Race 1	Manawatu Raceway Stakes C0 - C0 - 457	From the jump CLUAIN MEALA cut hard left running in on to CIRCLE OF LIFE SHE'S COMING and SAMMY JAMES soon after SHE'S COMING ran out from behind runners taking CIRCLE OF LIFE wider on the track this runner covered a fair amount of extra ground until the home turn.
Race 2	Beltdrive Dash C0 - C0 - 375	WORKING POLAR missed the start by a couple of lengths further out GOT DA FEVER cut hard left across the face of HOMEBUSH SMOKE checking this runner back GOT DA FEVER ran in on to RUN MISCHEIF RUN forcing her over towards the rail RUN MISCHEIF RUN kstraightened up forcing GOT DA FEVER to check back as the field raced in to the first turn WORKING POLAR after being slow away looped the field to run to the lead on the home turn ,halfway down the run in he shortened stride turning his head out towards another runner losing ground to be in 4th placing at the line inside this runner BLUE RUSH forced her way out to the middle of the track and turned her head towards WORKING POLAR where she finished in 3rd placing at the line WORKING POLAR was sent for a vet check where no abnormalities were found BLUE RUSH was sent for a vet check.and was found to have left tensor facia injury with a 10 day stand down recommended The trainer of WORKING POLAR was shown a replay of the run down the home straight The Stewards determined that WORKING POLAR was in breach of Rule 80.1b failing to pursue and has been stood down for 28 days and to completion of a satisfactory trial/s The Trainer of BLUE RUSH was shown a replay of the run down the home straight The Stewards determined that BLUE RUSH was in breach of rule 80.1b failing to pursue and has been stood down for 28 days and to the completion of a satisfactory trial/s
Race 3	Tasman Tanning Sprint C1 - C1 - 375	BOLT RAMA (fav) was slow away soon after attempting to improve in to the field ran on to the heels of GO AYLA GO and lost several lengths on the top bend BOLT RAMA checked off the heels of HAIR SHE IS losing momentum and was not able to get in to contention there after
Race 4	Elite Powder Coaters C1 Final - C1f - 375	Racing to the first turn SCARILICIOUS raced across on to WORKING WORKING with LUCYLICIOUS and BOSS MAN SLOY (fav) being tightened and checked back a few strides on LUCYLICIOUS caught the heels of BOSS MAN SLOY On the home turn SCARILICIOUS and BOSS MAN SLOY collided both dogs lost momentum at this point .
Race 5	Nanas Knickers Stakes C1 - C1 - 457	DARBY LANE was slowest away WILD VAGABOND ran outwards over the heels of HOMEBUSH FRASER racing down to the first turn then raced wide there after .
Race 6	www.racingdogs.co.nz C2 - C2 - 375	WHAT WHERE WHEN stumbled slightly on leaving the boxes racing in to the first turn WHAT WHERE WHEN ran out over the heels of ALL THE RAGE taking FLOATING AWAY very wide in to and around the top bend both these runners finished well back at the line
Race 7	Scott Installations C2 - C2 - 457	SAMBUCCA (fav) and THRILLING TUNE were slow away Racing to the first turn OKUKU STAR ran over on to JUST MAC and SAMBUCCA who moved out to find clear ground he was checked back as PETROL VOUCHER collided with him SAMBUCCA lost more ground at this point he made ground up to run fourth at the line but some lengths back from the 3rd runner.
Race 8	Carroll Contractors Dash C3 - C3 - 375	COSMIC MACK (fav) went up with the lids losing 7 or so lengths he made ground around the field turning for home he came together with BIGTIME WHIZZ being hampered for several strides when he got clear he ran on for 4th placing at the line several lengths back from the 3rd runner
Race 9	Manawatu Harness Racing Club C4 - C4 - 375	SUIT YOURSELF was akwardly away from the boxes soon after OPAWA THORN and CAWBOURNE TANK collided. a few strides on CAWBOURNE TANK ran wide in to the bend when avoiding heels WISECRACK LAD was away well in the early stages shortened stride for a few metres on the top bend and drifted on the home turn THRILLING HALO and WISECRACK LAD collided WISECRACK LAD lost more ground finishing some lengths in the rear at the line WISECRACK LAD was sent for a vet check where he was found to have a right front flexor tendon injury with a 7 day stand down recommended The connections of WISECRACK LAD advised the Stewards that they will have the dogs injrury further investigated in the next day or so.
Race 10	Trophy Specialists and Engraving C5 - C5 - 375	Soon after the start CHEALSEA'S BEAUTY was tightened back from between runners further on LITTLE BLACKSPOT and TOI SHAN caught heels with both runners losing a couple of lengths
Race 11	Emerge Architectural Design C4 - C4 - 457	In the run to the first turn RYBENBROOK FLASH raced across on to TUMMY KRUNCHES and FREDDY JOHN both these runners being tightened and checked back a length or so soon after THRILLING DEAL came across on to TUMMY KRUNCHES and FREDDY JOHN these three runners raced tightly together for several strides losing several lengths .
Race 12	www.jazmoresretreat.co.nz C4/5 - C4/5 - 457	Soon after leaving the boxes RYBENBROOK JOSH raced across on to LOCHINVAR ELLE and THREE INCH NAIL (fav) THREE INCH NAIL attemted to come off the rail running in to LOCHINVAR ELLE who was pushed out on to RYBENBROOK JOSH these runners jostled for some distance THREE INCH NAIL lost ground back in to midfield he made ground strongly late in the run home to finish in 2nd placing at the line
