| Race 1 | Manawatu Raceway C0 - C0 - 375 | LIZZYLICIOUS, BLUE RUSH and CIRCLE OF LIFE were slow to begin losing three lengths. HOMEBUSH INDIA and CLUAIN MEALA were checked losing ground in the run to the first corner. BIGTIME DRIFTER and BLUE RUSH were checked losing ground on the bend but they recovered to finish in 1st and 4th places. HOMEBUSH INDIA turned its head and marred RUN MISCHEIF RUN approaching the home straight and continued to attempt to fight for several strides and was stood down for 28 days under Rule 80.1 a and is required to complete a satisfactory trial. |
| Race 2 | Beltdrive C0 - C0 - 457 | ITS A DOLL shifted out sharply from box 1 at the start and marred GO FERN GO who was checked and SAMMY JAMES and ANGEL DABYNE were also affected in the incident. ITS A DOLL was stood down for 28 days under Rule 80.1 a and is required to complete a satisfactory Trial. SQUEEZER shifted ground outwards on the first corner and checked SAMMY JAMES and ANGEL DABYNE who both lost ground. |

MAC TAN was checked going into the bend when MISSY MACABRE shifted in and this resulted in MAC TAN going back and out forcing THUNDERING JET to run wide into the bend. |
| Race 4 | Elite Powder Coaters C1 Heat 2 - C1q - 375 Heat 2 | BLAIR NINETY clipped the heels of TALK IT OVER going to the first corner and TALK IT OVER lost a little ground. RUN JUNIOR RUN clipped the heels of TALK IT OVER in the home straight and TALK IT OVER again lost ground and possibly a closer placing than 5th. |

| Race 10 | Trophy Specialist & Engraving C5 - C5 - 375 | MIRAGE and TILT YOUR GLASS were two of the slowest to begin and they stayed back throughout the race to finish in the last two places. |
| Race 11 | Emerge Architectural Design C4 - C4 - 457 | THRILLING DEAL and REALON RUMBA were slow to begin losing three lengths. ON TREY shared the lead on the home turn when racing between FREDDY JOHN and MINT POWER but was checked and went back through the field to finish in last place. |

LOUIE MACHALL shifted in on the first corner and collided with RYBENBROOK JOSH with both dogs becoming unbalanced and they shifted out going into the bend and forced NECTER very wide on the track and they finished in the last three places. |
