Track: Good The track was very well presented and with all equipment working well, the meeting proceeded smoothly and concluded on time.

Judicial report: The stand down imposed on SECRET SPRITE under Rule 64.10 at Manawatu on 30.01.2013 is now rescinded under Rule 82.5.

Race 1	Absolutely Electrical C2 Ht1 - C2q - 520 Heat 1	JAG YOU ARE was a late scratching on Vets advice when the Trainer reported the dog to be lame on arrival at the start and he was stood down for 14 days with tricep muscle pain. CAWBOURNE STARS checked off the back of EL JETTA going into the first bend and went out and back causing checks to CAWBOURNE TILLY and THAT'S KING and they all lost ground.
Race 2	Harrison Hire Master C2 Ht2 - C2q - 520 Heat 2	THRILLING AVA galloped on the back of JUST MAC going into the first bend and JUST MAC shifted in and bumped with RAVEON. A few strides further on RAVEON checked off the back of JUDGE TO EXCEL and shifted out to collide with HOMEBUSH LACEY and both lost ground.
Race 3	Guthrie Bowron C3 - C3 - 520	THREAT and THRILLING DEAL were slow to begin losing three lengths and they settled back. THRILLING DEAL was checked twice on the final bend losing three lengths and he finished near the rear.
Race 4	J P Print, Petone C3 Final - C3f - 305	HEY YOU shifted in soon after the start and ran across the heels of BOUND BY PRIDE and GLENADDIS BOY and all three lost momentum for a couple of strides. TALEEDY TROOPER shifted in going into the bend and brushed with GO FERN GO for a few strides and they both lost three lengths.
Race 5	Crombie Lockwood (NZ) Ltd C4 Ht1 - C4q - 305 Heat 1	ME MAJESTIC was slow to begin losing two lengths. RANDO REASON shifted in and ANOTHER LEGIN shifted out from the start and as a result SHARI JEWEL, SANDS OF TIME and HOMEBUSH DOMINO who were drawn in between were jostled and checked. ANOTHER LEGIN and RANDO REASON jostlled together going into the bend and RANDO REASON suffered the most and lost three lengths.
Race 6	Palamountains Nutrition C4 Ht2 - C4q - 305 Heat 2	CARUBA QUEEN and MOODY MAN both drew wide and stayed out covering extra ground and finished in the rear group.
Race 7	Gary Ross Decorator C4 Ht3 - C4q - 305 Heat 3	PENO BOY was slow to begin losing two lengths. MEGA RUSH was checked back to the rear when tightened between runners going into the first corner. YALDHURST EDWARD and HOMEBUSH LIGNITE collided entering the home straight and soon after, HOMEBUSH LIGNITE and GEORGE BAXTER bumped together and they all finished in the rear group.
Race 8	NZRS Distance Final - NZRSdf - 755	All clear.
Race 9	NZRS Final - NZRSf - 520	One of the favourites JINJARANGO was slow to begin and settled back. He was then hampered going to the first corner when THRILLING VEGAS shifted in . Going into the first bend, THRILLING ELLA shifted out and checked JINJARANGO who was forced wide and went back to last and he was checked again going into the back straight when BACKYARD BULLY shifted out into clear running and JINJARANGO never recovered and finished in last place after a very interrupted run.
Race 10	Keenan Concrete C4/5 - C4/5 - 520	ZAMDATO and THRILLING BUDDY were slow to begin and they settled back in the field.
Race 11	Broad Roofing C5 - C5 - 305	One of the favourites RUN LACEY RUN was a little slow to begin and she then bumped together with FLAG WAVER who in turn bumped with HOWLIN WIND and then came back into contact with RUN LACEY RUN who stumbled. RUN LACEY RUN went back to the rear and was never able to make up the lost ground and finished last. COOL CHARMER and KISSIN KATE were disputing 2nd place on the bend when they bumped together and COOL CHARMER lost three lengths in the incident and finished 5th.
Race 12	The Rock 95.2FM C5 - C5 - 305	STIFF began well and was in 2nd place going into the bend but was checked when ROSEMORE OSTI shifted in and STIFF went back through the field and stayed back to finish in the rear group.
