| Race 1 | Super Pets Dash - C1 - 295 | YA LAUGHIN' was last to jump. HOMEBUSH NOS ran inwards in the initial stages pushing MR. BLOBBY down the track. At this point HARLEY HAKA ran outwards causing MR. BLOBBY to be checked once more. MR. BLOBBY ran wide into the bend. |
| Race 2 | Celtic Arms Tavern Sprint - C0 - 295 | JUNO BAXTER and CONNECT THE DOTS were the tardiest from the inside traps. CHASE THE STARS dropped to the rear in the early stages as BATIATUS ran inwards causing CHASE THE STARS to be checked. |
| Race 3 | Amber Cleaning Services Stakes - C0 - 520 | FANTAS FICTION was a clear last on jumping with OPAWA CASSIDY also dwelling and settling well back. OPAWA CASSIDY checked off the back of PADDY BAXTER into the first bend and lost ground. QUE TEE CHICKS was tightened and lost ground on the home bend as FANTAS FICTION angled inwards. On the home turn the favourite JINJA POP angled outwards when looking for room and checked WAGON WHEEL for a stride. |
| Race 4 | Carol's T.A.B. Dash - C0 - 295 | TEPIRITA CHARGER was last to jump. JACK'S A JEWEL turned his head to the inside in the initial stages. TEEVEE GIDGET was badly dragged down into the bend and checked KNOW MANDATE who faltered and pulled up. In this incident TEPIRITA CHARGER and MORGAN BAXTER were badly checked losing their chances. KNOW MANDATE and JACK'S A JEWEL were both sent to the Vet for assessment with JACK'S A JEWEL being free of injury. On the home turn JACK'S A JEWEL eased and turned his head inwards. This dog was charged under 80.1.b. with failing to pursue the lure and stood down for 28 days with a satisfactory trial having to be completed. |
| Race 5 | Hampden Tavern Stakes - C0 - 520 | CLINTON BAXTER ran inwards in the initial stages checking BENDALL'S BOY and GYPSY HUNTER who lost ground. The favourite OPAWA WALLY was badly dragged down into the first bend and then received a nasty check from CLINTON BAXTER on that bend. Stewards questioned co-trainer Robin Wales in regards to the performance of the winner OPAWA LEGS especially in regards to its run down the back straight when he appeared to ease, Mr Wales explained that this was the dog's first start on a raceday at Addington and had run outwards in the back straight losing some momentum which was borne out by video replays. He also stated that the dog had not turned its head to any other runners during the race. When pressured by another runner on the home bend the dog again ran outwards but responded in the home straight to win the race comfortably. After viewing the films and taking into account the submissions made by Mr Wales, Stewards gave the dog the benefit of the doubt given the greenness and inexperience of the dog but informed Mr Wales that the dog's immediate performances would be closely monitored. |
| Race 6 | racingdogs.co.nz Sprint - C0 - 295 | OKUKU MUPPET angled outwards checking TRENDY TILLI in the initial stages with OPAWA RUFUS then angling down the track checking OKUKU MUPPET. CLAREMONT DIVA attempted to run outwards into the bend coming together with OPAWA RUFUS with both dogs losing ground. OKUKU MUPPET ran outwards into the bend checking TRENDY TILLI who fell. TRENDY TILLI was referred to the Vet for assessment. |

| Race 8 | Happy Birthday Lorraine McCook Sprint - C1 - 295 | WELLYWOOD was last to jump. CAMRAY and HEAR HARE HERE brushed together in the early stages. Into the bend CAMRAY checked off the back of JET TO MARS when looking for clear racing room and dropped to the rear. |
| Race 9 | Islington Tavern Sprint - C2 - 295 | OHOKA BLUE angled outwards into the bend causing WANDY DESTINY and PARKERMON to be pushed very wide with this trio losing their chances. |
| Race 10 | Shirley Vet Clinic Stakes - C1 - 520 | DRACO BAXTER was last to jump. In the early stages CAWBOURNE BREE ran inwards causing a nasty check to OHOKA ASHLEY who dropped to the rear where she remained. |
| Race 11 | christchurchgreyhounds.co.nz Dash - C1 - 295 | GALBA JOHN was very slow to jump settling three lengths last. On the home turn an improving GALBA JOHN dragged KNOW SKILL down from behind with both dogs dropping back through the field. FULLA PRIDE was also inconvenienced in this incident. |
| Race 12 | Speight's Dash - C2 - 295 | KNOW LIES was last to jump. PRIMITIVE was checked in the early stages and lost ground. BIGTIME YAHOO was tightened into the bend and lost ground running wide along with PRIMITIVE with these dogs dropping to the rear. |
