Judicial report: The Waikato Greyhound Racing Club admitted to a breach of rule 88.1o in that they were negligent in not with drawing SUMMER SPICE from race 2 by the required time of 7.30am on race morning with a fine of $150-00 was imposed under the minor infringment rule
Steel Belt --Trainer S Ross was stood down for 28 days under Rule 80.1a for marring the running of FLASH GUY in the home straight in race 5

Race 1	Hautapu Veterinary Clinic Series Heat 1 - C0q - 375 Heat 1	From the boxes BEAU RIVAGE ran across on to WEE NANA and HOT PAL who were checked at this point losing several lengths .
Race 2	Innovative Home Sprint - C1 - 375	SUMMER SPICE was a late scratching due to a club error (refer judicial) As the field raced in to the first turn JETSUN COAL raced across to the rail resulting in WHERE'S THE CAT being checked back a couple of lengths soon after JETSUN COAL ran on to heels and ran out in to the path of PENO BOY and UTAH BOLT who was pushed very wide out as the field raced across the top bend Nearing the home turn RHYME IN MELODY ran on to the heels of PENO BOY pushing him on to the heels of UTAH BOLT who had crossed closer to the rail . RHYME IN MELODY and JETSUN COAL both lost ground in these incidents and were unable to make ground in the home straight.
Race 3	Hautapu Veterinary Clinic Series Heat 2 - C0q - 375 Heat 2	QUESTION ME was slowest away from the start Racing in to the first turn RIDDLE MATE came across on to NINA BE GOOD and MAJOR TOM who lost a length or two at this point TATU BOY led from the start ran about in the home straight hung rallied hard to win
Race 4	Superior Chunky Dog Rolls Series Heat 1 - C1q - 457 Heat 1	Racing across the top bend MR LOCHLYN caught hte heels of THRILLING NINJA and went back a length or so racing in to the home straight JETSUN DREAMmoved out across heels and became unbalanced for a stride NEWTON WILLOW was a late scratching at kenneling when presented with swelling on the left hind leg with a 7 day stand down recommended
Race 5	Hautapu Veterinary Clinic Series Heat 3 - C0q - 375 Heat 3	Soon after the start AUSTIN SPACE barged his way down to the rail causing STEELE BELT to be checked back a couple of lengths Racing down the home straight STEEL BELT ran in and marred the running of FLASH GUY The trainer Mrs Ross was shown a replay of the race with the Stewards STEEL BELT has been stood down rule 80.1a for marring (refer judical)
Race 6	Superior Chunky Dog Rolls Series Heat 2 - C1q - 457 Heat 2	racing down to the first turn SALT and FIRESIDE BLAZE were both wide out on the track with FIRESIDE BLAZE attempting to cross the heels of SALT caused this runner to lose his footing in behind for a stride and FIRESIDE BLAZE lost a lengh or so soon after racing to the home turn FIRESIDE BLAZE attempted to get down to the rail running down on to SALT who kept his ground these two runners came together for some distance shortly after the finishing line FIRESIDE BLAZE went off stride and ran outwards over the heels of SALT SALT was sent for a precautionary vet check where no abnormalities were found FIRESIDE BLAZE was sent for a vet check , was found to have sustained a fracture of the right radius and has been retired from racing
Race 7	Vehicle Services LTD Sprint - C1 - 375	Racing in to the first turn OPAWA JOHNNY came across on to ONLY KATE and HEAD LASS both runners being checked back several lengths ONLY KATE made ground up on the rail to finish close up 5th at the line HEAD LASS ran widest across the top bend and down the home straight finishing in last placing at the line .
Race 8	0800 4 Down Cow Stakes - C2 - 457	All clear
Race 9	Palamountains Nutrition Sprint - C1 - 375	SYDILICIOUS stood when the lids went up losing several lengths then ran wide in to and around the top bend Racing in to the home straight MR REECE and FLYIN SHIFTY came together .
Race 10	Fond Foods LTD Sprint - C3 - 375	COSMICK MACK (fav) was only fairly away from the start being towards the rear in the early stages he attempted to improve across the top bend running on to the heels of LIVING THE DREAM losing a couple of lengths racing in to the home straight COSMIC MACK was hampered again as he ran on to the back of LIVING THE DREAM again COSMIC MACK lost momentum and was not able to make ground there after .
Race 11	General Engravers Stakes - C5 - 457	ALABASTER (fav) was racing in midfield racing to the first turn was forced to check off heels as KOKO WHIZ checked off heels moving out pushing ALABASTER on to heels again losing more ground on the home turn LOCHINVAR ONYX collided with ALABASTER whio became unbalanced losing more ground finishing in the rear at the line ALABASTER was sent for a vet check as a precaution where no abnormalities were found
Race 12	All Sew Embroidery Sprint - C4 - 375	Racing in to the first turn ASTONISHING came across on to FIGIAN SAM FLYIN MAGNUM and PREDATOR DRONE FLYIN MAGNUM was severley checked and stumbled at this point losing ground back to the rear soon after PREDATOR DRONE improved through up on the inside of FIGIAN SAM with these two runners jostling for a few strides. FLYIN MAGNUM was not able to recover from the earlier incident to get back in to contention there after
Race 13	YGOT Bonus Scheme Sprint - C2 - 375	LIL MISS KRUNCH was slowest away soon after caught the heels of LILYLICIOUS with both runners losing a couple of lengths LIL MISS KRUNCH ran outwards wide across the top bend and in to the home straight finishing well late to make up good ground
Race 14	Club House Sports Bar & Cafe Stakes - C3/4 - 457	As the field jumped from the boxes LOCHINVAR LAREDO crossed over on to RILEYS MATE with BORNATO being severly checked losing a couple of lengths soon after LOCHINVAR LAREDO ran in on to FANCY TIP resulting in her being turned sideways for a stride or so in to the bend FANCY TIP was hampered again as LOCHINVAR LAREDO attempted to make ground catching her heels Racing on to the top bend RILEYS MATE ran on to the heels of JABU losing momentum for a couple of strides and was not able to get back in to contention there after
