUIET SNORT (J Allen) completed a Satisfactory Trial as required by Rule 81. The post-mortem of BIGTIME ALLGO that died after his race last Tuesday at Southland revealed that the dog had suffered from idiosyncratic ventricular fibrillation, when the rhythm of the heart speeds up to a point where there is insufficient time for normal filling of the heart chambers, resulting in death. As a result Stewards determined that no further action was deemed necessary.

Race 1	Otago Maiden Feature Final - C0f - 310	ZAHRA (9) lost ground into the bend and then was badly dragged down losing her paws and shifting to the outside terminating the chances of SUPREME SHELLEEN (5) and MASTER AT ARMS (1) at this point. HOMEBUSH ENVY (6) also received a check and lost ground in this incident.
Race 2	Happy Birthday Murray Hill Sprint - C0 - 310	GO PATCH (1) was very awkwardly away settling a clear last with FLIRT WITH ME (3) and ROB'S MATE (4) also settling well back. CHARLIE'S PAL (6) was tightened into the bend and lost ground. FLIRT WITH ME then angled outwards in order to find racing room pushing CHARLIE'S PAL and CHASE THE STARS (8) very wide with this trio losing their chances. JACK'S A JEWEL (7) ran inwards in the home straight bumping with SWAPAN (2) on two occasions. Stewards viewed the head on replay of the home straight to establish that JACK'S A JEWEL had not made muzzle contact with SWAPAN when these dogs came together.
Race 3	Keyosk Service Bar Sprint - C1 - 310	RUMBALL AND ICE (2) and the favourite KNOW PRIDE (4) were the last from the traps. JET TO MARS (3) ran outwards into the bend pushing MIGHTY FORTUNE (8) and KNOW PRIDE very wide with this trio losing ground.
Race 4	www.greyhoundsaspets.org.nz - C0 - 545	GIRL PRIDE (7) angled inwards in the early stages causing a check to MASSAGE ONLY (5) who dropped to the rear. OKUKU MUPPET (4) ran very wide into the first bend when racing in a handy position losing some ground.
Race 5	Roofing Solutions Stakes - C1 - 545	OPAWA WALLY (5) came up with the lids and settled a clear last. Into the first bend MR. DOZER (3) crossed to the rail and checked ROCKY BAXTER (1) who then shifted outwards checking MISS OZARK (6) and GYPSY HUNTER (8) with this pair losing ground. Shortly after an improving OPAWA WALLY was unable to avoid ROCKY BAXTER and ran sharply outwards causing severe checks to MISS OZARK and PUKEKO EXPRESS (7) with this trio all losing their chances. MISS OZARK was referred to the vet for assessment.
Race 6	St Kilda Veterinary Centre Sprint - C2 - 310	WINSTON WHO (1) and COSMIC BOLERO (3) were the last to jump. DYNA BROWNLOW (4), KNOW FAULT (5) and OKUKU BOBO (6) all jostled for a few strides in the early stages and settled well back.
Race 7	Pryde Engineering Sprint - C3 - 310	DYNAMIC BLACK (4) ran inwards tightening BLACK TRIGGER (1) in the run to the first bend with both dogs losing ground. Into the bend RINGA DING (2) angled outwards placing ELUSIVE DEEJAY (3) in restricted room with this bitch falling. HOMEBUSH COCO (6) and DYNAMIC BLACK both received terminal checks when trying to avoid the fallen runner and lost their chances.
Race 8	Colin Keen Memorial Trophy - C3/4 - 545	DYNA INDIGO (4) was last to jump. HOMEBUSH IRIS (3) was tightened into the first bend and dropped to the rear. DYNA INDIGO and FLYING MOE (5) both ran wide into the first bend when well back. MOLLY PAISLEY (9) checked off the back of WATERVIEW LASS (2) on the first bend and lost momentum. At the entrance to the home straight WATERVIEW LASS and NO UNDIES SUNDY (6) came together for a a stride when vying for the lead and lost momentum. The lure driver was reminded of his obligations in regards to the length in front of the leading dog after the lure was noticed to be in advance of the normal lure length on the home turn.
Race 9	Dunedin Cup - C5f - 545	MAMAJA (4) was last to jump. WODSTON BOBO (1) faltered into the first bend and pulled out of the race with this dog being referred to the vet for assessment. MAGIC LASS (9) was badly checked at this stage.
Race 10	Brocklebanks Dry Cleaners Stakes - C2 - 545	OPAWA BOMB (3) and the favourite RED TYPHOON (6) were last to jump. OPAWA MARG (5) angled outwards checking RED TYPHOON for a stride soon after dispatch. CALM SPIRIT (1) checked outwards off runners into the first bend forcing OPAWA MARG (5) very wide. At the entrance to the back straight BOTANY COMET (2) checked outwards off the back of RED TYPHOON and collided with OPAWA MARG who again lost ground.
Race 11	Roofing Solutions Sprint - C5 - 310	HOMEBUSH MAYHEM (3) ran outwards in the early stages checking HEZA SENSATION (4) who dropped to the rear. Into the bend HOMEBUSH CHOPPER (5) angled inwards pushing kennelmates HOMEBUSH MAYHEM and CAWBOURNE MOFF (1) down to the rail with these dogs losing ground.
Race 12	Racing Again Tuesday May 14th - C4 - 310	This race was delayed by one minute at the request of Raceday Control. DILLMANSTOWN (6) ran outwards at the start checking NEW YORK AFFAIR (7) for a stride. NEW YORK AFFAIR then came together with BENNY'S ANGEL (4) with both dogs losing ground.
Race 21	Non-tote heats - C1q - 310 Heat 1	LIQUORICE WHIP (7) ran inwards soon after dispatch and collided with CAWBOURNE BURN (9) with SEA SPRAY DORIS (6) being tightened in between these runners and losing ground.
Race 22	Non-tote heats - C1q - 310 Heat 2	ZED KAY MAN (7) was last to jump. HOMEBUSH NOS (8) ran inwards in the back straight checking STAR GUN (6) who dropped to the rear. WELLYWOOD (2) checked off the back of FOGGY STORM (1) into the bend and lost momentum. HOMEBUSH NOS was then badly tightened and relegated to the rear.
