Judicial report: Trainer Robin Wales was reminded of his obligations in regards to kennelling times after a misunderstanding caused one dog to be kennelled a few minutes late.

Race 1	Super Pets Stakes - C0 - 520	OPAWA MOHAWK, KNOW ATTEMPT and FLOSSY HAKA all came together soon after the jump settling at the rear. Soon after KIN NIKKI crossed from a wide draw dictating the line of several runners mainly FLYING MOE. OPAWA WIN was tightened along the rail and dropped to the rear. On the first bend OPAWA ZAC checked off FLYING MOE and lost many lengths and his chance.
Race 2	Flair Sprint - C0 - 295	WANDY JEWEL was the last from the traps. Into the bend MULBERRY MACRO checked outwards off CAMPAIGNER and into the path of ANOTHER COURSE and WANDY JEWEL with these runners losing ground and their chances.
Race 3	$20,000 Terminating Turbo Pick 6 Leg 1 Sprint - C2 - 295	CAWBOURNE EMO angled inwards in the early stages tightening BOTANY NANA and NOVAS FORTUNE for a stride. In the back straight OKUKU BOMBER and NOVAS FORTUNE came together after ARE TEE MAY had pushed off the rail with OKUKU BOMBER dropping back quickly through the field. NOVAS FORTUNE lost ground in this incident with BOTANY NANA being pushed wide. A post race veterinary check of OKUKU BOMBER revealed a torn gracilis with a 28 day stand down recommended with Trainer Ray Casey advising Stewards that the dog has been retired.
Race 4	Carol's T.A.B. Sprint - C1 - 295	OPAWA STU was a clear last at the jump. SYDENHAM BUBBLES ran outwards into the bend and was dragged down by OHOKA GERRY with both runners losing ground and dropping to the rear.
Race 5	Sky High Scaffolding Stakes - C0 - 520	OPAWA MIATA was the slowest from the outside trap.
Race 6	David Emerson Consultancy Dash - C0 - 295	PANSY BAXTER was last to jump. Into the bend SEONG DUK received some tightening when in a handy position and dropped back through the field causing checks to ANOTHER BECKY and PANSY BAXTER with GREEN TREATS being forced wide around these runners. NEED MARMITE was hard to box in this event with the dog being placed on the box first list for its immediate starts.
Race 7	Borat At Stud Stakes - C1 - 520	SECRET NADIA and OHOKA SANDY were the last to jump. FUNNY MONEY was tightened and badly dragged down into the first bend with BOTANY COMET and SECRET NADIA receiving nasty checks and together with FUNNY MONEY losing their chances. Stewards requested a post race veterinary check of FUNNY MONEY with no abnormalities being detected.
Race 8	christchurchgreyhounds.co.nz Sprint - C0 - 295	The favourite FIRE BOY BAXTER and BENDALLS BOY were both slow to jump. BILLY MUGGINS angled inwards at the jump dictating the line of PERFECT CLARITY for a few strides. OUR HOPE was badly tightened and dragged down in the early stages dropping to the rear with a post race veterinary check revealing no injury. PERFECT CLARITY ran outwards into the bend checking ANOTHER SNAZZA who lost ground. PARKERMON and RANDY OUTSIDE both ran a touch wide into the bend.
Race 9	Hampden Tavern Stakes - C1 - 520	The favourite OPAWA JED and LAW TO EXCEL were the slowest from the traps. On the home turn SRETOR got on the heels of the pacemaking OHOKA ASHLEY with this runner being badly dragged down and both dogs running outwards. Stewards requested a veterinary check of OHOKA ASHLEY that revealed no abnormalities.
Race 10	racingdogs.co.nz Sprint - C1 - 295	HOMEBUSH COCO and the favourite NO LANE were slow to leave the traps. SYRIPS GIRL, TOTALLY CONFUSED and BELFAST MUNCHA were all tightened and checked into the bend dropping to rearward positions.
Race 11	Buy Sell & Exchange Dash - C1 - 295	OPAWA CRUSHER angled outwards in the early stages checking BILLY DABYNE and BUSINESS CLASS. FUR PATROL ran outwards in the back straight contacting BELFAST SUZY and HOME BREWER who lost ground with the favourites RODRIGUEZ and BUSINESS CLASS both being inconvenienced in behind.
Race 12	Speight's Dash - C2 - 295	EFF FIVE WARNING received a check into the bend when attempting to cross from the outside with this runner losing momentum. On the home turn KNOW LOVE AFFAIR and EFF FIVE WARNING came together with KNOW LOVE AFFAIR losing ground. MOLLY PARTON then ran outwards checking KNOW LOVE AFFAIR on two occasions. KNOW LOVE AFFAIR dropped out to finish at the rear with a post race veterinary check revealing no abnormalities.
