| Race 1 | Happy Birthday Barry Free Dash - C1 - 295 | ZIGGY WAR PAINT was last to settle. NITRO MABEL and CLAREMONT PIZZAZ were tightened in the back straight as MIGHTY MONICA angled to the rail. STARLA who was contesting for the lead into the bend ran inwards and came together with BE PREPARED. STARLA then ran outwards contacting ZIGGY WAR PAINT while simultaneously HOMEBUSH ACE ran outwards pushing STARLA outwards on to MIGHTY MONICA who was pushed wide on the track. Shorlty after HOMEBUSH ACE ran inwards checking CLAREMONT PIZZAZ. |
| Race 2 | Shirley Veterinary Centre Dash - C0 - 295 | PANCHO PISTOLES and KNOW PITY were the slowest from the traps. The favourite TEEVEE GIDGET received a slight check into the bend as CHARLIE'S PAL crossed to the rail. On the home turn TEEVEE GIDGET ran inwards contacting ANOTHER PIZZA and then bounced outwards coming together with UNO GREEN. |
| Race 3 | Amber Cleaning Services Stakes - C0 - 520 | OPAWA ALBIE and CAWBOURNE ZAC were both very slow to begin. In the run to the first bend PSEUDONYM ran outwards checking SHAVENIA. OPAWA TOKEN shifted inwards into the first bend badly checking SHAVENIA and PSEUDONYM with this pair dropping to the rear and OPAWA JAKE being forced wide around these runners. SHAVENIA was referred to the Vet for assessment. |
| Race 4 | Super Pets Maiden Sprint Final - C0f - 295 | GO ALICE and RUNS LIKE AL were the tardiest from the traps. HILTON FRIDAY crossed the face of the field in the initial stages causing checks to GEE CEE BEE and OPAWA MARG. OPAWA MARG angled outwards in the back straight into the path of GO ALICE who ran out of room and fell. RUNS LIKE AL was forced wide in this incident. On the home turn OPAWA MARG again shifted outwards causing GEE CEE BEE to be checked and lose ground. |
| Race 5 | Happy Birthday Doug Schultz Stakes - C0 - 520 | OPAWA CARLOS was in the air when the lids opened and settled a clear last. OPAWA JAY shifted outwards marginally into the first bend brushing KNOW SOLUTION for a stride while wider out CASINO BLACK ran wide losing ground. |
| Race 6 | Garrard's Horse And Hound Sprint - C0 - 295 | GYPSY HUNTER came up with the lids and settled last. CHASE THE STARS was checked into the bend and lost ground. |
| Race 7 | Clarkson Sign Studio Stakes - C1 - 520 | CHILL OUT RALPH was last to jump and then ran wide into the first bend losing ground. MULBERRY BROOK received checks in the early stages by firstly SPICY BLING and then OPAWA SIR with MULBERRY BROOK settling well back. At the end of the back straight LINE HONOURS was checked as SPICY BLING ran inwards with LINE HONOURS dropping out to a clear last. |
| Race 8 | Happy Birthday Chris Boyd Sprint - C1 - 295 | WAIMAK DAVE was last to jump. AYKROYD ran inwards in the early stages tightening OKUKU BOBO and CHARLIE'S CHOICE along the inside. WYNDHAM was checked into the bend and lost ground with this dog being referred to the Vet for assessment. |
| Race 9 | Active Electrical Christchurch Stakes - C1 - 520 | NITRO EXPRESS ran outwards in the early stages checking CRINITI'S with NITRO EXPRESS dropping to the rear. MULBERRY HUNTER ran very wide into the first bend losing ground. At the end of the back straight KNOW FUTURE ran out of room when tightened by GOTTA GO ACE and lost all momentum when looking a distinct danger. KNOW FUTURE received a further check on the home turn as MR DOZER angled outwards. KNOW FUTURE recovered to finish on for fourth when in the clear. |
| Race 10 | Flair Dash - C1 - 295 | WELLYWOOD was last to jump. KENNY'S COMET angled outwards into the bend checking UNO FLASH who lost ground. |
| Race 11 | Happy Birthday Trish Webb Stakes - C2 - 520 | JINJA JAM was last to jump. CAWBOURNE PHILIP was handy into the first bend but came together with OPAWA NO EAR and was shifted wider on the track losing a couple of lengths. |
| Race 12 | Speight's Dash - C1 - 295 | RENNER'S GIFT was last to jump from the inside. MARMALADE SKIES ran inwards in the initial stages tightening BILLY BRAND and ARE TEE MAY for a stride. HUSKER DU checked outwards off the back of BELFAST SUZY into the bend and checked SYRIP'S GIRL. On the home turn SYRIP'S GIRL angled inwards severely checking HUSKER DU who stumbled and nearly fell. |
