Weather: Overcast
Track: Good The track was presented in a very good racing order with all other equipment working through out the programme (refer judicial regarding the 457 boxes )
Scales: Correct at all weights
Health and Safety comment: Nil

Judicial report: The 457 starts to day where all hand started at the request of the Stewards after rain early in the day affected the electrics
This does not affect the electric timing system
The Club have been trying to rectify the problem for some time and are in the process of having newa new electrical system installed for these boxes
EUNUCHS LUCK 1st reserve in race 7 gained a start in to the field on Sunday the 23-12-2013 the Trainer (A Blackburn ) informed the stewards later that night that due to car mechanical problems she would not be able to travel the dog to the track for Mondays race
The Stewards informed her that proof of this from a garage will be required to be produced to the Stewards.

Race 1	All Sew Embroidery Sprint - C1 - 375	From the boxes GOOD PERCEPTION SHIRONA and QUESTION ME all bumped together Racing in to the first turn SHIRONA was checked as QUESTION ME came across pushing GOOD PERCEPTION over on to her Racing in to the bend CALL ME RALPH was forced out wide as RANDY OUTSIDE raced through on his inner GGOD PERCEPTION suffered an injury during the race and was referred to the vet for assessment
Race 2	Te Awamutu Self Storage Maiden Series Heat 1 - C0q - 457 Heat 1	Racing in to the first turn WOLF MARINE ran on to the back of TEKAU who was hampered for a stride or so but kept going leading the bunch chasing BUGSY BANGLES to the line SAM BOY OUR BERNIE and SYDENHAM JADE all ran wide on to the top bend covering a fair amount of extra ground as they raced towards the home straight
Race 3	The Clubhouse Sports Bar & Cafe Series Heat 1 - C1q - 457 Heat 1	Racing to the first turn RIJEKA and COME A CROPPER both ran wide in to and around the bend with RIJEKA almost running off the sand at one point COME A CROPPER was able to keep going strongly in the home straight to over haul the leader MATRIX close to the post to win well Nearing the home turn FLASH THAT ran out bumping STAR BOUND who bumped in to RIJEKA who became unbalanced for a stride or so losing momentum
Race 4	Te Awamutu Self Storage Maiden Series Heat 2 - C0q - 457 Heat 2	In the run to the first turn AGENT VAN ALDEN ran outwards crashing in to KNOW FAULT and OPAWA WEBBY who where severly checked and hampered at this point AGENT VAN ALDEN kept running outwards in to the bend LACE THEM UP ran outwards sharply as they entered the first turn forcing AZURE DREAMS very wide on to the top bend and almost ran off on to the grass these runners lost all chance there after
Race 5	The Clubhouse Sports Bar & Cafe Series Heat 2 - C1q - 457 Heat 2	BORASCO was slow away today then made ground rapidly as they raced in to the first turn where he tried to cut across the face of DOUBLE TAPP these two dogs came together and tangled for a stride or so losing ground BORASCO and DOUBLE TAPP both recovered to finish well for 3rd an 4th placing at the line . Racing down to the first turn JETSUN COAL lay in on CULLEN'S IMPACT for some distance with CULLENS IMPACT being forced back in behind this runner MADAM NORRIS from box 3 ran out wide in to and around the top bend covering a fair amount of extra ground finishing several lengths last at the line
Race 6	Superior Chunky Dog Rolls Sprint - C2 - 375	Racing in to the first turn MAKING DEBREE from wide out cut across the face of the field to the rail causing crowding to HAJIME LIVING THE DREAM and SYDENHAM BUBBLES who was checked back out of his racing position and was not able to get back in to contention there after TALK IT OVER was well back and wide in to the first turn made good ground there after to finish in 4th placing at the line .
Race 7	Palamountains Nutrition Waikato Classic Heat 1 - R/Aq - 457 Heat 1	RAVEON was slow away then drifted back to be a clear last finishing the rear at the line BORNATO and NECTER ran wide across the top bend with BORNATO putting in a very strong finish to collar the leader KNOW THOUGHT close to the line
Race 8	Palamountains Nutrition Waikato Classic Heat 2 - R/Aq - 457 Heat 2	BROOKLYN HOPE was away well in the early stages then drifted slightly as they raced to the first turn when she received a decent knock from RODRIGUEZ as this runner attempted to cross to the rail BROOKLYN HOPE lost momentum and several lengths never recovered to get in to contention there after
Race 9	Palamountains Nutrition Waikato Classic Heat 3 - R/Aq - 457 Heat 3	From the boxes KIKI RHODE FLYING MOE DRYSDALE and JETSUN BLAZE all came together Racing to the first turn TRENDY KNOCKAS raced between runners causing SAMSON DASH to run out wide on to the bend forcing KNOW ATTEMPT to almost run off the track on the point of the top bend
Race 10	Palamountains Nutrition Waikato Classic Heat 4 - R/Aq - 457 Heat 4	From the boxes BEAU RIVAGE ran straight inwards on to FEAR GO and JAY CEE HURT as DEANNE'S MAGIC ran outwards all these runners were checked at this point BEAU RIVAGE and FEAR GO went back a couple of lengths Racing in to the first turn BEAU RIVAGE had raced across to the rail ran on to the heels of DEANNE'S MAGIC and lost a couple more lengths then ran outwards across the heels of WONNIE WONDER taking INDI RHODE wide on to the bend these runners lost all chance there after finishing towards the rear at the line
