Race 1	Absolutely Electrical C0 - C0 - 305	BRAVE PHOENIX weighed in 2.3 kilograms overweight from its last start on 25.02.13 and this was intentional. BRAVE PHOENIX began awkwardly losing ground and he shifted out soon after and collided with BLUE RUSH . BRAVE PHOENIX shifted out again on the first corner and bumped with ANOTHER DRINK with both losing ground and they finished at the rear. COSMIC ZOOM drew box 8 and raced wide throughout covering extra ground and finished in 6th place.
Race 2	Harrison Hire Master C0 - C0 - 305	BILLY HOLMES was slow to begin and settled back. ANOTHER ANOTHER shifted in going into the bend and hampered CUTS DEEP and WHERE'S RICAN which both lost two lengths. ANOTHER ANOTHER shifted out approaching the home straight and forced ELLO ELLE and BILLY HOLMES wide into the straight. BLACK HENNESSY shifted out on the home turn and jostled SHANGHAI SAM and then checked over that runners heels and lost ground.
Race 3	Guthrie Bowron C0 - C0 - 520	UNO HEIDI shifted in going into the first bend and checked GUCCI RUSH who went back and out causing checks to SYDENHAM OPAL, SYDENHAM JADE and CLINTON BAXTER and they all lost ground with GUCCI RUSH the most affected and she lost several lengths and finished last.
Race 4	J P Print, Petone C0 Final - C0f - 305	SPEEDY FEET and SECTIONED were slow to begin and settled back. SECTIONED shifted in going into the bend and checked SEDGEBROOK GLORY which dropped back onto CHARLIES PAL which lost three lengths. CHARLIES PAL was referred to the Vet for assessment at the Handlers request.
Race 5	Gary Ross Decorator C1 Ht 1 - C1q - 305 Heat 1	SHAGA BANGA BANG began awkwardly but recovered well to race handy to the lead. KAPAI MAX checked over the heels of MISSY MACABRE going into the first turn losing ground and stayed back to finish in last place.
Race 6	Crombie Lockwood (NZ) Ltd C1 Ht 2 - C1q - 305 Heat 2	JUST A BOY was the slowest to begin and then raced wide on the bend but kept up a strong run to win the race. KUROHARA began very awkwardly making contact with WAIWHATA DREAM, blundered and almost fell losing several lengths and all chance. WAIWHATA DREAM was referred to the Vet for assessment at the Trainers request.
Race 7	Palamountains Nutrition C1 Ht 3 - C1q - 305 Heat 3	TENKAY DOWN became awkwardly placed between YEAH NAH and HOMEBUSH RICK going into the first corner and had to check losing several lengths.
Race 8	Wanganui Security C1 - C1 - 520	SIE RICHIE shifted in when going to the lead on the first corner and checked WHITE LEGS which was forced into the line of LAVENDER SAL. LAVENDER SAL dropped back onto HOMEBUSH LESTAT which shifted out onto RICH LIST and they both ran very wide into the bend losing several lengths and all chance.
Race 9	Mickey's Super Liquor C1 Ht 4 - C1q - 305 Heat 4	HOMEBUSH LAYLA and CAWBOURNE ANNA collided soon after the start and CAWBOURNE ANNA lost ground and settled back. HOMEBUSH LAYLA, OPAWA CHANCE and DOLLY WIND bumped together going into the bend and OPAWA CHANCE and DOLLY WIND suffered the most and they stayed back to finish at the rear.
Race 10	Broad Roofing C1 Ht 5 - C1q - 305 Heat 5	EXCITED ROYALE, SARAH'S COOL and SEDGEBROOK SKITE were all slow to begin and settled back.SEDGEBROOK SKITE checked over the heels of BOSS MAN SLOY going into the bend and they both lost ground and stayed back to finish at the rear.
Race 11	Keenan Concrete C1 - C1 - 520	DRACO BAXTER and DARBY LANE were a little slow to begin and settled back.
Race 12	The Rock 95.2FM C0 D - C0d - 645	ERIC'S SONG and JAG YOU ARE both went up with the box lids losing ground. UNPROFESSIONAL and FALSE IMPRESSION bumped together on the 2nd bend and UNPROFESSIONAL suffered the most and lost four lengths.
