Track: Good The track was presented in a very good order being well watered after more hot dry weather All other equipment worked well through out the programe
Scales: Correct at all weights
Health and Safety comment: Nil

Judicial report: STUMPY KASHKOW ( G Quirk ) completed a satisfactory trial is in now cleared to race

Race 1 Absolutely Electrical C2 - C2 - 305 KEZZ dwelt slightly at the start losing a length soon after in the run to the first turn TALK IT OVER ran outwards through midfield running in to the shoulder of KEZZ as SCOTT ME GOING resulting in KEZZ and SCOTT ME GOING being severly checked going back to the rear by several lengths they were not able to improve there after
Race 2 Harrison Hire Master C2 - C2 - 305 From the boxes PIN UP PUPPY and BULABAKANKA bumped with BULABAKANKA going outwards as SCOTT NO MONEY ran in resulting in HOMEBUSH BAZIL being tightened and checked back to the rear as these runenrs straightened up OPAWA PRINCE ran out on to BULABAKANKA pushing this runner back out in to the centre of the track CRYSTAL WAVE forced PIN UP PUPPY and OPAWA PRINCE wide on to the top bend CRYSTAL WAVE raced wide across the top and in to the home straight finishing well for 4th placing at the line FAWN ALLEGRO racing out wider in to the bend caught heels and went back was uncomfortable in his galloping action in the home straight finishing in the rear at the line FAWN ALLEGO was referred to the vet for assessment
Race 3 Guthrie Bowron C3 - C3 - 305 SEDGEBROOK LEE went up with the lids losing a couple of lengths WHATA PEANUT ran across from the boxes on to OKUKU WEEMAN who was checked several strides on these two runners came together again for a few strides as OKUKU WEE MAN tried to move out as WHAT A PEANUT tried to force in way over they both lost ground MEGA UPLOAD and SEDGEBROOK LEE both ran wide in to and across the top bend HOMEBUSH HAL EY was only fairly away from the inside draw and dropped back soon after start she was observed to be uncomfortable in her galloping action near the home turn where she finished in the rear at the line HOMEBUSH HALEY was referred to the vet for asessment NATHAN'S CHAMP won the race and was showing signs of cramping soon after pulling up to the lure he was referred to the vet where he was found to have fully recovered not long after returning to the kennel block
Race 4 J P Print Petone C3 - C3 - 520 SHARKIES DREAM went up with the lids losing 5 lengths he was unable to improve much there after in the running finishing towards the rear at the line STILL HELINA came away from the boxes akwardly was then ran out on to EL JETTA as she rebalanced losing a length or so Racing in to the first bend STILL HELINA ran on to the heels of PETROL VOUCHER and stumbled as PETROL VOUCHER moved out in to her racing line when avoiding heels STILL HELINA never recovered to get back in to contention there after finishing in the rear STILL HELINA was referred to the vet for assessment
Race 5 Gary Ross Decorator C3 - C3 - 305 GEORGE BAXTER stumble for a stride on leaving the boxes TRINITY BOY was slow away being in the rear in the early running CHELSEA BABE and PARRA SPARRA came together a couple of stdes out of the boxes racing in to the first turn PARRA SPARRA came across on to CHELSEA BABE forcing this runner to tighten TRINITY BOY who was attempting to improve at this point AGENT VICTOR came across on to PARRA SPARRA tightning the 3 inside runners further resulting in TRINITY BOY being forced back towards the rear AGENT VICTOR was checked and forced out wide CHELSEA BABE ran wide at this point in avoiding running in to AGENT VICTOR TRINITY BOY ran on well for 4th placing when he gained clear racing room
Race 6 Crombie Lockwood (NZ) Ltd C3/4 - C3/4 - 305 Soon after the start KAZILLION ( fav ) raced across as TALEEDY TROOPER came out on to CHELSEA'S BEAUTY SPEEDY LESHELLE and KNOCK'EM with all these runners being tightened and checked severakl strides on FLYING FLYNNraced across the face of these runners causing them to be checked again losing a couple of lengths On the point of the top bend KAZILLION lost a length with CHELSEA'S BEAUTY catching her heels KAZILLION lost more ground towards the rear and could not improve there after KAZILLION was referred to the vet for assessment where no abnormalities were found
Race 7 Palamountains Nutrition C2 Final - C2f - 520 In the run past the post first time HAIR HE IS and SHODSIE came together with SHODSIE being turned sideways for a stride or so going up in the air losing several lengths THRILLING AVA wider out raced wide in to the bend Racing around the first bend BIGTIME LATTE ran on to the heels of RED CRYSTAL ( fav ) hampering her for a couple of strides BIGTIME LATTE raced out wide along the back straight forcing THRILLING AVA wider THRILLING AVA was able to cross towards the rail racing across the top bend BIGTIME LATTE raced wide across the top bend being the widest runner in to the home straight finishing in the rear at the line RED CRYSTALwas showing signs of being lame on returning to the kennel block and was referred to the vet for assessment where she has minor abrasions on both hind feet with no standown recommended
Race 8 Wanganui Security C4 Final - C4f - 305 Racing to the first turn DIRECT RESPONSE in the middle of the field was severly tightened as IONA HAKA ducked in on to his shoulder CORPORAL JONES came out off the rail forcing VICKIE'S QUEST and CHEETAH WOODS on to DIRECT RESPONSE who just ran out of room at this point and fell CHEETAH WOODS lost 10 lengths with IONA HAKA losing about 6 lengths DIRECT RESPONSE recovered to his feet and was caught and referred to the vet for assessment
Race 9 Broad Roofing C3/4 - C3/4 - 305 In the run to the first turn HOMEBUSH BORIS caught the hind quarters of HEY YOU as these runners changed ground out and inwards Racing in to the first turn KRUSSIAN was tightened between KANGO KLINK and EMMA MARIE catching their heels as he went back losing several lengths to the rear KRUSSIAN never recovered there after to get in to contention there after finishing at the line
Race 10 Keenan Concrete C4/5 - C4/5 - 520 COOL IZMAR ( fav ) came out of the boxes very awkwardly stumbling and almost falling losing at least 10 lengths further out SAMMY JAMES ran in on to ATE TO MUCH pushing him on to SEVEN IRON all these runners were checked SHOULD BE CARLOS then raced across on to SEVEN IRON who was forced on to PEDRO'S FIRST SAMMY JAMES and SEVEN IRON were checked back as SHOULD BE CARLOS kept pressure on PEDRO'S FIRST for several strides racing on to the first bend ATE TO MUCH caught the hindquarters of SHOULD BE CARLOS who became unbalanced for a couple of strides SEVEN IRON checked off his heels forcing SAMMY JAMES wider around the bend SHOULD BE CARLOS lost ground racing along the back he finished towards the rear at the line and was referred to the vet for assessment where no abnormalities were found COOL IZMER after the bad start made up a lot of ground in the running to finish in 5th placing at the line
Race 11 Mickeys Super Liquor C5 Ht1 - C5q - 305 Heat 1 GLENADDIS began akwardly from midfield racing in to the first bend SECRET STAR tried to angle out forcing MOODY MAN out on to GLENADDIS ENFLAME with GLENADDIS catching the side of HOWLIN WIND who stumbled and went sideways CALL ME RALPH could not avoid running in to the back of HOWLIN WIND at the same time as SECRET STAR ran out sharply off the heels of ENFLAME forcing GLENADDIS to run in to SECRET STAR who went under the neck of HOWLIN WIND who fell SECRET STAR and GLENADDIS stumbled badly recovered their stride as did CALL ME RALPH who almost ran to the outside fence these runners finished on to the lure a distance behind the other runners HOWLIN WIND recovered his footing to finish on to the lure a distance behind the field HOWLING WIND SECRET STAR GLENADDIS and CALL ME RALPH were referred to the vet for assessment CALL ME RALPH abnormalities found SECRET START no abnormalities found
Race 12 www.racingdogs.co.nz C5 Ht2 - C5q - 305 Heat 2 ROSEMORE OSTI ( fav ) was only fairly away from midfield and never really got in to a winning position through out the race battled in to 5th placing at the line CHAINSAW PETE ran in making contact with SASSAFRAS on the home turn both runners were well back in the rear at this point
