| Race 2 | Harrison Hire Master C0 - C0 - 305 | SECTIONED drew box 1 and shifted in from the start and made contact with the rail twice and settled at the rear and he was referred to the Vet for assessment. YEAH NAH checked off the heels of RUTHLESS going into the bend and went back onto SUPREME SHELLEEN with both dogs losing several lengths. WHITE LEGS made firm contact with the rail after the winning post and then collided with SUPREME SHELLEEN . WHITE LEGS was referred to the Vet for assessment. |

HILTON FRIDAY shifted in going into the bend and caused checks to BEE OSTEE and HOMEBUSH SMOKE who both lost several lengths. ANOTHER STONE shifted out on the bend and forced CRYSTAL WAVE to also race wide but he recovered to win the race. |

| Race 6 | Gary Ross Decorator C1 - C1 - 305 | One of the favourites WINSTON WHO was one of the slowest to begin and then raced wide covering extra ground and finished in 4th place. HOMEBUSH KELLY, REBEL JOE and EXCITED ROYALE came together and bumped soon after the start. |
| Race 7 | Wanganui Security C1 - C1 - 305 | HOMEBUSH VIOLET shifted in going into the first corner and checked MAXI'S MATE who went back to last and stayed there to finish in that position. KEZZ was also hampered and lost momentum in the incident. |

HARLEY HAKA was observed to shorten stride going into the final bend and drifted back to finish several lengths last and was referred to the Vet for assessment. |

WORKING WAIKATO shifted in going to the first corner and checked SEDGEBROOK SKITE and RANDOM ACT who both lost ground. WORKING WAIKATO continued to shift in and SYDILICIOUS was checked going into the bend losing several lengths. RANDOM ACT drifted off the back of the field on the bend and finished several lengths last and was referred to the Vet for assessment. |
