Judicial report: Under the Minor Infringement Table, Trainer J.T.McInerney was fined $ 100-00 for two separate breaches of Rule 69 .11 when HOMEBUSH CHOPPER ( Race 4 ) was presented 1.6 kilograms underweight from its last start weight on 28 September 2012 and HARLEY HAKA ( Race 5 ) was presented 1.8 kilograms overweight from its last start weight on 28 September 2012.

Race 1	Absolutely Electrical C0 Heat 1 - C0q - 305 Heat 1	SEDGEBROOK LAD began very awkwardly losing four lengths. ASIA OSTEE shifted in soon after the start and checked ANOTHER SNAZZA and GO RUSSEL GO and she continued to shift in nearing the first corner and again checked ANOTHER SNAZZA and GO RUSSEL GO and both GO RUSSEL GO and ASIA OSTEE made firm contact with the rail. They were both examined by the Vet and ASIA OSTEE was cleared of injury and GO RUSSEL GO was stood down for 14 days with a cut to the inside of a thigh .
Race 2	Harrison Hire Master C0 Heat 2 - C0q - 305 Heat 2	INTENSE ZOOM and ANOTHER GUNNA bumped together and lost ground at the start and HOMEBUSH SMOKE shifted in soon after and checked ANOTHER GUNNA who went back to the rear. GOLDEN ELLE shifted in going into the bend and checked INTENSE ZOOM and HOMEBUSH SMOKE and they both lost a little ground. INTENSE ZOOM and EYES HAVE IT bumped together on the home turn and lost ground when racing at the rear.
Race 3	Guthrie Bowron C0 Heat 3 - C0q - 305 Heat 3	KIWI RANGER shifted out from the start and checked GO AYLA GO who settled back in the field. WORKING POLAR shifted out on the first corner and checked IM A CATCH and GUNPOWDER GERTIE who both lost three lengths. The two favourites SHES COMING and GO AYLA GO came together and lost ground on the bend.
Race 4	Crombie Lockwood C0 Heat 4 - C0q - 305 Heat 4	MATILDAS BABE was awkwardly placed behind LIZZYLICIOUS and OTEWA BELLA and lost ground on the first corner. ANOTHER STONE and HEY YOU came together and lost ground going into the bend and they stayed back to finish near the rear.
Race 5	Palamountains Nutrition C0 Heat 5 - C0q - 305 Heat 5	HIGH FLY HUNTER shifted out from the start and bumped with CLUAIN MEALA . HARLEY HAKA shifted in going to the first corner and caused checks to JOHNNY WAGTAIL,THIRSTY SHAYNE, NINA BE GOOD, GUCCI RUSH and RUTHLESS with THIRSTY SHAYNE being the most affected and he lost several lengths and finished in last place. THIRSTY SHAYNE was examined by the Vet and cleared of injury.
Race 6	Wanganui Security C0D - C0d - 645	PETROL VOUCHER struck the rail on the first bend and lost a little ground and she was examined by the Vet and cleared of injury.
Race 7	Mickeys Super Liquor C1 - C1 - 305	THRILLING SQUEAL shifted out and collided with MEGA UPLOAD going into the bend and they both lost ground and soon after TENKAY DOWN shifted out and collided with BELLA SIENNA and they both lost ground and they finished in the last four places.
Race 8	Broad Roofing C1 - C1 - 520	DELUSIVE began awkwardly losing a little ground. OPAWA CHARLIE and ANOTHER COLT collided soon after the start and settled well back. HAIR SHE IS shifted in going into the first corner and checked REGAL STEP who then collided with OPAWA MIATA and went back to last.
Race 9	J P Print, Petone C1 - C1 - 305	ANOTHER JEWEL, LUCYLICIOUS and BOSS MAN SLOY were slow to begin losing three lengths and BOSS MAN SLOY then shifted in and collided with ANOTHER JEWEL. MISSY MACABRE wanted to race away from the rail going into the first corner and this resulted in checks to itself and also HOMEBUSH ALEX and BILLY HAKA and they lost several lengths and finished in the last three places.
Race 10	Keenan Concrete C1 - C1 - 520	MONTY DASH shifted out going to the first corner and forced ANOTHER COURSE, OPAWA BART and GIRLY DREAMZ wide into the first bend. GIRLY DREAMZ then drifted off the back of the field and finished several lengths last and was examined by the Vet and stood down for 10 days with bicep femoris insertion pain.
Race 11	Gary Ross Decorator C1 - C1 - 305	KINETIC FLYER led on the bend but went off stride approaching the home straight and went back quickly to finish several lengths last and she was examined by the Vet and stood down for 42 days with a suspected fractured hock.
Race 12	Farewell Shayne C2 - C2 - 305	BIGTIME TREASURE was slow to begin losing three lengths. DIGGIN ON YOU shifted in on the first corner and chhecked MISTER WHISKER and HOMEBUSH HELLS who both lost ground. DIGGIN ON YOU made contact with the rail in the incident, was examined by the Vet and stood down for 10 days with pain in both wrists.
