Judicial report: Bob Cairns the handler of KING OF CLUBS contacted Stewards in relation to the weight recorded for this dog in his Cup heat. He indicated that he didn't hear the weight during the kennelling process so didn't ask for a reweigh and was confused when the Stewards questioned him about the increase. The dog was reweighed at Shirley Vets on Friday and it became obvious that the weight recorded on the night was incorrect. This weight has now been deleted from the dog's record. Handlers are reminded to be vigilant at the weighing stage of kennelling. WALK DA TORQUE was presented to the Vets on Tuesday to be rechecked under Rule 82.5 but was found to still have soreness to his wrist. The dog was then withdrawn from tonight's event.

Race 1	Buy Sell & Exchange NZ Cup Semi-Final - C5q - 520 Heat 1	KING OF CLUBS ran outwards on the first bend and pushed NOT A KNOW outwards on to UNSHAKEN with this trio losing ground and settling at the rear.
Race 2	Buy Sell & Exchange NZ Cup Semi-Final - C5q - 520 Heat 2	MORIARTY ran inwards in the early stages checking WATERVIEW LASS who lost ground. COME ON RODGE was also slightly hampered in this incident. KIKI RHODE ran wide and lost ground on the bends with KNOW PEACE receiving a slight check on the first bend and losing ground.
Race 3	Buy Sell & Exchange NZ Cup Semi-Final - C5q - 520 Heat 3	BRIGHTON BULLET and SHA CHAR were the last to jump. ELKI angled outwards in the early stages checking COOL IZMIR who lost a length. Into the first bend KNOW CLASS ran inwards checking BRIGHTON BULLET who then ran outwards causing a terminal check to SHA CHAR who lost many lengths and her chance. BRIGHTON BULLET was noticed making ground stylishly late for fourth. SHA CHAR was checked by the veterinarian with no abnormalities being detected.
Race 4	Buy Sell & Exchange NZ Cup Semi-Final - C5q - 520 Heat 4	MOLLY PAISLEY ran inwards from her outside draw into the first bend with MAMAJA, YELLA MUSTARD and EMILY all being checked and dropping to the rear. EMILY lost her chance in this incident with a post race veterinary check revealing no injury.
Race 5	Super Pets Galaxy Sprint Semi-Final - C5q - 295 Heat 1	THEOKOLES was a clear last at the jump. On the home turn NIPPA MARY shifted outwards slightly and brushed together with COMPLICIT for a stride.
Race 6	Super Pets Galaxy Sprint Semi-Final - C5q - 295 Heat 2	REAL CLEVER, CLONE YOUR OWN and KNOW ESCAPE were all slow to jump with the favourite DIXIE LEE also a shade slow from the inside. DIXIE LEE then received a check as she attempted to get off the rail into the bend and lost ground and ran wide on that bend. PRINCELY DOLLAR lost some momentum into the bend when unsuccessfully attempting to cross GURU GOOSE.
Race 7	Super Pets Galaxy Sprint Semi-Final - C5q - 295 Heat 3	ATE POWER came together with KNOCK EM wide on the track in the early stages and dropped to the rear. On the home turn KNOW RIVAL ran outwards pushing KNOCK EM wider with both runners losing ground and their chances.
Race 8	Super Pets Galaxy Sprint Semi-Final - C5q - 295 Heat 4	RIPPED JEANS and DRYSDALE were slowest from the traps. ENFLAME angled inwards on the home turn checking STIFF who lost a length.
Race 9	Bill's Bar & Bistro Distance - C1d - 645	PIED WARRIOR was last to jump. In the early stages OPAWA RAPID angled outwards checking SONIC DUFFER who lost ground. On the first bend KNOW FUTURE and OPAWA PEEKAY came together when in the rear group.
Race 10	Happy 50th Digger Barnes Stakes - C2/3 - 520	ARCHIES JET was last to jump. SIXTY TWENTY received a slight check in the early stages and lost a length.
Race 11	NZ Cup & Galaxy 15 November Dash - C2 - 295	OKUKU BOBO was last from the inside. RODRIGUEZ ran inwards into the bend as he swooped to the lead causing tightening to WANDY GAYLENE, HOT SHOT LAWYER, ANOTHER STAR and OKUKU BOBO. WANDY GAYLENE was checked by the veterinary surgeon after the race and was stood down for five days with metatarsal swelling.
Race 12	Speight's Sprint - C3 - 295	HOME TRUTH slipped her collar at the stir up but was recaptured quickly with the veterinarian declaring her fit to race. HOME TRUTH was last to jump. NOVAS FORTUNE and BIGTIME YAHOO came together in the run down the back straight and lost ground. Into the bend WANDY DESTINY checked off UNO HARRIET and lost ground. Soon after NOVAS FORTUNE checked outwards off UNO HARRIET and lost his chance. At the lure WANDY DESTINY straddled the inside rail and received some skin wounds to her legs with a seven day stand down recommended.
