Track: Good The track was presented in very good order and all equipment operated well throughout the meeting.

Health and Safety comment: Nil

Judicial report: SOSAN was a late scratching from Race 6 on Vets advice when the dog was presented 3.2 kilograms down in weight from its last start on 17.02.13 and this was equivalent to approxamately 10% of the dogs body weight and SOSAN was stood down for 14 days. MISS FOXY MINX, which was stood down for 21 days at Manawatu on 18.03.13, was presented and rexamined under Rule 82.5 & 82.6 and the stand down period was reduced from 21 Days to 10 Days and now concludes after the 27.03.13.

Race 1	Absolutely Electrical C2 - C2 - 305	CALM RITA was very slow to begin losing four lengths and she stayed back throughout the race. KEZZ and SYDENHAM BUBBLES were also a little slow to begin and they both lost further ground going to the first corner when KEZZ raced onto the heels of SYDENHAM BUBBLES.
Race 2	Harrison Hire Master C2 - C2 - 520	OPAWA STU was very slow to begin losing four lengths. HAIR HE IS shifted in going to the first corner and hampered SPICY BLING which lost three lengths and went back to the rear. DYNA BROWNLOW drew box 8 and raced wide throughout covering extra ground and finished in last place.
Race 3	Guthrie Bowron C3 - C3 - 305	YALDHURST EDWARD shifted in from the start and hampered GEM'S CONQUEST and RIBA LORDA who both lost a little ground. FURIOUS RESPONSE shifted in going into the bend and forced YALDHURST EDWARD in onto RIBA LORDA which was checked and went back onto GEM'S CONQUEST who appeared to brush against the rail and she also lost ground. VERSATILITY trailed the leader and eventual winner MAGIC YOU on the bend but shifted out and checked over MAGIC YOU'S heels losing two lengths and possibly the chance of winning the race instead of finishing in 2nd place.
Race 4	J P Print Petone C2/3 - C2/3 - 520	CHELSEA'S BEAUTY, BUBLIN GOLD and BABY JAMES bumped together at the rear of the field on the first corner and lost ground with BABY JAMES being the most affected and he lost several lengths and tailed the field to the finish.
Race 5	Gary Ross Decorator C3/4 - C3/4 - 305	FINGER POP was having his first start for a new Trainer and was up in weight by 2.2 kilograms from its last start weight 10 weeks ago and this was intentional. CORPORAL JONES and RUN STACEY RUN jostled together for several strides racing to the first corner until CORPORAL JONES shifted out and checked RUN STACEY RUN which lost ground and went back to the rear.
Race 6	Crombie Lockwood (NZ) Ltd C3/4 - C3/4 - 305	KNOCK EM shifted out from the start and checked SPEEDY LEESHELLE who lostv ground and settled back. OKUKU SKYHIGH shifted out on the bend and hampered KINETIC RIO and they both lost ground. KINETIC RIO then recovered to finish in 4th place but OKUKU SKYHIGH continued to shift out covering extra ground and finished in last place.
Race 7	Palamountains Nutrition C3 Final - C3f - 520	SHARKIE'S DREAM went up with the box lids losing several lengths and she tailed the field throughout the race. UPAHUT CINDY shifted out from the start and forced EL JETTA to race wide on the first bend covering extra ground. THRILLING CAIRO checked off the heels of REGAL DANCER and lost ground on the first bend.
Race 8	Wanganui Security C3/4 - C3/4 - 305	AS FAR AS shifted in from the start and checked CAWBOURNE STEFFI and REAL CLEVER and they went back to the rear. AS FAR AS and KRUSSIAN collided on the home turn and KRUSSIAN became unbalanced, went back to last and finished in that position.
Race 9	Broad Roofing C5 - C5 - 305	ONE TOUGH COOKIE shifted in from the start and caused checks to RAMRADA and CIAO FOR NOW who lost a little ground. ATE PIZZA shifted in going into the bend and clipped the heels of CIAO FOR NOW with both runners losing thee lengths in the incident. ONE TOUGH COOKIE and IONA HAKA shared the lead on the bend but ONE TOUGH COOKIE shifted out and they collided and both lost three lengths and the chance of a closer placing then 3rd and 4th.
Race 10	Keenan Concrete C4 - C4 - 520	FALSE IMPRESSION, SAMMY JAMES, ZAMDATO and ANOTHER COURSE were al involved in bumping going into the first bend and lost momentum. ZAMDATO and ANOTHER COURSE came together again going towards the back straight and again lost ground and they stayed back for the remainder of the race. COME ON RODGIE dropped out to race several lengths behind the 2nd last runner and appeared uncomfortable in its galloping action and was referred to the Vet for assessment and cleared of injury.
Race 11	Mickey's Super Liquor C5 Final - C5f - 305	COMPLICIT and WATERBUG began well but jostled together for several strides and were then checked back to the rear and they never recovered.
Race 12	The Rock 95.2FM C5 - C5 - 305	GURU GOOSE was slow to begin but made up ground well to finish in 2nd place. ELKI checked over the heels of ROSEMORE OSTI on the bend and shifted wide on the track and soon after, SASSAFRAS also checked over the heels of ROSEMORE OSTI , shifted out and collided with ELKI and they finished in the last two places.
