| Race 1 | Otago First4 Maiden Sprint - C0 - 310 | FLYING BLAKE and IONA BRIGHTSPARK were the slowest from the traps. STAR DREAMER ran outwards in the early stages checking IONA BRIGHTSPARK who lost ground. MANAPOURI received some tightening in the back straight and then ran wide into the bend dropping to the rear. On the home turn LEAH BELLE commenced to weaken and received a nasty check as UNO GREEN improved to her outside with LEAH BELLE losing considerable ground. |
| Race 2 | Dave Robbie Photographer Sprint - C0 - 310 | RED EYE MAX weighed in 2.8 kgs under his last race weight with this being the intention of the connections. SUPREME SHELLEEN and DYNAMIC BLACK were the slowest into stride. HOMEBUSH LIMBO angled inwards at the jump checking GO ALICE for a stride. SUPREME SHELLEEN then ducked outwards checking DYNAMIC BLACK who lost ground. DYNAMIC BLACK checked off the back of UNO SHYLA into the bend and lost ground. On the bend GO ALICE ran inwards checking HOMEBUSH LIMBO who lost momentum and CAWBOURNE CHIEF who was checked when making ground in behind. Soon after RED EYE MAX caused CAWBOURNE CHIEF to again be checked when improving along his inside. DYNAMIC BLACK received another check off the back of UNO SHYLA at the entrance to the home straight. |

| Race 4 | Blue Bubble Dunedin Taxis Stakes - C1 - 310 | SHYANNE JADE was last to jump. MARMALADE SKIES angled outwards into the bend checking HARLEY HAKA who lost ground also inconveniencing NOISY LEO in the process. MOREPORT SHANNON was tightened along the inside losing ground. OPAWA STEVE was held up for racing room on the home turn losing momentum. |
| Race 5 | Speedprint Shop Sprint - C1 - 310 | OPAWA LEIGHTON was a clear last on jumping. WHAT A DUMP shifted outwards checking WINSTON WHO in the early stages. Into the bend WHAT A DUMP checked off the back of kennelmate SING CILLA BLACK and lost ground with NEW INGILLTAB receiving some tightening at this stage. |
| Race 6 | Brocklebanks Dry Cleaners Stakes - C1 - 545 | CHILL OUT RALPH was last to jump and then ran wide around the first bend losing more ground. AUTUMN SPIRIT checked off the back of BAKE BEAN BETTY on the first bend and lost a couple of lengths. |

| Race 8 | Happy Birthday Mrs Cee. Sprint - C3 - 310 | MR. BIG STUFF angled outwards in the back straight causing COT CASE CUTIE and ANOTHER COFFEE to be tightened and lose ground. |
| Race 9 | New Zealand Racing Series Novice Final - NZRSf - 545 | TIME FOR WHAT and BONE NERD were last to jump. CALM SPIRIT received a check in the early stages as OPAWA CASPER crossed from an outside trap with CALM SPIRIT dropping to a rearward position. KNOW REVENGE was held up behind THRILLING JONAH on the home turn losing momentum. TIME FOR WHAT then angled inwards tightening THRILLING JONAH who lost ground with OPAWA CASPER and CALM SPIRIT having to check wide around these runners. |
| Race 10 | Roofing Solutions Stakes - C3/4 - 545 | UNION STEAM was last to jump. STARBURST CLEMMY checked outwards of the back of BLACK EMILY into the first bend and lost ground. |

Into the bend HEZA SENSATION ran sharply inwards and hit the rail and fell with this dog being referred to the Vet for assessment. |
