REBEL JOE was checked going into the bend and dropped back onto BOSS MAN SLOY and they both lost four lengths. Soon after, the favourite BOLT RAMA was checked and fell and he was examined by the Vet and stood down for 5 days with neck and shoulder bruising. |
| Race 2 | Beltdrive C1 - C1 - 375 | CRAZY BABY shifted in going to the first corner and checked RUN JUNIOR RUN who lost two lengths but he recovered to finish well to win the race. |
| Race 3 | Tasman Tanning Co C1 - C1 - 375 | BILLY HAKA shifted in from the start and checked HOMEBUSH TAYLOR who settled back. BILLY HAKA continued in and caused slight checks to FIRE BOY BAXTER and OUR REBEL GIRL . |
| Race 4 | Elite Powder Coaters c2 Final - C2f - 375 | KAZILLION shifted in from the start and checked RAMESSEE and SALLY SAY SO who both lost ground and settled back. HOMEBUSH HELLS shifted in going to the first corner and inconvenienced FLOATING AWAY who lost a little ground. |
| Race 5 | Nanas Knickers C1 - C1 - 457 | One of the favourites SAUCY TOMATO led early in the race but then drifted back through the field and in doing so collided with RON BAXTER and finished in 2nd last place. SAND QUEEN was also reasonably handy going to the first corner but then drifted back to be several lengths behind the 2nd last dog on the bend and finished at the rear. SAND QUEEN and SAUCY TOMATO were both examined by the Vet and SAUCY TOMATO was stood down for 10 days with pectoral and lattisimus muscle injuries and SAND QUEEN was cleared of injury. |

| Race 7 | Scott Instalations C3 - C3 - 375 | JACKIE SHIRAZ and SEDGEBROOK ELITE were slow to begin losing four lengths. JACKIE SHIRAZ then shifted out to race wide covering considerable extra ground but finished well for 4th place but SEDGEBROOK ELITE stayed back to finish in the rear group. |
| Race 8 | Carroll Contractors C3 - C3 - 375 | TRENDY KNOCKA'S, HOMEBUSH BUFFY and CAWBOURNE ELLEN jostled together when the start was made and they lost ground and settled at the rear. TRENDY KNOCKA'S recovered to make up ground for 2nd placing but the other two stayed back to finish at the rear. GLENADDIS BOY was examined by the Vet at the Trainers request and was stood down for 10 days with pectoral and sartorius muscle soreness. |

| Race 10 | Trophy Specialists and Engraving C5 - C5 - 375 | LOUIE MACHALL was handy going to the first corner but was checked and went back to last and stayed back to finish in that position. RUN A BATH who was following was checked in the incident and lost ground. |
| Race 11 | Emerge Architectural Design C2/3 - C2/3 - 457 | WANDY KYLE began to lose ground soon after the start and drifted off the back of the field to finish several lengths last and was examined by the Vet and stood down for 7 days with a tensor fascia lata muscle injury. ASHVEGAS VALUE shifted out soon after the start and bumped with THRILLING BUDDY . ASHVEGAS VALUE continued to move out going to the first corner and bumped with JUST MAC. BIGTIME WHIZZ and OPAWA BLACK came together and bumped going into the bend and they both lost ground. |
