Track: Good The track was presented in a good racing condition with all other equipment funtioning well through out the programe

Judicial report: SAUCY TOMATO was stood down rule 80.1b for non pursuit in race 12 and to complete a satisfactory trial /s
Race 12 was delayed for several minutes to allow the tracktor to finish grooming the track

Race 1	Absolutely Electrical C0 - C0 - 305	ITIME TO FIND AND MIGHTY BAXTER were slow away in the run in to the first turn WHEYHOUND and MADDIE BRAND came together WHEYHOUND ran on to the hindquarters of MADDIE BRAND ran outwards across heels In behind TIME TO FIND and MIGHTY BAXTER came together tangling for several strides losing several lengths to the rear these dogs never improved there after finishing in the rear at the line
Race 2	Harrison Hire Master C0 - C0 - 520	Racing in to the first turn JUST LIKE PRINCE caught the hindquarters of AMY WINEGLASS who ran outwards PAW NO MORE ( fav ) missed the start by a length or so and was hampered racing on to the first bend he drifted back a length or so racing along the back straight he made slight contact with GREEN TREATS on the home turn when well back PAW NO MORE was referred to the vet for assessment as a precaution
Race 3	Guthrie Bowron C0 - C0 - 305	Racing down to the first turn I'M A CATCH ran in through midfield on to THRILLING DAZE pushing this runner over on to PADDY BAXTER who was checked a stride or so on BIG BOB JONSEY ran outwards on to I'M A CATCH and WINSOME EXTRA with I'M A CATCH being tightened between these runners and stumbled going back to the rear BIG BOB JONSEY and I'M A CATCH never recovered being the last two runners to the line
Race 4	Crombie Lockwood (NZ) Ltd C0 Final - C0f - 520	THRILLING OLIVE stumbled on leaving the boxes OPAWA ALBIE and THRILLING MARTY came together at the same time Racing past the post the first time GUCCI RUSH ran on to the heels of OPAWA JAY and ran outwards forcing OPAWA ALBIE wide on to the bend THRILLING OLIVE in behind also ran wide on to the first bend Racing along the back straight GUCCI RUSH crossed to the rail causing ALAMEIN EEL to check back off heels lgoing back to wards the rear and was not able to improve there after
Race 5	Gary Ross Decorator C0 - C0 - 305	VERSATILE RICHIE went up with the lids losing a couple of lengths Racing in to the first turn VERSATILE RICHIE was tightened between JUNO BAXTER and CLINTON BAXTER these three runners tangled for a few strides losing ground On the point of the top bend VERSATILE RICHIE and JUNO BAXTER came together again with JUNO BAXTER losing a coulpe of lengths and never improved there after
Race 6	J P Print, Petone C1 - C1 - 520	In the run to the first bend CAWBOURNE KEISHA run outwards on to MRS BOUQUET forcing this runner wide on to the bend HEROISM also ran wide around the bend
Race 7	Wanganui Security C1 Ht 1 - C1q - 305 Heat 1	BIG BOLT from the 7 box ran wide in to and around the bend covering a fair amount of extra ground through out the running finishing in midfield at the line
Race 8	Palamountains Nutrition C1 Ht 2 - C1q - 305 Heat 2	MADAM NORRIS from the 4 box raced widest on to and around the bend and in to the home straight covering a lot of extra ground through out the running In the run in to the first turn ALAMEIN RIP caught the heels of SARAH'S COOL and fell CAWBOURNE TOBES was also checked and ran wide ALAMEIN RIP recovered her footing finishing across to the lure from the middle of the track ALAMEIN RIP was referred to the vet for assessment
Race 9	Mickey's Super Liquor C1 Ht 3 - C1q - 305 Heat 3	JUST A BOY ( fav ) missed the start by a coupleo f lengths then raced widest through out the race covering a lot of extra ground he ran on strongly for 4th placing at the line Racing in to the bend FLYING SHIFTY ran on to the back of DOGGED DAN with MARJANSHAR being checked running out wide at that point further on racing to the home turn DOGGED DAN checked off the heels of MARJANSHAR as this runner runner moved out in to his racing line these two dogs were wide out and were the last two runners to the line
Race 10	Keenan Concrete C1 - C1 - 520	In the run to the post the first time WIND UP WHITEY came out bumped in to ERIC'S SONG as JUST MAC raced past catching a bump from JUST WHITEY JUST MAC checked back a length then ran in towards the rail racing in to a handy position in the running Racing on to the bend CAWBOURNE PHILIP came down running in to ROCKY BAXTER who was turned sideways for a stride racing around the bend GO DOLPHIN GO and ERIC'S SONG came together with GO DOLPHIN GO ERIC'S SONG checked and ran out wide in trying to recover his balance GO DOLPHIN GO raced up on the heels of CAWBOURNE PHILIP who was unbalanced for a couple of strides
Race 11	Broad Roofing C1 Ht 4 - C1q - 305 Heat 4	LISSADEL TOBY was slow away and never recovered there after LISSADEL TOBY was observed to be uncomfortable in it's galloping action turning for home finishing in last placing at the line HOME BREWER checked of heels in to the bend and ran wide three after finishing in the rear at the line LISSADEL TOBY was referred to the vet for assessment where no abnormalities were found
Race 12	The Rock 95.2FM C1 Ht 5 - C1q - 305 Heat 5	race 12 was delayed for 5 minutes at the request of the Stewards for remedial work to be carried SAUCY TOMATO was away well and handy in the early running towards the first turn NUTS FOR SURE came across on to the shoulder of SAUCY TOMATO hampering her slightly for a stride SAUCY TOMATO eased back at this point for 5 or so stride back to the rear by a couple of lengths When clear of other runners SAUCY TOMATO ran on to the lure SAUCY TOMATO was referred to the vet for assessment where no abnormalities were found The connections of SAUCY TOMATO were shown a replay of the race and admitted to a charge of non pursuit under rule 80.1b and to the completion of a satisfactory trial /s
