On the home turn an improving FLYING FABIO received a slight check when racing to the inside of THRILLING ABRA. |
| Race 2 | Trophy Plus Series Heat 1 - C0q - 318 Heat 1 | BRAVE PHOENIX was last to jump. PATS ALL ROUND ran outwards in the initial stages causing a check to CHASE OSTEE who dropped to the rear. |

HELL FIRE and VERSATILE RICHIE were the last to jump. SOUTH BAY DREAM was checked and lost ground into the bend as HARAJUKU BABY crossed to the rail in front of him. |

| Race 6 | Sel's TAB Mangere Series Heat 3 - C1q - 318 Heat 3 | BIG LASS was checked as FLYIN' SHIFTY angled in from an outside box in the back straight with BIG LASS dropping to the rear. JETSUN COAL was dragged down from behind by MAJOR TOM into the bend with both runners losing ground and their chances. BIG LASS was also hampered in behind these runners. LILYLICIOUS was held up for a stride on the bend when attempting to improve to the inside of FLYIN' SHIFTY. Following the race LILYLICIOUS was referred to the vet for assessment. |
| Race 7 | $20,000 Pick6 Stakes - C1/2 - 527 | BIGTIME WHIZZ was last to jump. MUNCHIN' KRUNCH was held up on the last bend by the tiring NAUGHTY COURTY with MUNCHIN' KRUNCH losing momentum before finishing well for third. The favourite HAIR HE IS was also hampered at this stage. |
| Race 8 | The Brownzy Sports Bar Series Heat 1 - C1q - 527 Heat 1 | The favourite THRILLING MARTY was tightened by CLOVER APPEAL in the early stages settling well back. HIT BOOST checked off the hindquarters of GAINSFORD into the first bend and ran outwards severely checking VERY CHILLY and JUDGE TO EXCEL who lost their chances. THRILLING MARTY was also hindered at this stage and did very well to get up for second. |
| Race 9 | Reel-Fishin.com Series Final - C4f - 318 | LOCHINVAR YASI and FAMILY'S PRIDE were the slowest into stride. MATRIX and KNOCK 'EM bumped together in the back straight with KNOCK 'EM then shifting down the track and tightening LOCHINVAR YASI for a stride into the bend. |

BIG BOLT received a slight check behind this runner with LACHLAN VALLEY being badly hampered and dropping to the rear. KIM DOTCOM ran outwards checking BIG BOLT for a stride into the bend. LACHLAN VALLEY and JACKSON TOWN were both inclined to run wide into the home straight. |

KING'S MISTRESS ran inwards checking SHORT AND SNAPPY in the back straight. SAPPHIRE PHOENIX ran outwards into the bend causing tightening to SHORT AND SNAPPY who fell with an improving CAWBOURNE BULLY and COOL TIME being badly checked wider on the track. The faller SHORT AND SNAPPY was referred to the vet for assessment. |
