Track: Good The track was presented in a good racing condition with all other equipment working well through out the programme
Scales: Correct at all weights
Health and Safety comment: Nil

Judicial report: Trainer J Dunn advised the Stewards last evening that due to a vehicle breakdown he was going to miss the ferry across Cook straight after providing evidence of this his dogs were scratched with out penalty

WHEYHOUND was stood down under rule 81 to complete a satisfactory trial / for an unsatisfactory ferformance

Race 1	Absolutely Electrical C0 Ht 1 - C0q - 305 Heat 1	Soon after the start ONE EAR POISED ducked outwards checking BOOT THE CASH DIXIE QUEEN INTENSE ZOOM and THRILLING CHAOS Racing to the first turn DIXIE QUEEN came together with INTESE ZOOM with these runners bumping ONE EAR POISED on their outer all these runners were affected in this incident
Race 2	Harrison Hire Master C0 Ht 2 - C0q - 305 Heat 2	Soon after the jump ELLO ELLE ran sharply outwards forcing ALLEGO ROXS on to HOMEBUSH SMOKE and HOLLY LOLLY ALEGO ROXS was forced back in behind ELLO ELLE HOMEBUSH SMOKE ran across on to THIRSTY KELVIN and HOMEBUSH JULIAN resulting in THIRSTY KELVIN being turned sideways forcing HOMEBUSH JULIAN in to making contact with the rail ALLEGRO ROXS and I'M A CATCH came together in to the first turn and both running widest covering a fair amount of extra ground ALLEGR ROXS only battled there after finishing in midfield at the line ALLEGRO ROXS and HOMEBUSH JULIAN were referred to the vet for assessment where no abnormalities were found
Race 3	Guthrie Bowron C0 Ht 3 - C0q - 305 Heat 3	Shortly after the start WHERE'S RICAN raced out to the middle of the track with BLUE SHORTS being forced to check across her heels and run in to COYOTE CAUGHT YA checking this runner wider out LITTLE RASCAL (fav) after being slow away was attempting to make ground around the outer forced SEDGEBROOK GLORY over with BOTANY JESSIE checking off heels back to the rear LITTLE RASCAL had trouble finding clear racing room across the top and ran on well when clear in the home straight for 3rd placing
Race 4	J P Print, Petone C0 Ht 4 - C0q - 305 Heat 4	WHEYHOUND was away well in the initial stages and checked off heels racing in to the first turn going back on HOLD UP HARRY who lost several lengths WHEYHOUND then got out wide drifted off the pace finishing several lengths in the rear at the line WHEYHOUND was referred to the vet for assessment where no abnormalities were found The connections of WHEYHOUND were shown a replay of the race with the Stewards declaring that this was an unsatisfactory performance The connections agreed and WHEYHOUND has been stood to to complete a satisfactory trial/s before being eligible to race again
Race 5	Gary Ross Decorator C0 Ht 5 - C0q - 305 Heat 5	BOTANY KEVIN (fav) missed the start by 6 lengths he improved steadily throughout the running to finish a very credible 3rd placing at the line Soon after the start RANGER CHICK ran outwards forcing QUEEN COBRA out on to SHEZA WHAT WHAT QUEEN COBRA pushed RANGER CHICK back over and sped to the lead Entering the first turn ANOTHER ANOTHER raced across causing HOMEBUSH DIAMOND to check off heels and rolled in on RANGER CHICH who was drifting at this point checking off heels as HOMEBUSH DIAMOND raced past RANGER CHICK drifted further back finishing a margin in the rear at the line and was referred to the vet for assessment where no abnormalities were found
Race 6	Crombie Lockwood (NZ) Ltd C0 - C0 - 520	TEPERITA TUITEKA began awkwardly losing several lengths at the start In the run to the first turn as they passed the post there was tightening between runners as WHAT'S UP GEE came out and UNO HEIDI came across resulting in LE ROUX checking off heels then ran in to the back of BIGTIME TIP as POSITIVITY from wide out tightened runners inwards LE ROUX ran out of room and fell shortly after TEPERITA TUITEKA caught the heels of POSITIVITY slightly with this runner going back to the rear LE ROUX recovered his footing to gallop on some distince behind the field in to the home straight where he jumped the rail and ran across to where the dogs had pulled up LE ROUX and POSITIVITY were referred to the vet for assessment
Race 7	Palamountains Nutrition C1 - C1 - 305	Racing to the first turn LAUGH LIKE SANTA was forced back off the heels of JOLOKIA LAUGH LIKE SANTA moved out in to the line of NUTS FOR SURE who was forced to change ground outwards to avoid running on to the back of LAUGH LIKE SANTA and was turned sideways as she ran in to the midsection of SEDGEBROOK LAD these two runners forced DON'T CALL ME and MARJANSHAR to the outside of the track with both runners falling All these four runners lost 25 or so lengths recovering their footing to finish on to the lure DON'T CALL ME NUTS FOR SURE and MARJANSHAR were referred to the vet for assessment
Race 8	Wanganui Security C1 - C1 - 520	From the boxes HARAJUKU BABY ran in as KATCHA FIRE ran out with SUMMER TENSION tightened between runners and change ground inwards losing a couple of lengths racing to the post first time CLINTON BAXTER and CAWBOURNE ANNA came together for a few strides soon after HARAJUKU GIRL checked off heels losing a ground when attempting to improve her position around the outer HARAJUKU GIRL after the earlier interference was unable to make ground finishing towards the rear at the line
Race 9	Mickey's Super Liquor C2 Final - C2f - 305	Racing in to the first turn BIG BOLT raced across to the lead tightening GINA MAC over on to OKUKU WEE MAN who made slight contact with the rail at this point OKUKU WEE MAN lost a couple of lengths but ran on well there after to finish in 4th placing at the line OKUKU WEE MAN was referred to the vet for assessment where no abnormalities were found
Race 10	Keenan Concrete C1 Final - C1f - 520	EXCITED ROYALE went up slightly with the lids Racing past the post first time ROCKY BAXTER came out as EXCITING ROYALE crossed in tightening UNO ORANGE back KYLIE'S BELLE in behind these runners was checked as UNO ORANGE was forced back Racing in to the back straight KYLIES BELLE improved between UNO ORANGE and ERIC'S SONG who moved inwards checking KYLIE'S BELLE who went back several lengths to the rear and was not able to improve there after
