Judicial report: OPAWA CARLOS (Lane & Wales) which was late scratched at kennelling at Waikato on 31 January, was represented to Veterinary Surgeon Lesley Roberts in Christchurch on 4 February and found to be free of injury. Therefore the stand down is rescinded under Rule 82.5.

Race 1	New Zealand Racing Series Novice - NZRSq - 545 Heat 1	TEPIRITA RUBY ran outwards on the first bend and pushed SECRET SARAH wide with both dogs losing ground. No head on coverage was available for this event.
Race 2	New Zealand Racing Series Novice - NZRSq - 545 Heat 2	The favourite LINE HONOURS was last to jump. OPAWA BRO checked outwards off MISS OZARK into the first bend and lost a lot of ground. On the home turn CANVAS RIDER checked off the heels of UNO NOSEY and lost momentum.
Race 3	Dave Robbie Photographer Maiden Sprint - C0 - 310	FANTAS FICTION was very slow to jump. JUMPIN SALLY ran inwards in the early stages making solid contact with CAWBOURNE CHIEF with both dogs losing ground. BLACK TANK was checked as SAM'S FLYIN NORM ran inwards into the bend with BLACK TANK shifting outwards losing ground.
Race 4	New Zealand Racing Series Novice - NZRSq - 545 Heat 3	OPAWA CASSIDY, BONE NERD and AUTUMN SPIRIT all dwelt at the start. OPAWA PATCH was tightened in the early stages and ran outwards checking OPAWA CASSIDY who lost ground. These two runners again came together on the first turn losing momentum.
Race 5	New Zealand Racing Series Novice - NZRSq - 545 Heat 4	PUKEKO EXPRESS, STIRLING DANN and OPAWA ROYAL were the slowest to jump. OPAWA ROYAL received a check after a couple of strides when running inwards and contacting STIRLING DANN. KNOW FAULT and CALM SPIRIT brushed together for a stride into the first bend. UNO SHYLA was tightened on that first bend and lost ground. OPAWA ROYAL covered extra ground around the first bend.
Race 6	Roofing Solutions Stakes - C2 - 545	SMASH AMY, SRETROR and ANOTHER STAR were the last from the traps. WILD GROVE and NOGGIN bumped for a stride in the early stages. SMASH AMY angled outwards in the run to the first bend requiring SRETROR and ANOTHER STAR to cover extra ground when attempting to improve.
Race 7	New Zealand Racing Series Novice - NZRSq - 545 Heat 5	OPAWA JAKE was last to jump. OKUKU SURPRISE was checked from behind by TEPIRITA TUITEKA into the first bend and lost ground with INDI'S GRACE being inconvenienced in behind. OKUKU SURPRISE then ran outwards on the bend pushing CHARLIE'S CHOICE over extra ground. CHARLIE'S CHOICE was badly checked at the end of the back straight as he was improving rapidly into a marginal gap on the inside of TEPRITA TUITEKA with CHARLIE'S CHOICE dropping back through the field and into the path of UNO ORANGE who lost her chance at this stage. OKUKU SURPRISE was also impeded at this point.
Race 8	New Zealand Racing Series Novice - NZRSq - 545 Heat 6	WAGON WHEEL was last to jump. A number of dogs were tightened in the early stages as outside runners crossed towards the rail with OPAWA NIKO, OKUKU CRACKER and WAGON WHEEL being the worst affected. MATULINO ran wide into the first bend losing ground. WAGON WHEEL was held up at the end of the back straight losing momentum.
Race 9	Clare and Leo Devenie Memorial Stakes - C3 - 545	PUKEKO FLYER was last to jump. This runner then checked outwards of the back of KNOW PERIL into the first bend and ran very wide losing many lengths. KNOW PERIL checked off BOTANY COMET on the first bend and lost ground.
Race 10	New Zealand Racing Series Novice - NZRSq - 545 Heat 7	CHILL OUT RALPH and OPAWA JAY were last from the traps. GOLDSTAR BELLA was tightened in the early rush and lost ground. OPAWA JAY made contact with the rail into the first bend and lost ground. CHILL OUT RALPH ran wide into the first bend and lost ground. HARLEY HAKA received a check at the end of the back straight and lost a length. On the home turn CHILL OUT RALPH ran out of room when finishing stylishly and checked off the back of SHA CHAR coming together with OPAWA SIR in the process. When balanced CHILL OUT RALPH continued to finish strongly into second.
Race 11	Green Island Super Liquor Sprint - C1 - 310	CAWBOURNE BARB and SHYANNE JADE were the last to jump. SHYANNE JADE and REAL SLIM SHADY came together in the early stages. WHAT A DUMP angled outwards brushing with BLACK OZARK and losing ground. SHYANNE JADE clipped the rear of WHAT A DUMP into the bend. Into the bend CAWBOURNE BARB caused BLACK OZARK to be tightened with BLACK OZARK losing ground.
Race 12	Speedprint Shop Sprint - C4 - 310	BLICKLING BRIDGE angled inwards into the bend and caused checks to GAZZA'S PRIDE, OKUKU DREAMER and THRILLING CLOVER with this quartet losing their chances.
