Judicial report: TICKLE TOE (R Breen) completed a Satisfactory Trial at Forbury Park on 2 October in terms of Rule 83. SMASH AMY (M Grant) which was stood down under Rule 68.25 on 4 October was represented to the Veterinary Surgeon and found not to be in season. Accordingly under Rule 82.5 the stand down is rescinded.

Race 1	Super Pets Sprint - C3 - 295	NOVAS FORTUNE jumped outwards at the start forcing BANBIT outwards on to SMASH DORA with MINI'S FANTASY being badly tightened and dropped to a clear last. ALWAYS A STORY ran outwards into the bend pushing RADIATOR SPRINGS, BANBIT and SMASH DORA very wide with these runners losing their chances.
Race 2	Borat At Stud Dash - C4 - 295	THRILLING SADIE and FLYING JOJO were the last to jump. GENISTA LIGHTNIN was handy into the bend but ran inwards making solid contact with JED NORTON and dropped to the rear. On the home turn JED NORTON checked outwards losing momentum. Marcie Flipp the trainer of the winner MEMPHIS HOTCAKES expressed surprise at the win citing the lack of a stir-up and boxing with the field as the only reasons for the vastly improved performance of her bitch.
Race 3	Thursday Place Pick Dash - C4 - 295	PEARLS BOY ran outwards in the back straight checking the favourite ADINI and TEPIRITA RITA with these dogs dropping to the rear. Into the bend ADINI and CAWBOURNE FLIPPA came together as ADINI was attempting to improve. In the home straight ICEBERG RAPPER was badly checked by ADINI who was improving along her inside.
Race 4	Buy Sell & Exchange Stakes - C2 - 520	WANDY CHLOE and BABY JAMES were slowest from the traps. Into the first bend MY LITTLE OAH ran inwards badly checking CAWBOURNE KIM and THRILLING JONAH who dropped to the rear.
Race 5	Carol's T.A.B. Sprint - C5 - 295	KNOW ESCAPE was last to jump. CALLAHAN ran inwards checking OSCAR TUIVASA for a stride in the early stages. Into the bend VAMPIRES SHADOW and OSCAR TUIVASA came together and lost ground.
Race 6	The Miller Bar & Cafe Stakes - C3 - 520	OPAWA BOMB and TAKE NO PRISONERS were the slowest to jump. In the early stages OPAWA BOMB and OPAWA RAPID jostled for some distance with both dogs losing ground.
Race 7	Kolorful Kanvas Sprint - C4 - 295	FINGER POP was last away. BENJI LAFOURCHE was badly tightened into the bend and dropped to the rear. Wider out HARD HABITS checked off AS FAR AS and lost ground.
Race 8	Flatpack Houses Ph. Murray 021480250 Dash - C5 - 295	KNOW TRUST was a clear last on jumping. HOMEBUSH EDITH crossed the front of the field in the back straight with all dogs except DIXIE LEE and KNOW TRUST receiving some tightening and losing ground. RAMRADA and SPEED TO SUCCEED were the worst affected in this incident.
Race 9	2012 Waterloo Cup Heat - C5q - 520 Heat 1	YELLA MUSTARD was last on jumping. Soon after the start WOT PRICE CURLY angled outwards as NOT A KNOW ran inwards resulting in ADMIRE and MAGIC MAGGIE being tightened and losing ground. Into the bend ADMIRE checked outwards coming together with NOT A KNOW and YELLA MUSTARD with all three dogs losing more ground and their realistic chances.
Race 10	Sky High Scaffolding Sprint - C5 - 295	GAZZAS PRIDE and FIREMANS SALUTE came together shortly after dispatch with GAZZAS PRIDE dropping to the rear. The favourite ZEBIDIAH ran inwards into the bend badly checking NATALIA BALE and coming together with ENFLAME. ZEBIDIAH lost ground in this incident and NATALIA BALE dropped to the rear.
Race 11	controlinsulation.co.nz Stakes - C4 - 520	ALISARAY, KNOW CLASS and THRILLING SOUND were all a shade slow to jump. ALISARAY wanted out in the run down the straight coming together with KNOW CLASS and dropping to the rear. Into the first bend ANOTHER STAR was tightened and lost a few lengths.
Race 12	David Emerson Consultancy Sprint - C5 - 295	ROQUETTE ran outwards in the initial stages tightening CRIXUS and FLIP THE DICE with HOMEBUSH SARGE checking of the back of these runners and losing ground. FLIP THE DICE dropped out to finish last after this check with a post race veterinary check revealing no obvious abnormalities.
Race 13	Hampden Tavern Dash - C3 - 295	DRYSDALE the favourite was last to jump. DRYSDALE ran outwards into the bend when looking for racing room and badly checked STAR GUN, OPAWA MIDNIGHT and HOT SHOT LAWYER with these dogs all losing ground and their chances.
Race 14	Speight's Sprint - C3 - 295	JAZZY JET ran inwards in the early stages and came together solidly with COT CASE CUTIE. WAZZA FREEBIE then also angled inwards making contact with DECADO. Into the bend COT CASE CUTIE ran outwards pushing DECADO and MUSTARD FUDGE wide around that bend.
