Track: Good Racing was conducted on a well presented track which was maintained to a high standard throughout the day and with all equipment in good working order, the meeting proceeded without incident.

Race 1	Absolutely Electrical C0 - C0 - 305	CHASE OSTEE shifted in from the start and collided with MARJI MAYCEE who in turn bumped with TEPIRITA JAZIL with MARJI MAYCEE suffering the most in the incident and she went back to last and stayed there for the remainder of the race. CHASE OSTEE shifted in going into the first corner and checked TEPIRITA JAZIL who lost several lengths and never recovered.
Race 2	Harrison Hire Master C0 - C0 - 305	BLUE RUSH was handy enough approaching the home turn but was severely checked when KNOCKA OFF TIME shifted out and cannoned into her which resulted in BLUE RUSH losing several lengths and going back to last where she finished .
Race 3	Guthrie Bowron c1 - C1 - 305	MATRIX, EXACT MASTER and CALM RITA were all slow to begin with CALM RITA the slowest and she lost three lengths. FAWN ALLEGRO galloped on the back of MRS BOUQUET going into the first corner and MRS BOUQUET lost several lengths and all chance and finished in last place. CALM RITA was also hampered and lost ground in the incident.
Race 4	Crombie Lockwood C1 - C1 - 305	FLAYOSC was slow to begin losing three lengths. PENO BOY shifted in when the start was made and checked CALL ME RALPH who settled back but made up ground well to win the race. TENKAY DOWN shifted out from the start and hampered BELLE CADEAU who also settled back. BELLE CADEAU and FLAYOSC bumped together going into the bend when racing at the rear and they both lost ground.
Race 5	J P Print, Petone C1 - C1 - 305	ANOTHER SNAZZA shifted in going into the first corner and hampered SEONG DUK, TUI HOTLIPS and RANDOM ACT who all lost ground. TUI HOTLIPS recovered the best of the affected runners and she finished in 3rd place. TRICKY PAULA began well to lead from the start but went off stride going into the bend and drifted quickly back through the field to finish several lengths last. She was examined by the Vet and cleared of injury but is required to complete a satisfactory trial under Rule 81 as the run was considered by the Stewards to be an unsatisfactory performance.
Race 6	Broad Roofing C1 - C1 - 520	OPAWA MIATA shifted out from the start and checked BIGTIME LATTE who lost a little ground. MISSION DRIVE shifted out away from the heels of BIGTIME LATTE going into the first bend and forced SHES COMING and OTEWA BELLA wide on the bend. SHES COMING and MISSION DRIVE then collided on the bend losing further ground and they stayed well back to the finish.
Race 7	Mickey's Super Liquor C1 - C1 - 305	GHOST CHIPS shifted in going into the first corner and checked SISTER VIRTUE who went back and out causing a check to GUS THE MUSS and they both lost five lengths and all chance.
Race 8	Gary Ross Decorator C1 - C1 - 305	The favourite EVIE'S FIRE was a little slow to begin but went forward quickly to be handy going to the first corner. She was then checked back to last when SEDGEBROOK SKITE checked over the heels of SYDENHAM BUBBLES and shifted out into the line of EVIE'S FIRE and she never recovered from the incident.
Race 9	Wanganui Security C1 - C1 - 305	LISSADELL TOBY was slow to begin losing three lengths. CYCLONE SIX shifted in going to the first corner and hampered HOMEBUSH GWEN who went back to last but secured a clear run through on the rail to win the race . LISSADELL TOBY galloped on the back of ARMOUR going into the bend dragging that runner down and LISSADELL TOBY also lost ground in the incident. ARMOUR was examined by the Vet and cleared of injury.
Race 10	Keenan Concrete C1 Final - C1f - 520	SHARKIES DREAM began awkwardly losing three lengths but made up ground throughout the race to win. RIJEKA shifted in from the start and bumped with HEAR HARE HERE who lost a little ground. THAT'S KING also shifted in from the start and bumped with SAMMY JAMES who lost a little ground.
Race 11	Palamountains Nutrition C1 - C1 - 305	ALL THE RAGE shifted out from the start and inconvenienced SEDGEBROOK LAD and WORKING WAIKATO for a couple of strides. OPAWA CHARLIE clipped the heels of SINGLE SCULLER going into the first corner and they ran wide over extra ground on the bend and finished in the last two places.
Race 12	The Rock 95.2FM C2 - C2 - 305	HOMEBUSH ALEX shifted in going into the first corner and checkjed LLAMEDOS who lost ground and went back to last and finished in that position.
