Track: Good The track was presented in a good racing condtion after rain set in earlier in the morning The 457 boxes were hand started today after being affected by the damp conditions The lure and rail will be repaired before trials on Monday with the Electrics on the boxes being checked before the next meeting
Scales: Correct at all weights
Health and Safety comment: Nil

Judicial report: Race 12 was abandoned Rule 76 after the lure broke down after approx 100 metres
A bolt had broken on the rail that caught the lure and stripped the running wheel

Race 1	St Patrick's Day Dash - C0 - 375	FIERY CONQUEST was a late scratching at kenneling due to a toe injury after the handler inadvertantly stood on the dog From the jump BIT ROSO raced across on to THRILLING DAZE ( fav ) forcing this runner across hampering her for several strides THRILLING DAZE was not able to get clear racing until the home straight when she finished on well for 2nd placing at the line
Race 2	Waikato Kidz Kartz Stakes - C0 - 457	A stride or so out of the boxes TEEGZ and AMOREA came together running inwards on to KING'S LEGACY and THRILLING OLIVE ON THE HOUSE then raced across on to TEEGZ forcing this runner and KING'S LEGACY to be tightened and checked back to the rear racing in to the first turn THRILLING OLIVE was checked back in behind runners as TEEGZ moved inwards soon after KING'S LEGACY was forced to check off heels ending up in the rear and was not able to improve there after THRILLING OLIVE was unable to gain clear racing room until the home straight she finished on well for 2nd placing at the line
Race 3	The Clubhouse Sports Bar Sprint - C1 - 375	From the boxes LOCKEY'S CALL cut across the face of the field TATA SAFARI checked sharply outwards running in to TESTIFY TATA SAFARI became unbalanced for a couple of strides loing ground back to the rear and raced wide out on the track there after finishing towards the rear at the line BO WOO drifted back soon after the start being and was uncomfortable in her galloping action through out the race finishing well in the rear at the line BO WOO was referred to the vet for assessment
Race 4	Magness Benrow Stakes - C3 - 457	In the run to the first turn there was a line of runners across the track all attempting to get to the lead BE DELICIOUS on the rail was tightened going back and making contact at that point RIDDLE MATE was also affected at this point losing some ground finishing in 5th placing at the line BE DELICIOUS was referred to the vet for assessment where no abnormalities were found
Race 5	Affordable Pet Accessories Sprint - C2 - 375	FLYING FABIO (fav )was slow away by a length or so he was a clear last in to the first turn gained a run up on the rails to finish strongly in to 2nd placing at the line Racing in to the first turn AGENT VAN ALDEN ran out wide forcing WOLF MARINE to check back off heels and racing out widest across the top bend covering a fair amount of extra ground JETSUN COAL was away well in the midfield running to the first turn where he ran on to heels and went back towards the rear he raced out wide in to the home straight losing more ground finishing in the rear at the line
Race 6	Committee Stakes - C2 - 457	As the runners left the boxes BORASCO almost went right down on his hind quarters losing 7 or so lengths he made good ground through the field field racing across the top to finish in 5th placing at the line BUBLIN GOLD and THRILLING LOGIC raced widest acroos the top bend THRILLING LOGIC ran on best to win BUBLIN GOLD ran 4th at the line
Race 7	Matanuska @ Stud Sprint - C5 - 375	GRIZZ was tardy away from the boxes losing a length or so Racing to the first turn COSMIC PEARL ( fav ) was checked back to the rear as JETSUN BLAZE crossed to the rail GRIZZ in behind was checked back as KARMA RHODE raced around crossing toward the rail soon after JETSUN BLAZE ran on to the heels of KARMA RHODE going back a couple of lengths COSMIC PEARL and GRIZZ were unable to make ground after being checked earlier in the race finishing towards the rear at the line
Race 8	Happy Birthday Max Stakes - C4 - 457	Racing down the home straight DOOM'S BLOWN was racing in 3rd position was checked as LOCHINVAR LAREDO caught his heels as DOOM'S BLOWN changed ground outwards DOOM'S B;OWN lost his momentum for a couple of strides but recovered to finish on for 3rd placing at the line
Race 9	My Jack Attack @ Stud Sprint - C4 - 375	THANKS MERCEDES was akwardly away Soon after in the run to the first turn HAJIME came over on to EXPLOSIVE OSTI who ran on to OPAWA SACHAa couple of strides on FAMILY'S PRIDE came off the rail resulting in OPAWA SACHA being checked back from between these runners DOLLY SCRAMBLE raced across the face of runners STAT ME UP after being slow away ran very wide on to the top bend finishing well down the outside for 4th placing at the line
Race 10	South Waikato Cup - C5 - 457	R O'Regan advised the Stewards that Corby would be a late scratching due to an injury becoming apparent at his home kennels on preparing to leave for the track The dog was presented to the vet on course THRILLING SPRAT from the wide box was unable to get near the rail through out the running she was forced to race out wide around runners in attempting to make ground she finished in last placing at the line
Race 11	Thomas Jewellers Sprint - C3 - 375	R O' Regan advised the Stewards that MY GIRL COOKIE would be a late scratching due to a paddock injury to a shoulder a vet cert is to be provided Soon after the start VIOHLAY raced across on to DILLMANSTOWN who went over on to LACHLAN VALLEY DILLMANSTOWN kept forcing LACHLAN VALLEY over as they headed to the first turn soon after EL JARRAH tried to force himself between runners as LOCHLINNE came off the rail LACHLAN VALLEY ran out of room and fell with LOCHLINNE being checked going back to the rear LACHLAN VALLEY recovered his footing to finsh on to the lure and he was referred to the vet for assessment where no abnormalities were found
Race 12	Waikato Appreciation Stakes - C1 - 457	race 12 was abandoned after the dogs had run approx 100 metres with the lure breaking down Sydlicious after being slow away by a couple of lengths caugth the lure with the rest of the field completed a round of the track The race was abandonded with all runners being checked by the vet on returning to the kennel block with no injuries reported lure breakdown ( refer judicial )
