| Race 1 | Otago First4 Maiden Sprint - C0 - 310 | IONA BRIGHTSPARK was tightened into the bend as BEE OSTEE crossed to the rail. IONA BRIGHTSPARK then shifted outwards and into the path of MANAPOURI and PHIL WART who both fell with MASSAGE ONLY and KNOW MANDATE being hampered in this incident. |
| Race 2 | www.greyhoundsaspets.org.nz - C0 - 545 | OPAWA CASSIDY angled outwards in the initial stages causing tightening to POISED BOY and OPAWA ROYAL on her outside. On the first bend QUIET SNORT received a slight check as FALSE NOTION crossed to the rail. ZAHRA was checked in the back straight and dropped to the rear. |
| Race 3 | Brocklebanks Dry Cleaners Stakes - C1 - 545 | GLENN IS GOODESY came up with the lids and settled at the rear alongside PUKEKO EXPRESS. MISS OZARK and AUTUMN SPIRIT came together in the run to the post the first time. GLENN IS GOODESY angled outwards when improving into the first bend and checked PUKEKO EXPRESS and AUTUMN SPIRIT who lost ground. Soon after RUMBALL AND ICE and MISS OZARK collided and lost momentum. GLENN IS GOODESY checked off the back of MISS OZARK into the back straight and dropped to the rear. |
| Race 4 | Roofing Solutions Sprint - C1 - 310 | In a straggly start OPAWA LEIGHTON and the favourite TWO WAYS were the last to jump. RUBY'S GIRL ran outwards in the initial stages checking OPAWA LEIGHTON and coming together with TWO WAYS. |
| Race 5 | Brian Bagley Driver Licensing Sprint - C2 - 310 | MIGHTY FORTUNE went down on his nose soon after the jump and settled last. Favourite BUGSY BANGLES ran inwards in the back straight causing tightening to SEA SPRAY TICH and making contact with MARMALADE SKIES. MARMALADE SKIES then ran outwards colliding with THRILLING SADIE who was angling inwards. MARMALADE SKIES was then badly dragged down into the bend with BUGSY BANGLES and SEA SPRAY TICH receiving checks and losing ground at this stage. MIGHTY FORTUNE checked outwards off BUGSY BANGLES on the turn when attempting to improve and lost his chance. WHERE'S JOHN CEE was referred to the Vet for assessment following this event. |
| Race 6 | Roofing Solutions Stakes - C2 - 545 | HOMEBUSH VIOLET was last to jump. NOGGIN was severely tightened and lost her paws into the first bend with JINJA POWER and HOMEBUSH CHOPPER also being squeezed and dropping to rearward positions. JINJA POWER ran inwards on the first bend and collided with SPICY BLING who lost his chance at this stage. JINJA POWER made ground very late to be close up. |
| Race 7 | Speedprint Shop Sprint - C3 - 310 | WAIMAK DAVE was a clear last from the inside trap. ANOTHER COFFEE was tightened in the initial stages as DILLMANSTOWN angled outwards dropping to the rear. At the end of the back straight SMASH DORA angled inwards checking WAIMAK DAVE who was forced to change ground. Into the bend ANYTIME WILL DO angled inwards severely checking SMASH AMY whose momentum took her straight to the outside taking BUT IT'S GREAT to the fence with her with both dogs losing all chance. |
| Race 8 | Happy Birthday Dave Robbie Sprint - C1 - 310 | The favourite GO ALICE was a shade slow from the outside. NOISY LEO ran outwards after a couple of strides checking BLACK TANK with these runners dropping to the rear. TOTALLY CONFUSED angled outwards into the bend checking STAR GUN who lost ground. TOTALLY CONFUSED was referred to the Vet for assessment following this race. |
| Race 9 | NZ Racing Series Graduation Final - NZRSf - 545 | PUKEKO FLYER and STOLEN MONEY were last to jump. PUKEKO FLYER was forced wide into the first bend. OPAWA NO EAR was tightened in the run to the first bend and lost ground. KNOW PERIL was checked on the first bend as OPAWA STYLE angled to the rail. WAYLEGGO received a slight check at the end of the back straight losing momentum for a stride. |
| Race 10 | Lesley & John's Anniversary Stakes - C4/5 - 545 | WILD GROVE and FLYING MOE were the last pair at the jump. FINN MCMISSILE was handy into the first bend but was dragged down on two occasions and dropped back through the field. Into the back straight THREAT stumbled and almost fell when coming together with GEOFF THE REF on his inside. At the end of the back straight FLYING MOE clipped the heels of MAGIC LASS and fell. FLYING MOE then ran back to the lure in the opposite direction but caused no problems for the rest of the field. |
| Race 11 | Green Island Super Liquor Sprint - C4 - 310 | ELKI ran outwards in the initial stages tightening HOMEBUSH HELEN and FAIR MOVIN who dropped to the rear. CAWBOURNE SPEAR ran inwards into the bend causing ELKI and CAWBOURNE DUSTY to be tightened and lose ground. CAWBOURNE SPEAR continued to attempt to obtain the rail causing ICEBERG RAPPER to be terminally checked and drop to the rear with FAIR MOVIN and NEW YORK AFFAIR being badly hampered in this incident and losing ground. |
| Race 12 | Racing Again Tuesday 26th March - C5 - 310 | ANOTHER GON and JONNY JET were the slowest to jump. MATTI OAH was checked into the bend as CAWBOURNE CATCH crossed to the rail with HOMEBUSH EDITH and JONNY JET both receiving backwash and losing ground. |
