Judicial report: Trainers Robin Wales and Josh Lane were fined $100 under the Minor Infringements Table after admitting a breach of Rule 69.11 when OPAWA BOMB weighed in 2.6 kgs above its last race weight.

Race 1	Super Pets Sprint - C3 - 295	STAR GUN was tightened by UNO HARRIET into the bend with STAR GUN losing ground.
Race 2	Jet Pets Dash - C2 - 295	RENNERS GIFT was the last to jump from the outside. NITRO MABEL ran inwards in the initial stages and came together with WHERE'S JOHN CEE who was heading outwards with OUT BY FIVE and WANDY JEWEL being tightened in between these runners. On the home turn REDDY BOY ran outwards severely hampering NITRO MABEL and RENNER'S GIFT who lost their chances.
Race 3	Thursday Place Pick Dash - C3 - 295	SMASH AMEGO was last to jump from the outside. TOM FINN ran inwards in the early stages placing HOME TRUTH and JIMMY JURANTE in awkward positions. DECADO was checked into the bend and lost ground. JIMMY JURANTE checked outwards into the bend checking TOM FINN. TOM FINN then angled inwards again checking DECADO who dropped to the rear.
Race 4	Bill's Bar & Bistro Stakes - C2 - 520	BABY JAMES was tightened into the first bend and lost ground settling at the rear.
Race 5	racingdogs.co.nz Sprint - C4 - 295	COOL JORDIE uncharacteristically missed the jump stumbling after a stride and settling a clear last. ICEBERG RAPPER was tightened in the early rush for positions and settled towards the rear. Into the bend JED NORTON checked off the hind quarters of GENISTA OUTLAW and lost ground.
Race 6	Shirley Veterinary Centre Stakes - C2/3 - 520	KNOW THOUGHT and KNOW ATTEMPT were the last to jump. KNOW ATTEMPT angled outwards when improving into the first bend and pushed THRILLING SOUND over extra ground. OPAWA BOMB was tightened at the end of the back straight as BLACK EMILY shifted down the track.
Race 7	Carol's T.A.B. Sprint - C2 - 295	WANDY FEATHER was last to jump. OKOTOKS angled across the face of the field with all runners inside her namely EL MAESTRO, JOHNNIE GEORGE, FOGGY STORM, MY LITTLE OAH and BAM BAM being tightened and losing ground. MY LITTLE OAH struck the rail at this stage with a post race veterinary check clearing him of any injury. Into the bend BAM BAM was tightened and ran outwards severely checking himself and EL MAESTRO with this pair losing their chances. Co-trainer Kirsty Taylor told Stewards that HOT SHOT LAWYER has been freshened since last racing and this together with a clear run today helped turn the dog's form around.
Race 8	Kolorful Kanvas Stakes - C2/3 - 520	ANOTHER COURSE and OPAWA STYLE were both tightened along the inside and dropped to the rear into the bend as BOTANY COMET crossed to the rail in front of them.
Race 9	Robbie's Bar & Bistro Dash - C4 - 295	WATERHOUSE was a clear last on jumping. PERSIAN OIL angled outwards in the back straight pushing FIERY FLOWER and MAGIC YOU wider on the track. NOVA'S FORTUNE ran inwards into the bend tightening GENISTA TORNADO who dropped to the rear.
Race 10	I Pave Concrete Dash - C5 - 295	KNOW ATTENTION was last to jump with favourite KNOW ESCAPE also settling well back. KNOW RIVAL checked outwards off runners into the bend and pushed CAWBOURNE MOFF, KNOW ESCAPE and NOT A KNOW wider as these dogs were attempting to improve. CAWBOURNE MOFF then ran inwards coming together with KNOW ATTENTION with both runners losing ground.
Race 11	Buy Sell & Exchange Stakes - C4/5 - 520	FEAR GO was the last to jump. ALISARAY shifted up the track in the early stages hampering STILL HELINA and HOMEBUSH IRIS for a few strides. FEAR GO and CYNTHIA BAXTER were both forced wide on the first bend losing ground. At the entrance to the back straight STILL HELINA checked off the back of COME ON RODGE and lost ground. On the home turn STILL HELINA angled inwards checking CYNTHIA BAXTER when these dogs were racing in the rear group. The favourite COME ON RODGE weakened over the concluding stages finishing fifth with a post race veterinary check revealing tenderness in the gracilis area. No stand down was considered necessary with co-trainer Jean Fahey informing Stewards that she would monitor the progress of the dog in the coming days and report any further information should anything come to light.
Race 12	Speight's Sprint - C4 - 295	REAL CLEVER was a clear last at the jump. She made ground well for fourth. NERD CORNER was checked following the race with a tendon strain and some swelling in the front of the hock being diagnosed. A 14 day stand down was recommended.
