Judicial report: PINDARI (J&D Fahey) completed a satisfactory trial as required under Rule 81. Trainer P Scott was fined $100 as per the Minor Infringements Table after admitting a breach of Rule 64.11 the details of which are that ALL AGAINST ME weighed in at 34.9 kgs which was 1.7 kgs above his last race weight on 4 January 2013. Trainer Robin Wales was reminded of his obligations in ensuring that arranged catchers are present where necessary.

Race 1	Super Pets Dash - C0 - 295	COVER TO COVER and CAWBOURNE ZAC were both very slow to jump and then came together in the early stages settling well back. UNO GREEN angled outwards marginally on the turn and came together with CAWBOURNE GLOW for a stride.
Race 2	David Emerson Consultancy Sprint - C0 - 295	CONNECT THE DOTS and PHAT PANTS were slow to jump and wider out WANDY GRANT ran inwards checking CHASE THE STARS with this runner settling well back. Just after the line TEEVEE GARBO was checked and fell with this dog being referred to the Vet for assessment.
Race 3	Hampden Tavern Stakes - C0 - 520	OPAWA CARLOS was last to jump. Into the bend CAWBOURNE ANNA checked outwards off the heels of TEEVEE GIDGET and collided with KYLIE'S BELLE who was badly checked and lost ground. At the end of the back straight GO PATCH was tightened and lost ground.
Race 4	Shirley Veterinary Centre Dash - C0 - 295	RINGA DING scrambled for a stride and then leapt in the air soon after the jump and fell taking no part in the race. This dog was referred to the Vet and cleared of injury. LIQUORICE WHIP was tightened into the bend losing ground and then ran wide on the home turn. The performance of RINGA DING was considered by Stewards to be unsatisfactory with this dog being ordered to complete a satisfactory trial in terms of Rule 81.
Race 5	Clarkson Sign Studio Stakes - C0 - 520	TEPIRITA TUITEKA and OPAWA CASSIDY were both very slow to jump. ALL FOR ONE was tightened along the inside into the first bend and checked outwards pushing OPAWA CASSIDY wide around that bend. At the end of the back straight ALL FOR ONE eased and ran outwards taking OPAWA CASSIDY and TOP PLAYER off the track with all three dogs losing their chances. ALL FOR ONE was examined by the Vet and found to have a minor hock injury. The dog was charged with failing to pursue the lure under Rule 80.1.b. and was suspended for 28 days and required to trial. This dog was again examined on 27 January and found to have a serious injury therefore the failing to pursue penalty was rescined.
Race 6	The Miller Bar & Cafe Dash - C2 - 295	MAKE YOUR POINT was last to jump. AVERSION was handy into the bend but ran very wide and lost his chance. Co-trainer Kirsty Taylor explained to Stewards that the dog has always had the habit of running wide especially when drawn in the outside boxes. She added that she would consider changing the strapping on the dog for Sunday.
Race 7	christchurchgreyhounds.co.nz Stakes - C1 - 520	CHILL OUT RALPH and PIED WARRIOR were the slowest to jump. CHILL OUT RALPH checked off the hindquarters of OHOKA TAYLOR into the first bend and lost ground. On the home turn OHOKA FRENCHI and KNOW TASTE came together when racing in tight quarters.
Race 8	Garrard's Horse And Hound Dash - C1 - 295	CHARLIE'S CHOICE was last to jump from the outside. WANDY GAYLENE angled inwards in the early stages checking HOMEBUSH VIOLET for a stride. Into the bend WINSTON WHO checked off the back of SUMMERLAND KING and ran outwards sharply causing severe checks to OHOKA HART and HOMEBUSH VIOLET with these runners losing their chances.
Race 9	Amber Cleaning Services Stakes - C1 - 520	NITRO EXPRESS and KNOW FUTURE were the slowest to jump. SECRET ARNIE ran inwards into the first bend severely checking CANVAS RIDER who was turned sideways and dropped back throught the field settling a long last. In this incident MATULINO and OPAWA BART were forced wide around the bend.
Race 10	Dave Robbie Photographer Sprint - C1 - 295	CAWBOURNE TRAVIS and KNOW JEALOUSY were a shade slow to jump. KNOW JEALOUSY ran inwards in the early stages checking OHOKA ASHLEY who was turned sideways and lost her chance dropping to the rear.
Race 11	Bill's Bar & Bistro Dash - C1 - 295	GO HOUSIE ducked inwards checking NOISY LEO in the early stages with NOISY LEO dropping to the rear. Soon after OHOKA SANDY wanted out from the rail as GO HOUSIE continued to shift down the track resulting in TWISTER AL and MULBERRY CATO being badly tightened and losing ground.
Race 12	Speight's Sprint - C2 - 295	KNOW LIES was last to jump. OHOKA ZOE checked outwards off KNOW LIES into the bend and lost ground.
