PRIMITIVE ran outwards in the early stages as WANDY GRANT angled inwards with GO HOUSIE and STARBURST JOSH being tightened and losing ground. PRIMITIVE continued to run outwards coming together with BILLY MUGGINS into the bend. STARBURST JOSH checked off the back of WILL EXCITE on the bend and lost ground. |

| Race 3 | Thursday Place Pick Dash - C2 - 295 | KNOW LIES checked outwards off the back of PICK THE TIP and THRILLING SADIE in the early stages and lost ground. PICK THE TIP then angled outwards coming together with THRILLING SADIE for a stride. On the bend the favourite BUGSY BANGLES was dragged down for a stride and lost ground with FEARSOME MCKAY, PICK THE TIP, KNOW LIES and THRILLING SADIE all being inconvenienced and losing their winning chances. |
| Race 4 | Kolorful Kanvas Sprint - C3 - 295 | The favourite MAKE YOUR POINT angled inwards in the initial stages pushing HOMEBUSH COCO inwards on to ANOTHER COFFEE. Simultaneously PURE AND SPECIAL ran inwards tightening JED NORTON and BIGTIME ALLGO. Soon after PURE AND SPECIAL continued to run inwards causing severe checks to BIGTIME ALLGO, JED NORTON and HOMEBUSH COCO who lost ground. On the home turn ANOTHER COFFEE angled inwards bumping PURE AND SPECIAL with ANOTHER COFFEE then running outwards checking MAKE YOUR POINT who was attempting to improve on their outside. |
| Race 5 | Sky High Scaffolding Sprint - C4 - 295 | WISE WONDER and EXCESSIVE SPEED were last from the traps. THEOKOLES and EXCESSIVE SPEED bumped together for a stride on the home turn when racing in midfield. |
| Race 6 | Buy Sell & Exchange Stakes - C4 - 520 | THREAT and BARNABY BALE were last to jump. CAWBOURNE KIM angled outwards in the run to the first bend checking THREAT for a stride with BARNABY BALE being forced very wide and losing ground. |
| Race 7 | I Pave Concrete Sprint - C5 - 295 | ANOTHER BREEZE was tightened into the bend and dropped to the rear. The favourite OCOTILLO was kept wide by GAZZA'S PRIDE for the length of the back straight being unable to cross that runner. On the bend AVERT shifted up the track ensuring that GAZZA'S PRIDE and OCOTILLO remained wide out and unable to make any ground. |

| Race 9 | Jet Pets Dash - C5 - 295 | LOTSA STYLE was last to jump from the inside. FIREMAN'S ESCORT ran inwards soon after the start checking BUTTERBEAN who lost ground. FIREMAN'S ESCORT continued to run inwards into the bend with BUTTERBEAN and RAMRADA being hampered. On the bend HOT SHOT LAWYER angled inwards with BUTTERBEAN again being the recipient of a check losing a couple of lengths. |
| Race 10 | Carol's T.A.B. Distance Feature - C0d - 645 | SRETROR was a clear last on jumping. AXEL GRINDER ran inwards soon after the jump checking ALISARAY who lost ground. |
| Race 11 | Robbies Bar & Bistro Dash - C5 - 295 | PRINCELY DOLLAR ran inwards from his outside draw checking the favourite KNOW ESCAPE for a stride. CALLAHAN angled inwards in the back straight tightening ENABLE who lost ground. On the turn KNOW ESCAPE was badly checked as ENABLE shifted outwards with KNOW ESCAPE stumbling and dropping to the rear. |
