| Race 1 | Brandwell Moller Sprint - C0 - 310 | ZIP ZAP ZAPPA and NEW INGILL TAB were the last to jump. GRANT A WISH ran outwards on the bend hampering his kennelmate SEE SPOT RUN with this runner losing ground. ZIP ZAP ZAPPA lost ground into the bend as he attempted to shift away from the rail. The leading pair SECRET VENUS and GRANT A WISH bumped on two occasions in the run home. |
| Race 2 | Blue Bubble Dunedin Taxis Maiden Stakes - C0 - 545 | INDIS GRACE and BIZARRO were the slowest from the traps. OPAWA MOHAWK and kennelmate OPAWA SIR came together in the early stages with OPAWA MOHAWK checking her kennelmate who fell. OPAWA MOHAWK lost a lot of ground but did well for third while OPAWA SIR regained his paws and completed the race with a veterinary check revealing no injury. |
| Race 3 | CB Norwood Farm Machinery Stakes - C1 - 545 | SECRET NADIA was last from the outside box. WANDY PAUL ran outwards in the initial stages tightening CALM SPIRIT and KNOW FUN who lost ground. PARTY ROCK ran inwards checking OPAWA BART in the run to the first bend. KNOW FUN then ran very wide around the first bend covering extra ground. NEON NEUTRON dropped out over the concluding stages with a post race veterinary check revealing that the dog was very tired with fluids given to the dog post race. The dog was stood down for 14 days with Trainer Malcolm Grant explaining to Stewards that this was the dog's first middle distance start and that he would be restricting him to sprinting in the future. |
| Race 4 | www.greyhoundsaspets.org.nz - C1 - 310 | WANDY DEVIL angled inwards soon after the start causing a slight check to OLD OZARK who lost ground. WANDY MILLAH shifted inwards into the bend tightening HAZZAS LAD who lost ground. OLD OZARK tailed off for the remainder of the race finishing nearly 30 lengths from the winner. OLD OZARK was checked by the veterinarian who found no abnormalities. After consultation with Trainer John Guthrie Stewards deemed that the run of OLD OZARK was unsatisfactory and OLD OZARK was ordered to complete a satisfactory trial before its next start. |
| Race 5 | Speedprint Shop Sprint - C2 - 310 | In the back straight CAWBOURNE REEAH ran sharply inwards disrupting most of the field namely WATERHOUSE, REAL FIRE POWER, BLACK TRIGGER, AUSSIE HAKA and HIT THE LIP. Soon after BLACK TRIGGER ran inwards again checking AUSSIE HAKA and HIT THE LIP who lost more ground. Into the bend CAWBOURNE REEAH ran outwards checking her kennelmate and favourite MATTI OAH who lost a couple of lengths. MATTI OAH was found to have a shoulder injury with a seven day stand down recommended. |
| Race 6 | Roofing Solutions Stakes - C2 - 545 | WANDY DESTINY and MONTY DOSH were the last on settling. Just prior to the first bend THRILLING JONAH angled outwards with MONTY DOSH being forced over extra ground around that bend. |
| Race 7 | "State Of Origin" Feature - SPECA - 545 | MOON AND SEA was a clear last on jumping. He was noticed making good ground for fourth. MANAPOURI ran wide into the first bend covering extra ground. |
| Race 8 | St Kilda Veterinary Centre Sprint - C3 - 310 | FAIR MOVIN was last from the traps and then ran wide into the bend. HAUKO ran inwards in the early stages coming together with SMASH DORA for a stride. |
| Race 9 | S.I. Multi-Track Sprint Championship Final - C4/5f - 310 | PRETTY GOOD and HOMEBUSH EDITH were last on settling. HOMEBUSH CRAIG ran inwards in the early stages tightening ENFLAME, ANOTHER GON, HOMEBUSH EDITH and PRETTY GOOD with all of these runners losing ground. Into the bend ENFLAME and SANTA SLOY came together with ANOTHER GON and HOMEBUSH EDITH having to take evasive action and losing ground. |
| Race 10 | Brocklebanks Dry Cleaners Stakes - C3/4 - 545 | BOBS EYE ran outwards in the initial stages checking OPAWA RAPID and HOMEBUSH IRIS. The favourite BUSINESS PLAN then ran outwards coming together with HOMEBUSH IRIS. Into the first bend THRILLING SOUND checked outwards off BOBS EYE and dropped to the rear. |
| Race 11 | Green Island Super Liquor Sprint - C5 - 310 | KNOW RIVAL and WOT PRICE CURLY were the last to jump. CAWBOURNE DUSTY was tightened into the bend and ran outwards pushing KNOW RIVAL and WOT PRICE CURLY very wide as they attempted to improve. |
| Race 12 | Racing Again Tuesday 9th November Sprint - C4 - 310 | WISE WONDER was last from the traps. MUSTARD FUDGE ran outwards in the early stages checking NOVAS FORTUNE who lost ground. WISE WONDER ran wide into the bend pushing NOVAS FORTUNE wider with these runners losing ground. Following the race MUSTARD FUDGE was found to have received a cut to his leg with a seven day stand down imposed. |
