Track: Fast The track was presented in a very good racing order with all other equipment working throug out the meeting Once again the club staff worked hard to present a good racing surface despite hot and humid conditions again on the day The clubs electrician attended to the semaphore board for a problem and will be attempting to fix it in the next couple of days
Scales: Correct at all weights
Health and Safety comment: Nil

Judicial report: APPLEY ROAD (race 8 ) marred the running of LADAKH in the home straight and has been stood down for 28 days ( 1st offence ) and to complete a satisfactory trial/s

Race 1	MTA Gift Voucher Sprint - C3 - 318	SHALF was akwardly away from the start for a stride or so racing in to the first turn MY GIRL COOKIE came across with LOCHLINNE catching her heels a few strides on MY GIRL COOKIE angled inwards as BEARLY POSSIBLE came outwards resulting in SHALF being tightened ANOTHER COFFE was checked back to the rear at this point SHALF muscled his way back between these runners to keep his position up handy running on in to 2nd placing at the line . DON'T KNOW and LOCHLINNE ran widest on to the bend covering a fair amount of extra ground VIOHLAY was a late scratching at kenneling on vets advice
Race 2	The Brownzy Sports Bar Stakes - C0 - 527	racing in to the first turn PINK BOUQUET ran on to the back of FALSE NOTION going back a length or so PINK BOUQUET was then hampered as PAW NO MORE raced through on her inner soon after PINK BOUQUET checked back of the heels of ON THE HOUSE as this runner crossed towards the rail racing towards the end of the back staright PINK BOQUET was again hampered when SAM BOY crossed her PINK BOUQUET lost more ground with SAM BOY losing ground back to the rear
Race 3	Thornton Auctions Stakes - C1 - 527	Racing on to the first bend AGENT VAN ALDEN ran wide LITTLE TEEGAN and GODOLPHIN POWER were the last two in to the back straight and they never got in to contention there after
Race 4	Reel-Fishin.com Sprint - C4 - 318	From the boxes ELLY'S GIRL ran in as THIS IS SWIP ran out tightning and checking MAKING DEBREE MAHONIE and OPAWA SACHA who lost a length or so Racing in to the first turn JETSUN PLAYBOY tried to cross to the rail running in to OPAWA SACHA JETSUN PLAYBOY was checked running in mking contact with the rail JETSUN PLAYBOY went back to the rear and never got in to contention there after finishing in the rear at the line MAKING DEBREE after being badly checked earlier made good ground in the home straight to finish finish strongly in to 3rd placing at the line JETSUN PLAYBOY was referred to the vet for assessment
Race 5	Air Care Pet Services Stakes - C3 - 527	Racing around the first bend WINSOME FLASH was checked as MR CHINO raced through on the rail on to the heels of THRILLING CHARGE MR CHINO checked outwards on to WINSOME FLASH who went off stride back to the rear finishing several lengths in the rear at the line WINSOME FLASH was referred to the vet for assessment where no abnormalities were found
Race 6	Carol's TABs Stakes - C2 - 527	JACKSON TOWN suffered an injury on pulling up to the lure and was referred to the vet for assessment Race all clear
Race 7	$50,000 Terminating Pick6 Stakes - C3/4 - 527	KILARA'S FANCY was caught wide around the first bend and was forced to cover a fair amount of extra ground there after FANCY DASHER raced handy through out the journey but only battled in the home straight finishing in 3rd placing at the line
Race 8	Plaster Board Limited Railway Sprint - C5f - 318	In the run to the first turn APPELY ROAD came out as LADAKH came across squeezing LIFE'S A DREAM back a length wider out KNOW ADVANTAGE and GURU GOOSE came together KNOW ADAVANTAGE lost a length or so back to the rear Racing on to the bend LADAKH and APPELY ROAD came together again hampering each other for a couple of strides Racing to the home turn KNOW ADVANTAGE made a sustained sprint around the field with the weakining APPELY ROAD running out and marring LADAKH for some strides pushing this runner out on to KNOW ADVANTAGE for a stride or two when clear KNOW ADVANTAGE flew the last bit to finish in to 2nd placing at the line The connections of APPLEY ROAD admitted to a breach of rule 80.1a marring ( 1st offence ) 28 days standown and to the completion of a satisfactory trial/s
Race 9	Plaster Board Limited Railway Sprint Consolation - C5 - 318	In the run in to the first turn STELLAR FORCE in midfield on the rail was forced back off heels as COTSWALD PRINCE raced past cutting down to the rail STELLAR FORCE went back to the rear never improving there after Racing on to the bend RIPPED JEANS came out on to PEARL'S BOY who was the widest runner at this point PEARL'S BOY stumbled quickly recovered but was unable to get in closer to the rail through out the race
Race 10	MTA Auckland Cup - C5f - 527	RAW ENERGY dwelt at the jump as did RILEY'S MATE KOKO WHIZ stumbled as he came off the mat but quickly recovered to get in behind the leader in behind RILEY'S MATE made contact with the rail as RAW ENERGY attempted to make ground cutting in on the bend both these runners were checked losing a couple of lengths RILEY'S MATE was referred to the vet for assessment
Race 11	MTA Auckland Cup Consolation - C5 - 527	All clear
Race 12	Jack's Wholesale Meats Sprint - C5 - 318	Soon after the start KIWI GIRL and CALAMITY FREE came together with CALAMITY FREE checking across the heels of BLUE JEAN ALICE KIWI GIRL ran outwards across the heels of COSMIC MACK soon after HAUKO came out on to CALAMITY FREE as THRILLING ISSUES then pushed out on to HAUKO with CALAMITY FREE catching heels and falling . Up ahead on the fence BLACK HOMBRE (fav ) ran on to the back of BLUE JEAN ALICE checking back several lengths he recovered well to finish strongly in the home straight for a gutsy win CALAMITY FREE recovered her footing to finish on to the lure she was referred to the vet for assessment
