Track: Good The track was presented in a good racing order with all other equipment working well through out the meeting Remedial work on track ( refer judicial )
Scales: Correct at all weights
Health and Safety comment: Nil

Judicial report: Trainer B Johnston had a charge laid under rule 80.1b against SAFE AND SECURE for failing to pursue the lure as required under the rules in race 10
B Johnson did not admit to the charge -The Stewards opinion is that the dog did fail to pursue the lure as per the rules SAFE AND SECURE was stood down for 28 days and to complete a satisfactory trial /s
Remedial work was required down a part of the home straight prior to race 3 with this race being held up for 6 minutes
The race programe was not altered with the rest of the races held on time

Race 1	Absolutely Electrical C2 - C2 - 305	STEVIE'S MAGIC turned in the boxes coming out backwards followed the field to the lure but took no part in the race and has been stood down under rule 72.13 to complete a box trial . STEVIES MAGIC was referred to the vet for assessment as a precaution where no abnormalities were found Racing in to the first turn HELLO ELLO cut across to the rail causing checks to CAWBOURNE DARCY and AUSSIE HAKA As the field made the home turn OPAWA PRINCE ran down making contact with MR REECE for a stride or so .
Race 2	Harrison Hire Master C2 - C2 - 305	Soon after the start NEWTON WILLOW came out as YOUR ON FIRE came across resulting in WORKING WORKING and TALK IT OVER being severly tightened WORKING WORKING then tried to force his way inwards with TALK IT OVER and NEWTON WILLOW being checked going back and being pushed over on to RED MOOVA HOOVER ( fav ) being turned sideways and going back several lengths In the run in to the first turn NEWTON WILLOW tried to improve from the rear ran across on the the back of OPAWA CHARLIE with NEWTON WILLOW being checked running out wide with OPAWA CHARLIE STIRLING DANN from the wide box was able to steer clear of the early trouble to get to the lead and was never headed there after . Following the running of this race, the Trainer of RED HOOVA MOOVA requested the dog be examined by the Veterinarian.
Race 3	Guthrie Bowron C4 - C4 - 520	This race was delayed 6 minutes at the request of the Stewards for remedial work to be carried out in the home straight The race was run with out further problems all clear
Race 4	J P Print Petone C3 - C3 - 305	From the jump HOMEBUSH HELL'S ran in on to ALL THE RAGE hampering this runner for a few strides
Race 5	Gary Ross Decorator C3 - C3 - 305	Soon after getting away KAZILION ducked inwards on to AGENT JORGE who lost a length Racing in to the first turn OPAWA JOHNNY ran out forcing OKUKU SKYHIGH and ODE TO LIBERTY wide on to the top bend ODE TO LIBERTY raced widest out there after finishing towards the rear at the line .
Race 6	Crombie Lockwood (NZ LTD) C5 - C5 - 305	FANTA ALERT jumped inwards as the boxes opened hampering IMA SPICE which lost ground and settled at the rear of the field. FREDDIE BAXTER and ENAZUMA jostled for a short distance approaching the first bend. CALL ME RALPH raced wide throughout.
Race 7	Palamountains Nutrition C3 Final - C3f - 305	YALDHURST EDWARD was slow to begin from the boxes. CAWBOURNE EMO jumped inwards from the boxes when in search of the lure. OKUKU WEE MAN and TIME'S UP made contact on several occasions racing towards the first bend. Rounding the first bend, CAWBOURNE EMO shifted out across the heels of FURIOUS RESPONSE and lost several lengths when making contact with that runner. Also effected in this incident was OKUKU WEE MAN and TIME'S UP who were both forced over extra ground.
Race 8	Wanganui Security C4 Ht1 - C4q - 305 Heat 1	ANOTHER LEGIN raced wide throughout.
Race 9	Broad Roofing C4 Ht2 - C4q - 305 Heat 2	Soon after the start OKUKU LILLY came across on to RUN STACY RUN and DIRECT RESPONSE further in BIGTIME JET came out on to HOMEBUSH BORIS bumping this runner over on to GLENADDIS BOY these two runners went back a couple of lengths PARRA SPARRA then came off the rail as BIGTIME JET attempted to cross with PARRA SPARRA being tightened back as the field raced on to the bend PARRA SPARRA ran outwards on to HOMEBUSH BORIS pushing him out forcing RUN STACY RUN ( fav ) and OKUKU LILLY wide on to the top bend with them not being able to make ground there after finishing in the rear at the line
Race 10	Mickey's Super Liquor C4 Ht3 - C4q - 305 Heat 3	In the run in to the first turn TALEEDY TROOPER came across bumping SAFE AND SECURE slightly with this runner moving inwards towards the rail a couple of strides on TALEEDY TROOPER attempted to race past SAFE AND SECURE to the fence with SAFE AND SECURE being observed to ease for a couple of strides allowing TALEEDY TROOPER to go ahead to the rail On the top bend SAFE AND SECURE was forced to check back off the heels of FLAG WAVER SAFE AND SECURE ran last at the line . SAFE AND SECURE was referred to the vet for assessment where no abnormalities were found B Johnson trainer of SAFE AND SECURE was shown a replay of the race with a charge of ( failing to pusue ) preffered aginst this dog After reviewing the replay and hearing from both parties the Stewards determined in their opinion that SAFE AND SECURE had failed to pursue the lure as required under the rules and was stood down rule 80.1b for 28 days and to complete a satisfactory trial/s
Race 11	Keenan Concrete C2/3 - C2/3 - 520	Soon after the jump REGAL DANCER tried to cut across the face of the field forcing PETROL VOUCHER back on to his heels REGAL DANCER raced across on to EL JETTA TRINITY BOY and OKUKU DREAMER with these runners all being checked further on to the post first time MISSING MELODY came across as TRINITY BOY came outwards resulting in LINDOP REGAL DANCER PETROL VOUCHER and EL JETTA all being severly tightened and checked back CAWBOURNE TILLY sped to the lead keeping clear of the interference in behind to lead throughout
Race 12	www.racingdogs.co.nz C5 - C5 - 305	Shortly after the start there was crowding between STIFF and DARLEK KHAN with HOWLING WIND in behind these runners losing ground racing in to the first turn SLANGEVAR improved up on to the heels of STIFF then ran outwards being the widest runner on to the top bend . On point of the home turn STIFF forced HOMEBUSH DOMINO in to the line of DARLEK KHAN who stumbled for a stride after catching the heels of HOMEBUSH DOMINO
