Judicial report: MARMITE was found to be in breach of Rule 80.1A (marring ) in race 4 Trainer T Patton admitted to the charge with MARMITE being stood down for 28 days ( 1st offence ) and to the completion of a satisfactory trial/s

Race 1	Thornton Auctions Sprint - C3 - 318	WHERE'S THE CAT was slow away was then quickly in to stride cutting across the heels of LAFAYETTE and stumbled slightly CAFE CHIC WINSOME ACHEIVER LAFAYETTE and PURE THEATRE raced wide across the top bend PURE THEATRE finished on gamely for 3rd placing at the line .
Race 2	Jo's TAB Onehunga Series Final - C0f - 318	TAKE ON ME jumped straight to the lead going in to the first turn he came out and bumped ALL IN ALL TAKE ON ME lost a length a few strides on OUR BERNIE raced out from midfield running on to the heels of TAKE ON ME and was unable to get around this runner racing across the top bend OUR BERNIE caught the heels of TAKE ON ME again just before the home turn with both runners losing momentum for a couple of strides. Racing in to the first turn MEL'S QUICK ran outwards in avoiding the heels of OUR BERNIE forcing D'OR FILLE over extra ground
Race 3	McGhie Plumbing Sprint - C0 - 318	WEE NANA was slow away soon after in the run to the first turn was observed to ease for a few strides going back to be approx 4 lengths in the rear and never improved there after being several lengths in the rear at the line WEE NANA was sent for a vet check. where no abnormalities were found The Stewards reviewed the running of WEE NANA and are of the opinion that WEE NANA failed to pursue the lure along the back straight L Hamerton (kennell rep ) was shown a replay of the race and agreed with the Stewards opinion that the dog had failed to pursue and agreed to a charge under Rule 80.1b failing to pursue with a 28 day stand down imposed and to complete a satisfactory trial /s
Race 4	Carol's TABs Stakes - C1 - 527	In the run to the first turn MR LOCHLYN raced across causing LIMERICK LEE to catch his heels outside of these runners MYSTIC crossed over causing MARMITE to catch her heels resulting in MR LOCHLYN running outwards on to MARMITE with FUN TIME GIRL in behind catching the heels of MR LOCHLYN and dipping running out wide by the time they made the back straight half the field had got away on the rest by about 10 lengths with LIMERICK LEE heading the chase racing on to the bend FUN TIME GIRL raced between runners checking LIMERICK LEE who went back to the rear with MARMITE soon after nearing the home turn MARMITE moved outwards towards LIMERICK LEE and marred this runner for several strides. Mr T Patton trainer of MARMITE was shown a replay of the incident and admitted to the charge of marring under rule 80.1a with MARMITE being stood down for 28 days ( 1st offence ) and to the completion of a satisfactory trial/s
Race 5	Trophies Plus Series Final - C1f - 318	Soon after the start BEARLY POSSIBLE and LACHLAN'S DEVIL bumped LITTLE BITTY GAL was first away sped to the lead was joined by LACHLAN'S DEVIL as they raced acroos the top bend ,racing in to the home straight LACHLAN'S DEVIL came down on to LITTLE BITTY GAL hampering her for a couple of strides
Race 6	Sel's TAB Mangere Stakes - C2 - 527	ILA GLADYS was away well in the early stages soon after entering the back straight she went back to the rear and was uncomfortable in her galloping action there after finishing several lengths in the rear at the line ILA GLADYS was sent for a vet check and was found to have a right fibula fracture with a 28 day stand down recommended The Stewards reviewed the running of the race to try and acertain where the injury to ILA GLADYS may have occured ,however the film showed that this runner had an uninterruppted run throughout
Race 7	Video Replay @ www.agrc.co.nz Sprint - C1 - 318	Soon after the start VERY CHILLY raced across as MAJOR TOM ducked in across his heels on to PIRI and PENO BOY with VERY CHILLY being turned sideways for a stride he recovered quickly to keep his position soon after PENO BOY moved inwards on to KYIRRE TESTIFY and ASTUTE WHIZ with TESTIFY being jostled between runners for some distance as they headed in to the first turn ASTUTE WHIZ and TESTIFY went back to the rear losing 5 lengths MAJOR TOM and COLERIDGE ANGEL went widest in to the top bend
Race 8	$20,000 Pick6 Stakes - C3/4 - 527	All clear
Race 9	Auckland Vending Sprint - C4 - 318	In the run to the first turn there was tighning in the midfield as CORPORAL JONES forced his way outwards on to SAMSON DASH LACHLAN VALLEY and BELKARA HOT LASS from wide box then came across tighning BELKARA who pushed inwards on to LACHLAN VALLEY forcing him in on to CORPORAL JONES and SAMSON DASH CORPORAL JONES was severly tightened and went up on the back of LACHLAN VALLEY with CORPORAL JONES spreading himself on his stomach then regaining his footing SAMSON DASH was tightened on to the rail at this point all these threee runners lost all chance therafter finishing some distance behind the rest of the field at the line CORPORAL JONES was sent for a vet check where no abnrmalities were found SAMSON DASH was sent for a vet check where no abnormalities were found
Race 10	Plaster Board LTD Sprint - C5 - 318	In the run to the first turn KISSIN KATE moved outwards bumping in to COSMIC MAC with NATHAN'S CHAMP catching the heels of KISSIN KATE as she moved out wards.
Race 11	Greyhound Function Centre Stakes - C5 - 527	All clear
Race 12	The Brownzy Sports Bar Sprint - C5 - 318	From the boxes WE'RE SO LUCKY moved outwards on to COSMIC PEARL bumping each other several times racing in to the first turn WE'RE SO LUCKY moved inwards on to THRILLING ISSUES who kept his ground forcing WE;RE SO LUCKY to race wide taking COSMIC PEARL wide across the top bend
Race 13	Jack's Wholesale Meats Sprint - C1/2 - 318	Soon after the start KIM DOTCOM raced out towards the middle of the track tightning CRAFTY GRAHAM over on to DEB BALE further out TIGER KAREN ducked inwards checking MR MAJESTIC soon after DEB BALE and CRAFTY GRAHAM came together as they raced in to the bend DEB BALE lost a length or two CRAFTY GRAHAM kept his position to finish on strongly for 3rd placing at the line further out MR MAJESTIC was hampered again when catching the heels of TIGER KAREN in to the bend MR MAJESTIC lost about 3 lengths at this point .
