Judicial report: Trainers J&D Fahey were fined $50 as per the Minor Infringements Table after admitting a breach of Rule 71.4 when no catcher was present to catch BROOKLYN HOPE in Race 9.

Race 1	Super Pets Sprint - C2 - 295	MARMALADE SKIES and BE PREPARED were the last to jump. SEA SPRAY TICH angled inwards into the bend pushing BUGSY BANGLES down on to DYNA BROWNLOW and MY LITTLE OAH who were both tightened and lost ground.
Race 2	Happy Birthday Lisa Waretini Dash - C3 - 295	STARBURST JOSH and WAIMAK DAVE were the last to jump. ANOTHER JEWEL ran inwards in the back straight tightening WILL EXCITE, WAIMAK DAVE and STARBURST JOSH who all lost ground. On the turn WAIMAK DAVE was again checked as ANOTHER JEWEL continued her quest for the rail.
Race 3	Thursday Place Pick Sprint - C2 - 295	KNOW LIES was last to jump. In the back straight SMASH AMY angled outwards as OHOKA HART ran inwards with JUNIOR WHAT and CAWBOURNE PLUNGE being tightened and losing ground. Into the bend SMASH AMY was dragged down and fell with KNOW LIES, JUNIOR WHAT, CAWBOURNE PLUNGE and OHOKA HART all being badly hampered and losing their chances.
Race 4	Robbie's Bar & Bistro Stakes - C2 - 520	SPICY BLING was checked on the first bend as MICK AND PADDY crossed to the rail with SPICY BLING dropping to the rear. On the home turn SRETROR pushed outwards when improving turning OPAWA SWEDE sideways for a stride with this runner dropping out in the run home.
Race 5	Buy Sell & Exchange Sprint - C4 - 295	AUSTIN WANA and KNOW JEALOUSY were last to jump. CAWBOURNE DUSTY angled outwards into the turn pushing ENABLE outwards. ENABLE continued to run wide on the bend losing ground.
Race 6	Jet Pets Stakes - C3/4 - 520	MAXIMUM JEWEL was badly checked when racing in between runners into the first bend dropping to the rear where he remained.
Race 7	Amber Cleaning Services Dash - C4 - 295	ANOTHER COLT dwelt from the inside trap. WANDY CHICK and OKUKU OLLIE brushed together for a stride into the bend. TURBO TUNDRA angled outwards into the bend pushing CAMPAIGNER wider on the track. CAMPAIGNER than shifted back down the track placing TRICKY HARRY and WAFFLER in tight quarters.
Race 8	Yaldhurst Hotel Sprint - C4/5 - 295	KNOW THOUGHT and CAWBOURNE MOFF were last to jump. WAZZA FREEBIE ran inwards soon after the jump causing LIFE'S A LAUGH and CAWBOURNE MOFF to be shifted down the track. ADINI angled outwards checking ICEBERG RAPPER in the early stages. ADINI continued to run outwards into the bend pushing LIFE'S A LAUGH and PRINCELY DOLLAR wide with these runners all losing ground.
Race 9	Shirley Veterinary Centre Stakes - C5 - 520	RODRIGUEZ and KNOW CHAOS were slowest from the traps. ANOTHER BREEZE ran inwards in the early stages pushing KNOW CHAOS down the track. On the home turn RODRIGUEZ and BROOKLYN HOPE came together when these dogs were handy with RODRIGUEZ dropping back through the field.
Race 10	Kolorful Kanvas Sprint - C4/5 - 295	FIREMAN'S ESCORT angled inwards in the early stages tightening GAZZA'S PRIDE who was forced to switch to the outside. KNOW ESCAPE and BUTTERBEAN both lost momentum when tightened wide out on the bend with BUTTERBEAN again being hampered as HOMEBUSH MAYHEM weakened and drifted through the field. BUTTERBEAN and KNOW ESCAPE both made ground late.
Race 11	Auckland Cup & Railway Tonight Dash - C4/5 - 295	DRYSDALE ran inwards into the bend causing tightening to FIREMAN'S SALUTE, NOVA'S FORTUNE and CAWBOURNE CATCH with these runners all losing ground.
Race 12	Speight's Sprint - C4 - 295	MR. BIG STUFF lost ground when angling inwards and coming together with EXCUSE PLEASE. When questioned in regards to the improved performance of the winner EXCUSE PLEASE, Trainer John McMillan cited a recent downgrade as the main reason and added that the dog is competitive in C4 company but tends to struggle in the top class.
