TENKAY DOWN and APPLEY ROAD both completed a satisfactory trial which was required under Rule 80.1.

Race 1	Absolutely Electrical C0 - C0 - 305	TIME TO FIND and BILLY HOLMES collided shortly after the start with BILLY HOLMES losing ground and settling at the rear. GREEN TREATS and HOMEBUSH SMOKE came together going into the first turn with both runners losing ground. Soon after HOMEBUSH SMOKE clipped the heels of GREEN TREATS and fell. Subsequently, HOMEBUSH SMOKE was referred to the Veterinarian for assessment.
Race 2	Harrison Hire Master C0 - C0 - 305	SPEEDY FEET shifted in on jumping away crowding I'M A CATCH for several strides. Rounding the final turn, SPEEDY FEET shifted out in search of clear running and in doing so made firm contact with WHERE'S RICAN which became briefly unbalanced.
Race 3	Guthrie Bowron C0 - C0 - 520	ALAMEIN GUS was slow to begin losing three lengths. Approaching the first bend, both AMY WINEGLASS and SYDENHAM OPAL shifted ground causing RAPPER NEWY TOO who was racing between those runners to check and collide with GUCCI RUSH and ALAMEIN GUS. ALAMEIN GUS fell in this incident with GUCCI RUSH and RAPPER NEWY TOO losing considerable ground. Subsequently, RAPPER NEWY TOO and ALAMEIN GUS were referred to the Veterinarian for assessment. ALEMEIN GUS was found to be clear of any injury.
Race 4	J P Print Petone C0 - C0 - 305	HOMEBUSH LIMO jumped inwards from the boxes when in search of the lure. BIG JOB JONESY and JUDY IN DISGUISE made contact on several occasions when racing towards the first bend. KNOCKA OFF TIME was observed to ease rounding the first turn causing checks to CUTS DEEP and RANGER CHICK and all three runners lost ground in this incident. KOCKA OFF TIME was referred to the Veterinarian for assessment and cleared of injury. KNOCKA OFF TIME was stood down for 28 days under Rule 80.1b for failing to pursue the lure throughout and is to complete a satisfactory trial prior to racing next.
Race 5	Gary Ross Decorator C1 Final - C1f - 305	RINGA DING was slow to begin. Approaching the first bend, STARLA shifted in crowding WORKING WAIKATO, OPAWA CRUSHER, and HOMEBUSH LESTAT with all three runners losing ground. RINGA DING was forced over extra ground in this incident.
Race 6	Crombie Lockwood (NZ) Ltd C1 Ht1 - C1q - 520 Heat 1	ROCKY BAXTER was slow to begin. FERGIE'S BELLE angled inwards shortly after the start, crowding RIJEKA onto JUST MAC with both runners becoming unbalanced and losing ground. Approaching the winning post on the first occasion, ROCKY BAXTER shifted in making contact with the heels on BELLDEEN who as a result lost four lengths.
Race 7	Palamountains Nutrition C1 Ht2 - C1q - 520 Heat 2	SPEED LEGEND was slow to begin and was then held up for several strides when between runners racing down the back straight. SPEED LEGEND finished off the race well to run 2nd, half a length from the winner.
Race 8	Keenan Concrete C1 Ht3 - C1q - 520 Heat 3	SUMMER TENSION was slow to begin. Rounding the first bend, UNO ORANGE shifted out making firm contact with the hindquarters of EASY SILENCE who became unbalanced and lost ground causing checks to ERIC'S SONG and HOMEBUSH VIOLET. Both runners lost ground in this incident. Shortly after, RAVEON improved up onto the heels of EASY SILENCE with both runners losing ground and settling at the rear of the field. Racing towards the back straight, THRILLING CLOUD shifted out across the heels of UNO ORANGE and lost several lengths.
Race 9	Broad Roofing C1 - C1 - 305	JUST A BOY and TUI HOTLIPS were slow to begin. JUST A BOY ran wide rounding the first bend causing checks to BILLY HAKA and CAWBOURNE ANNA who were also forced wider on the track . Shortly after LOTUS and AZURE DREAMS collided with AZURE DREAMS becoming unbalanced and losing three lengths as a result.
Race 10	Wanganui Security C1 - C1 - 305	WORKING CAMARADE slipped its collar prior to the stirrup and ran a short distance before being recaptured. WORKING CAMARADE underwent a Veterinary Inspection and was cleared to start. CAR WRECK began awkwardly. Rounding the first bend, NELLY FLAHERTY had to check off the heels of CHARMING NEV and as a result shifted out into the line of HIGH FLY HUNTER which was severely hampered. NELLY FLAHERTY and HIGH FLY HUNTER lost considerable ground in this incident. GOT VALUE and CHARMING NEV ran wide rounding the final bend covering extra ground. HIGH FLY HUNTER was referred to the Veterinarian for assessment and was cleared of any injury.
Race 11	Mickey's Super Liquor C2 Ht1 - C2q - 305 Heat 1	THRILLING ABRA and KEZZ were slow to begin. Racing towards the first bend, MY LITTLE OAH was forced wider when KEZZ shifted out in search of clear running. Rounding the first bend, THRILLING ABRA shifted outwards making contact with WINSOME ACHIEVER which became unbalanced and lost ground. Shortly after WINSOME ACHIEVER was forced wider when KEZZ shifted outwards.
Race 12	www.racingdogs.co.nz C2 Ht2 - C2q - 305 Heat 2	GONE AWOL raced wide throughout. GONE AWOL and THRILLING SQUEAL brushed on several occasions in the home straight, with both runners becoming briefly unbalanced.
