Judicial report: CAWBOURNE MOFF (J McInerney) completed a satisfactory trial as required by Rule 80. Trainer Robin Wales was questioned in regards to his lateness in kennelling two dogs. His explanation was accepted on this occasion but he was informed that a repeat would result in a charge being issued.

Race 1	Super Pets Dash - C1 - 295	BAM BAM was slow from the outside. BAM BAM then ran inwards into the bend and brushed the rail losing ground with a post race veterinary check revealing no injury. When questioned regarding the disappointing performance of favourite runner CAWBOURNE TILLY, handler Jonathan McInerney stated the bitch had only been with the kennel for two weeks and had been subject to a 2.5kg weight drop since her previous race starts overseas. He also stated that their intention would be to increase the weight in the near future.
Race 2	Amber Cleaning Services Sprint - C0 - 295	COVER TO COVER was a clear last on jumping. MAKE YOUR POINT ran sharply inwards at the jump badly checking TOP PLAYER and ONE EAR POISED. MAKE YOUR POINT continued to race greenly and checked off the back of MADDIE BRAND on the bend losing ground.
Race 3	Thursday Place Pick Dash - C0 - 295	CASINO BLACK and WILL EXCITE were the last from the traps. CUTS DEEP and HOMEBUSH CRUDEN came together in the back straight for a stride. CASINO BLACK ran inwards and brushed the rail losing ground into the bend.
Race 4	Kolorful Kanvas Maiden Heat - C0q - 520 Heat 1	BENDALL'S BOY was last to jump. BE PREPARED and the favourite PINDARI came together in the early stages losing ground. Into the first bend CANDY BELLE received a checked and went back through the field. KNOW BACKCHAT and CLAREMONT PIZZAZ came together into the first bend with KNOW BACKCHAT then being badly dragged down by PINDARI. At the end of the back straight PINDARI eased and ran outwards pushing CLAREMONT PIZZAZ wide on the track. Post race veterinary checks were carried out on KNOW BACKCHAT and PINDARI. KNOW BACKCHAT was found to have an injured hock with a 60 day stand down imposed. Stewards viewed the available coverage and established that that no marring could be proven to have taken place. PINDARI was found to have hip support soreness and pain on stifle extension. As this was deemed to be a serious injury a charge of failing to pursue was not preferred but the dog was ordered to complete a satisfactory trial in terms of Rule 81.
Race 5	Kolorful Kanvas Maiden Heat - C0q - 520 Heat 2	WAGON WHEEL was last to jump. On the first bend STOLEN MONEY was dragged down and lost ground with FERGIE'S BELLE, HERE'S FERGIE and WAGON WHEEL all being badly inconvenienced. These four were in a race of the own from this stage and at the end of the back straight HERE'S FERGIE ran outwards and marred the running of STOLEN MONEY for some distance. The veterinary surgeon found hip support soreness on HERE' S FERGIE. HERE'S FERGIE was stood down for 28 days as a result of the marring and required to complete a satisfactory trial.
Race 6	Kolorful Kanvas Maiden Heat - C0q - 520 Heat 3	OPAWA CASPER, UNO SHYLA and OHOKA TAYLOR all came together in the initial stages as OHOKA TAYLOR crossed the inside pair and reached the front. KNOW SOLUTION and TEPIRITA TUITEKA were the last to jump. KNOW SOLUTION checked off runners into the back straight and lost momentum.
Race 7	Coaster's Tavern Dash - C0 - 295	LITTLE MIDNIGHT was a clear last on jumping. In the early stages TEEVEE GARBO ran outwards checking CLAREMONT DIVA who lost ground and settled at the rear.
Race 8	Kolorful Kanvas Maiden Heat - C0q - 520 Heat 4	UNO NOSEY and OHOKA FRENCHI were the slowest to jump. OHOKA FRENCHI ran wide into the first bend and lost ground. Closer in KNOW TASTE checked outwards off UNO GREEN and pushed OHOKA FRENCHI wider. At the end of the back straight OHOKA FRENCHI was badly dragged down on two occasions and lost ground with UNO NOSEY, YA LAUGHIN' and UNO GREEN all being badly hampered in behind. A post race veterinary check of OHOKA FRENCHI revealed no injury.
Race 9	Fanta Claws At Stud Stakes - C1 - 520	SERAPHINE JEWEL was tightened when handy into the first bend and dropped to the rear where she remained. On the home turn OHOKA ZOE checked off the back of PARTY ROCK and lost momentum. OHOKA ZOE ran on late for fifth.
Race 10	Dave Robbie Photographer Stakes - C1 - 520	KNOW LIES received a nasty check in the early stages as RAMBUNCTIOUS ran inwards with KNOW LIES dropping to the rear. OHOKA SANDY and ARCHIE'S DOLL were both tightened into the first bend losing ground with ARCHIE'S DOLL the worst affected settling last. A post race veterinary check of ARCHIE'S DOLL revealed no injury.
Race 11	Garrard's Horse And Hound Sprint - C1 - 295	AVERSION was last to jump. SILVIA SUE and MIGHTY MONICA were tightened in the early stages. JET EVEN ran wide on the home turn losing its winning chance while wider out an improving AVERSION also ran wide pushing PARKERMON over extra ground.
Race 12	Active Electrical Christchurch Stakes - C2 - 520	KNOW ATTEMPT ran outwards in the early stages and pushed TAKE A TRICK outwards on to FIREMAN'S ROCKET and OPAWA MIDNIGHT with these three runners all losing ground. Into the bend BOTANY MOLLY angled inwards contacting SAHARA STORM for a stride.
Race 13	Wilson's Sports Bar & T.A.B. Dash - C1 - 295	NITRO MABEL shifted outwards in the early stages placing JUST KRISTY and ANOTHER JEWEL in restricted quarters. Into the bend NITRO MABEL angled outwards pushing ANOTHER JEWEL, RUNWAY QUEEN and RITE ROUND RANGE wider on the track. RITE ROUND RANGE appeared to gallop awkwardly on that bend. Stewards requested a veterinary check of RITE ROUND RANGE that showed lameness in his right front leg with a 14 day stand down recommended.
Race 14	Business Time At Stud Sprint - C1 - 295	JET TO MARS ran outwards in the early stages checking BLONDE TORI and BELFAST SUZY. Soon after BILLY MUGGINS ran inwards checking SMASH AMY and TWISTER AL. Into the bend BILLY MUGGINS checked outwards off runners and pushed BLONDE TORI and ANOTHER COLT wider on the track.
Race 15	Speight's Dash - C1 - 295	CAWBOURNE TRAVIS the favourite was last away and remained well back throughout. HANNAH and NEW ORDER were tightened in the early stages and lost ground.
