Judicial report: Trainer Mrs M. Mann was shown the film regarding the run of THRILLING LUCUS in race one, with the dog being in breach of rule 80.1 (b) failing to pursue first offence and has been stood down for 28 days and to complete satisfactory trial/s.
The connections of HYPOTENTIAL were shown a film of the running in the home straight of race 3 with the dog being in breach of rule 80.1b failing to pursue (1st offence) and has been stood down for 28 days and to complete a satisfactory trial/s

Race 1	The Clubhouse Sports Bar & Cafe Sprint - C0 - 375	HOT PAL was slow to begin and stumbled shortly after. LIMERICK and WAIWHATA DREAM jostled for several strides shortly after the start. Racing into the first turn THRILLING LUCUS and BEE OSTEE came together, with BEE OSTEE being crowded onto TAPU BOY and losing several lengths. THRILLING LUCUS then turned his head and pulled up taking no further part in the race. MAGICO ran wide rounding the first turn.THRILLING LUCUS was sent for a vet check which revealed a mild strain to the right biceps femoris muscle with a 7 day stand down recommended THRILLING LUCUS was stood down for 28 days under rule 80.1 (b) failing to pursue and to complete satisfactory trial/s.
Race 2	YGOT Bonus Scheme Sprint - C1 - 375	MAHONIE and SUB SILENTIO were crowded between KANGA WHIZ and HAJIME shortly after the start, with MAHONIE and SUB SILENTIO losing ground. Racing into the first turn STORMY RHODE ran inwards crowding FLYIN SHIFTY onto MAHONIE, with MAHONIE dragging FLYIN SHIFTY down from behind then falling heavily to the track and FLYING SHIFTY losing considerable ground. BINGO STAR ran out up the final straight. MAHONIE which fell underwent a Vet check which revealved no abnormalities.
Race 3	SL Computing Services Sprint - C2 - 375	TWIN RIVERS and LAFAYETTE were slow to begin. COSMIC PEARL was crowded shortly after the start between HYPOTENTIAL and COSMIC MACK. Racing into the first turn COSMIC MACK forced HYPOTENTIAL in onto WINSOME ACHIEVER, with HYPOTENTIAL and WINSOME ACHIEVER bumping for several strides. As the field turned in to the home straight COSMIC MACK was leading the field HYPOTENTIAL (fav) was racing behind the leader on the rail and shifted out across the heels of the leader then ranged up and ran into the shoulder and turned his head in towards COSMIC MACK who was unbalanced as a result HYPOTENTIAL also became off balance going back a length to be beaten in to 3rd place 3/4 of a length from the winner HYPOTENTIAL under went a vet check which revealed a mild muscle soreness right hip support with a 10 day stand down recommended The connections of HYPOTENTIAL were shown the video footage with a view to laying a charge of marring however the Stewards could not conclusively indicate that muzzle contact had been made ,but it was clear that HYPOTENTIAL failed to pursue the lure in the home straight . HYPOTENTIAL was stood down Rule 80.1b for 28 days failing to pursue and to complete satisfactory trial /s
Race 4	Superior Chunky Dog Rolls Sprint - C1 - 375	ONLY KATE was slow to begin. SO INSIGNIFICANT jumped outwards crowding NEWTON WILLOW which lost ground. Shortly after the start ASTUTE WHIZ was crowded between UTAH BOLT and CARUBA KING. Racing into the first bend CARUBA KING and NEWTON WILLOW jostled for several strides.
Race 5	Fond Foods LTD Sprint - C3 - 375	HOLLAND BADGER was slow to begin. Shortly after the start LEKTRA FANTASY and QUICK CAT jostled for several strides with LEKTRA FANTASY losing ground.
Race 6	All Sew Embroidery Stakes - C1 - 457	Racing into the first turn there was tighting as THRILLING NINJA came across onto SALT with MR. LOCHLYN in behind being forced to check off heels and lost ground back to the rear. ZAGATO and MR. LOCHLYN made heavy contact shortly after. ZAGATO raced wide throughout.
Race 7	Kirstie McGrail @ Harcourts Sprint - C5 - 375	HARVEY NICHOLLS on jumping away was jostled for several strides between TOI SHAN and GURU GOOSE. ASSEGAI shifted out after jumping away making contact with the hind-quarters of EMMA JAY. Rounding the first bend HARVEY NICHOLLS had to steady out off the heels of TOI SHAN forcing ASSEGAI out wider on the track. Shortly after crossing the winning line,TOI SHAN got onto heels of BLUE TRAMP and fell colliding with ASSEGAI which also fell. Both these dogs were sent for a Vet check and revealed no abnormalities.
Race 8	Stephen Marsh Racing Stables Stakes - C4/5 - 457	CASH KNOCKA was slow away from the boxes. WERE SO LUCKY raced wide racing into and around the first bend. KING MICK which was racing at the rear of the field, was held up early in the final straight before shifting inwards to obtain clear racing room finishing off the race well.
Race 9	0800 4 Down Cow Sprint - C1 - 375	NODDYS MISTRESS was slow away from the boxes and race wide throughout. EXCITING GIRL shifted inwards on jumping making contact with DOGGED DAN which was forced into the racing line of KEZZ which lost ground.
Race 10	Group One Waterloo Cup Heat - C5 - 457	Racing into the first bend, LOCHINVAR ONYX shifted in making contact with the hind quarters of PEKING TOM. KOKO WHIZ shifted out rounding the first bend, making contact with COOL IZMIR which was checked losing ground. LOCHINVAR ELLE raced wide rounding the first bend. Approaching the home straight, BENNY ROX was briefly unbalanced when PEKING TOM shifted outwards.
Race 11	Te Awamutu Self Storage Sprint - C4 - 375	From the boxes ASTON RED, FLYIN MAGNUM and MY JACK ATTACK all came together. Racing into the first turn MY JACK ATTACK checked off heels, then looped the field to race to the lead, finishing off the race well to win.
Race 12	Garrards Horse and Hound Stakes - C2/3 - 457	CAFE CHIC began awkwardly from the boxes making contact with RILEYS MATE which was forced into the line of RAGAZZA GAMBA. MR CHINO shifted outwards across the heels of CAFE CHICK and made solid contact with RAGAZZA GAMBA. Both FANCY TIP and ENDORSE raced in restricted room rounding the first bend and lost ground as a result.
