Judicial report: Trainer J McInerney was fined under $100.00 as per the Minor Infringements Table after admitting a breach of Rule 69.11 when HOMEBUSH NOS weighed in 1.8kgs under her last race weight on 2 April 2013. The marring endorsement on MULBERRY CATO is now cancelled as per Rule 80.7 this dog having had 10 starts with further endorsement.

Race 1	Super Pets Sprint - C1 - 295	MULBERRY CATO (2) was last to jump with ARE TEE MAY (7) drifting to the rear in the initial stages. HOMEBUSH NOS (4) and MULBERRY CATO came together for a stride in the back straight. SYRIP'S GIRL (1) was checked into the bend and lost ground. Wider out SUMMERLAND KING (8) drifted out and finished last with the connections advising that the dog will be retired as a pet.
Race 2	Chris & Lisa Earl Dash - C0 - 295	FLIRT WITH ME (6) was last to jump. HOMEBUSH DIAMOND (7) ran inwards in the early stages checking FLIRT WITH ME. Into the bend FANFARE (1) angled outwards causing checks to HOMEBUSH DIAMOND and FLIRT WITH ME with this pair losing ground.
Race 3	Coalgate Tavern Stakes - C0 - 520	OPAWA ROYAL (2), POISED BOY (3) and GIRL PRIDE (8) were the last trio to leave the traps. POISED BOY angled outwards into the first bend shifting WAGON WHEEL (6) and GIRL PRIDE wider on the track with this pair losing ground.
Race 4	Kolorful Kanvas Sprint - C0 - 295	FLIRTATION WALK (3), ANOTHER DRINK (5) and HOT TEA (7) were the slowest from the traps. BOTANY JESSIE (2) ran outwards in the back straight causing checks to ANOTHER DRINK and HOT TEA who both lost ground. BOTANY JESSIE then continued to run wide around the bend. Into the bend FLIRTATION WALK was forced wide to obtain racing room finishing on well when clear.
Race 5	Carol's T.A.B. Dash - C0 - 295	GROOVY LEO (5) was a clear last on jumping. In a very roughly run race to the first bend both SWAPAN (7) and SOLE MIO (8) ran inwards with all dogs except HOMEBUSH LIMBO (4) receiving checks to varying degrees. CAWBOURNE BEAU (2) and ANOTHER ANOTHER (3) were the worst affected with GROOVY LEO wider out being inconvenienced as well losing ground. VALLDEMOSSA (1) ran outwards on the home turn causing another check to GROOVY LEO.
Race 6	racingdogs.co.nz Dash - C1 - 295	TEKOA (2) was very slow to jump. MULBERRY BROOK (6) angled inwards in the back straight dictating the line of NOISY LEO (3) for some distance. NOISY LEO then ran outwards into the bend checking MOREPORT SHANNON (5) who lost ground and his chance.
Race 7	I Pave Concrete Stakes - C0 - 520	SCOTSOME POWER (1) and BOTANY KEVIN (3) were last to jump. BOTANY CRAIG (5) angled inwards into the first bend checking SCOTSOME POWER who then ran outwards checking BOTANY KEVIN with this trio settling at the rear.
Race 8	Garrard's Horse & Hound Sprint Final - C1f - 295	KNOW FAULT (8) was last to settle. WANDY GAYLENE (6) ran inwards in the back straight and continued to place pressure on inside runners with the favourite STING ME (4) running out of room and falling. WANDY GAYLENE, TEPIRITA CHARGER (2) and KNOW FAULT were all badly checked in this incident. STING ME recovered his paws and ran strongly to the lure free of injury.
Race 9	Addington Events Centre Stakes - C1 - 520	PSEUDONYM (7) was last to jump. OLYMPIC MEDAL (2) ran outwards at the jump checking ROCKY BAXTER (3). Simultaneously BANK ROLLER (5) angled inwards checking OPAWA ANDREA (4). Into the first bend JINJA JAM (1) ran outwards pushing GYPSY HUNTER (6) outwards on to an improving PSEUDONYM who received a severe check and ran outwards losing a lot of ground.
Race 10	Hampden Tavern Stakes - C1 - 520	CHEVY CHEVELLE (5) angled inwards in the early stages tightening KIN NIKKI (4) who lost ground. At the end of the back straight TEPIRITA DESIRE (7) angled inwards when improving causing tightening to CHEVY CHEVELLE and OPAWA WALLY (6) who both lost ground with KIN NIKKI having to change ground in behind.
Race 11	Dave Robbie Photographer Dash - C2 - 295	WILL EXCITE (2) and WHERE'S JOHN CEE (7) were the last to jump. OHOKA HART (9) received a nasty check into the bend as AVERSION (3) ran outwards with AVERSION himself being dragged down and losing ground. AVERSION continued to run outwards checking GO DOLPHIN POWER (8) on the home turn. Early in the run home WHERE'S JOHN CEE and GO DOLPHIN POWER came together when well back.
Race 12	Speight's Sprint - C2 - 295	NITRO MABEL (7) ran inwards in the initial stages with WUNYA (2) angling outwards resulting in OHOKA BLUE (6), BLONDE TORI (5), OKOTOKS (4) and GENISTA OUTLAW (3) all receiving tightening and losing ground.
