Track: Good The track for the second part of the programme was in first class order with all other equipment working well throughout
Scales: Correct at all weights
Health and Safety comment: Nil

Judicial report: Trainer Mr R O'regan was fined $150-00 under rule 88.1o for negligence in that he failed to scratch TUMMY KRUNCHES from his engagment in race 3
TUMMY KRUNCHES was stood down at The Auckland GRC meeting on the 20-12-2012 and was ineligable to start .
QUICK CAT was a late scratching in race 7 at kenneling when found to have come in to season
It was very hot and humid all day and in to the evening here and the all the Clubs staff can be commended for doing a excellent job through out a very long programme

Race 1	Garrards Horse and Hound Distance - C2d - 650	THRILLING BRAT adopted his customary racing style going out wide along the back straight got to the front nearing the home turn but had to dig deep to keep ULTIMATE DREAM at bay in the home staright
Race 2	Waikato Cup Heat 1 - C5q - 457 Heat 1	RILEY'S MATE was held up racing in to the fitrst turn when back in the field MINT POWER took a while to wind up in the straight finishing well in the last 50 metres for third placing at the line
Race 3	Waikato Cup Heat 2 - C5q - 457 Heat 2	TUMMY KRUNCHES was stood down at Auckland 20-12-2013 and was not eligable to start was a late scratching (refer judicial ) All clear
Race 4	Waikato Cup Heat 3 - C5q - 457 Heat 3	LACHLAN'S CASH was first away in the early stages nearing the first turn GRIZZ came across forcing THRILLING BLITZ over on to LACHLAN'S CASH and COME ON RODGE LACHLAN'S CASH was tightened and squeezed back from between runners towards the rear COME ON RODGE recovered well fronm this incident to quickly get back in to a handy position in the running finishing in 2nd placing at the line
Race 5	Denis Cole Memorial Waikato Sprint Heat 1 - C5q - 375 Heat 1	From the boxes THRILLING HAVOC stumbled for a stride COSMIC PEARL ran inwards on to DADDY LOWE and ROSEMORE OSTI with THRILLING HAVOC being tightened and checked back at this point THRILLING HAVOC lost a couple of lengths but just seemed to battle in to 4th placing at the line
Race 6	Palamountains Nutrition Series Heat 1 - C3q - 375 Heat 1	As the field neared the home turn THIS IS SWIP was racing up handy in the leading bunch when ENOUGH IS ENOUGH caught his heels THIS IS SWIP went down on his hindquarters and fell catching the hindquarters of TAKE THEM MICK whose back legs went out from underneath him and he almost fell with NO LANE running outwards sharply in avoiding TAKE THE MICK NO LANE almost ran in to the boxes at the top of the straight but was able to avoid them and finished past the post as did the the other two runners TAKE THE MICK suffered an injury during the running and was referred to the vet for assessment THIS IS SWIP suffered an injury in the running and was referred to the vet for assessment NO LANE suffered an injury in the running and was referred to the vet for assessment
Race 7	Denis Cole Memorial Waikato Sprint Heat 2 - C5q - 375 Heat 2	QUICK CAT was a late scratching at kenneling when vetted and was found to be in season In the run in to the first turn there was tightning and jostling caused by CAPTAIN COUTTS as he raced across towards the rail with AS FAR AS BIGTIME KINVARA BOY SPICE MY JACK ATTACK and FLAG WAVER all coming together and losing ground BIGTIME KINVARA caught heels going back and stumbled ending up in the rear this incident allowed CAPTAIN COUTTS and GURU GOOSE get away to a handy lead these being the first two runners to the line AS FAR AS suffered an injury during the running and was referred to the vet for assessment
Race 8	Palamountains Nutrition Series Heat 2 - C3q - 375 Heat 2	From the boxes SPACE RACE and ASTONISHING came together as LACHLAN VALLEY cut across forcing SASHA'S ONE over on to SPACE RACE with RUN STACEY RUN being checked back in behind SPACE RACE then ran over jostling ASTONISHING for a couple of strides several strides on SPACE RACE had pushed ASTONISHING in to THRILLING HALO was turned sideways with ASTONISHING going back and catching the heels of THRILLING HALO who was almost dragged down at that point THRILLING HALO lost ground soon after finishing towards the rear at the line
Race 9	Affordable Pet Accessories Sprint - C4/5 - 375	KILARA'S FANCY went down on his nose as the lids lifted losing 5 or so lengths this was his first start for several months In the run to the first turn HONG KONG LOUIE raced across on to MINDARIVA DARLEK KHAN a couple of strides on THEODORE WEST raced across on to HONG KONG LOUIE forcing this runners in with HONG KONG LOUIE being squeezed back in behind causing EXCITING DREAM be pushed in on to DARLEK KHAN who was severly checked and turned sideways at this point DARLEK KHAN lost several lengths but recovered to finish on strongly in the home straight to finish in 4th placing
Race 10	Merry Christmas to All Stakes - C2 - 457	As they left the boxes WHAT WHERE WHEN ran in to MAGICO as SUMMER SPICE and ZAGATO moved in all these four runners came together at this point SUMMER SPICE RAMESSEE and WHAT WHERE WHEN ran widest across the top bend
