| Race 1 | Awapuni Raceway Stakes C0 - C0 - 457 | YA LAUGHIN and TIME FOR WHAT were slow to begin losing two lengths. YA LAUGHIN was checked going to the first corner losing three lengths and stayed back to finish in last place. TIME FOR WHAT checked off the heels of CHOOSE TO LOVE on the home turn and lost a length. |
| Race 2 | Woodville Dash C0 - C0 - 375 | TEPIRITA TUITEKA and WAGON WHEEL were slow to begin losing two lengths. ADDIS MATE and REBEL JOE jostled together going to the first corner and lost four lengths. REBEL JOE then raced wide on the bend covering extra ground but finished well for 4th placing. |
| Race 3 | J P Print Petone C1 - C1 - 375 | CALL ME RALPH was slow to begin losing two lengths but made up ground well to finish in 3rd place. CRAZY BABY shifted in sharply from the start and checked RIJEKA, SAFFRON FLAHERTY and TALK IT OVER who all lost ground. CRAZY BABY was checked on the bend losing four lengths and she stayed back to finish in last place. |
| Race 4 | Foxton Dash C1 - C1 - 375 | RANDY OUTSIDE shifted in from the start and inconvenienced MRS BOUQUET, NUTS FOR SURE, BOSS MAN SLOY and SISTER VIRTUE. Soon after, THATS KING wanted to race away from the rail as NUTS FOR SURE shifted in and this resulted in SISTER VIRTUE and BOSS MAN SLOY who were racing in between, being checked back to the rear. BOSS MAN SLOY did make up some ground and finished in 4th place but SISTER VIRTUE stayed back at the rear for the remainder of the race. |
| Race 5 | Sparky's Bar and Restaurant C1 - C1 - 457 | MAJMA, DARBY LANE and SQUEEZER were slow to begin losing three lengths. SQUEEZER recovered the best of the three and he finished in 2nd place. MAJMA checked off the heels of EUNUCHS LUCK going into the bend losing three lengths and he then raced wide on the bend and finished in last place. |
| Race 6 | Peter Sinclair Photo Finish C2 - C2 - 375 | SAND BUSTER shifted in from the start and checked KINETIC NEO who lost ground. THUNDERING JET was checked and fell on the bend and ALL THE RAGE and SAND BUSTER were also affected in the incident and lost ground. THUNDERING JET was examined by the Vet and stood down for 42 days with a foreleg injury. KINETIC NEO collided with the hind quarters of BOBS YOUR UNCLE in the home straight and they both lost ground in the incident. |

STAT ME UP and CAWBOURNE FLICK were checked and lost ground going to the first corner and they stayed back to the finish. DECADO, NO LANE and GLENADDIS BOY raced wide on the bend and into the straight covering extra ground. |
| Race 8 | Shannon stakes C2/3 - C2/3 - 457 | SMASH BANG WIN shifted in going to the first corner and pushed ENDORSE in onto the hind quarters of JUST MAC who was in turn forced onto THRILLING BUDDY and this resulted in ENDORSE, THRILLING BUDDY and JUST MAC being checked back to the rear. ENDORSE recovered the best of the affected runners and finished in 4th place. |
| Race 9 | Manawatu Cup Final - C5f - 457 | WALK DA TORQUE shifted out and BENNY ROX shifted in from the start and this resulted in checks to MAGIC LASS and FREDDY JOHN who were drawn in between and they lost three lengths. MINT POWER was checked losing ground on the bend and he stayed back to finish in last place and was examined by the Vet and stood down for 14 days with a paw injury. |
| Race 10 | Cloverlea Sprint C4 - C4 - 375 | BARNABY BALE, KRUSSIAN and RUN A BATH were checked back to the rear soon after the start and they stayed back throughout the race. BARNABY BALE was checked again on the bend and lost three lengths. |
| Race 11 | Marton Dash C5 - C5 - 375 | TOI SHAN and CAWBOURNE TANK were slow to begin losing two lengths. TOI SHAN made up ground well to finish in 2nd place. |
| Race 12 | Feilding Stakes C4/5 - C4/5 - 457 | DYNA DIEGO and LOCHINVAR ELLE were slow to begin and they stayed back throughout the race to finish in the last two places. |
