Into the home straight AVERSION which led the field ran wide and lost several lengths before finishing on for second placing. |

Shortly after the jump KNOW FAULT shifted inwards and checked KNOW CHARITY who lost ground. In the run to the turn GO BRIDIE checked outwards and ran wide losing ground. |

Lisa Waretini, trainer of the winner OHOKA SANDY, when questioned about the dog's improved performance stated that she had been spelled after initially coming into season and then suffering from kennel cough and raced better fresh up. |
| Race 5 | Flair Maiden Stakes Final - C0f - 520 | On the first turn MATULINO checked off the rear of KYLIE'S BELLE and ran outwards forcing CASINO BLACK wide on the track. HARLEY HAKA incurred an injury at the lure as the field was pulling up and was referred to the vet for assessment. |
| Race 6 | Buy Sell & Exchange Dash - C1 - 295 | When the field was removed from the kennels STIRLING DANN was found to have a cut to his right fore pad and was a late scratching. CAMPAIGNER and JAMES ARTHUR were slow to jump. From the jump CLAREMONT PIZZAZZ ran inwards and checked the running of THUNDA THIGHS. On the turn THUNDA THIGHS ran out wide but finished strongly in the home straight after losing momentum. |

Into the turn BOTANY MOLLY checked outwards off DON'T CALL ME and ran outwards impeding BIGTIME YAHOO with the trailing SEA SPRAY DORIS severely checked and losing ground. |

Into the back straight KNOW TASTE shifted inwards and checked KNOW CHAOS who in turn forced OHOKA TAYLOR to run very wide. On the home straight WANDY JEWEL clipped the rear of SERAPHINE JEWEL who was briefly turned sideways and lost momentum. |
