Judicial report: MULBERRY CATO (K Cassidy) completed a satisfactory trial in terms of Rule 80. Trainer D Kingston was fined $100 under the Minor Infringements Table under Rule 69.11 the details of which are that the dog weighed in 1.8 kgs above her last race weight on 27 September 2012.

Race 1	Super Pets Dash - C1 - 295	JACKS FIRST was last to jump. BELFAST SKERTZ was tightened into the bend and dropped to the rear.
Race 2	Carol's T.A.B Sprint - C0 - 295	YES HE WILL was tightened in the back straight and dropped to the rear. Soon after MULBERRY MACRO angled outwards pushing JET TO MARS over extra ground. PICK THE TIP received a slight check from INNER BEAUTY into the bend causing the favourite to lose some momentum. ZIP ZAP ZAPPA checked off runners on the bend losing ground. On the home turn HARLEY HAKA and PICK THE TIP came together on two occasions when vying for second place.
Race 3	Jet Pets Stakes - C0 - 520	HERES FERGIE and GOTTA GO ACE were the slowest from the traps. TIME FOR WHAT angled outwards in the run to the first bend tightening GOLDSTAR BELLA who lost ground. At the end of the back straight HERES FERGIE made solid contact with the rail losing a lot of ground with a post race veterinary check revealing no injury.
Race 4	Shirley Veterinary Centre Sprint - C1 - 295	MR. JAKE BLUES was very slow to jump. This runner then checked off the back of TOTALLY CONFUSED on the bend when catching the field losing some momentum. RANDY OUTSIDE angled outwards into the bend pushing OHOKA HART over extra ground.
Race 5	David Emerson Consultancy Stakes - C1 - 520	PAROLE TO EXCEL angled inwards into the first bend coming together with BIG TOKEN and falling. KNOW ATTEMPT was unable to avoid this runner and also fell with FLYING MOE and KNOW LIES being badly checked taking evasive action. FLYING MOE and KNOW LIES then came together soon after losing more ground. PAROLE TO EXCEL then jogged back down the track with photographer Dave Robbie catching the dog and enabling the race to finish in safety. PAROLE TO EXCEL was found to be lame with a possible hip injury with a 14 day stand down recommended while KNOW ATTEMPT was stood down for 10 days with a laceration to his stifle that required sutures.
Race 6	Clarkson Sign Studio Sprint - C2 - 295	The favourite DEANNES MAGIC was a shade slow from the inside but accelerated quickly into the bend to win easily. WANDY JEWEL was tightened on the bend and dropped to the rear.
Race 7	Pick 6 Leg 1 Stakes - C2 - 520	CAWBOURNE KIM angled inwards on to OKUKU SURPRISE in the early stages who in turn ran inwards badly checking the favourite BROOKLYN HOPE who was severely checked dropping to the rear. SEA SPRAY DORIS was also badly hampered in this incident. A post race veterinary check of BROOKLYN HOPE revealed her to be free of any injury.
Race 8	Robbie's Bar & Bistro Dash - C3 - 295	YAPSTER JEWEL was last to jump. ELKI was inclined to shift up the track in the back straight hampering firstly ANOTHER COFFEE and then SURF QUAKE with these runners losing some ground.
Race 9	Flair Stakes - C2/3 - 520	BOBS EYE and MIXED GRILL were tightened into the first bend losing ground. WANDY PAUL dropped out into the first bend and tailed the field with a post race veterinary check revealing a torn triceps muscle with a 21 day stand down recommended.
Race 10	I Pave Concrete Sprint - C5 - 295	THEOKOLES was last to jump. WEONA DARLING ran outwards in the early stages tightening HOMEBUSH EDITH who lost ground. On the bend THEOKOLES angled sharply inwards tightening HOMEBUSH EDITH and HOMEBUSH CRAIG. WEONA DARLING ran outwards after also being checked by THEOKOLES with resultant checks to CRIXUS and WANDY CHICK who were forced wide.
Race 11	Coalgate Tavern Stakes - C4/5 - 520	BUSINESS PLAN checked off the back of the favourite UNSHAKEN into the first bend with both dogs losing ground. UNSHAKEN finished on well for fourth.
Race 12	Speight's Dash - C4 - 295	WAZZA FREEBIE and FLYING JOJO were the slowest to jump. NOVAS FORTUNE angled outwards into the bend badly tightening KNOX who dropped to the rear. WAZZA FREEBIE was also inconvenienced at this stage and lost ground.
