Judicial report: Trainer D Schofield applied to the Stewards for the endorsment imposed under Rule 80.6 for BENNY ROX be removed as this dog has now had 15 clear runs
Trainers R & M & J Smith were fined $100-00 Rule 69.11 minor infringment rule when MOON WARROWER weighed in at 30kgs down 1.6 kgs from his last start on 13-9-2012

Race 1	The Brownzy Sports Bar Sprint - C2 - 318	WINSOME ACHEIVER (fav) was only fairly away from the boxes raced midfield across the top bend , checked over heels outwards then tried to get down to the rail nearing the home turn running in on to EXACT MASTER with LAFAETTE running in to the hind quarters of WINSOME ACHEIVER checking him sideways and losing ground back towards the rear . Soon after the start LEGEND BEE and FOUR TOO MANY came together for a couple of strides.
Race 2	Auckland Vending Sprint - C0 - 318	Racing down to the first turn TAKE ON ME ran outwards on to HIGH FLY HUNTER as MOUSE HOUSE attempted to cross over with HIGH FLY HUNTER being tightened back and ran on to the back of MOUSE HOUSE and went out and back a couple of lengths soon after WHEYHOUND was checked as QUESTION ME ran in to her WHEYHOUND dropped out to the raer finishing several lengths last at the line WHEYHOUND was sent for a vet check and was found to have suffered a right hock strain with a 14 day stand down recommended
Race 3	Magic Sprite Sprint - C3 - 318	Racing down to the first turn DON'T KNOW ran outwards on to THRILLING ISSUES VICKI'S QUEST and PATH TO PALMY with all these runners being checked Racing on to the top bend TATA SAFARI and BIG SAM'S GIRL collided
Race 4	Thornton Auctions Sprint - C1 - 318	Soon after the start COSMIC PEARL(fav) COOL TIME CULLENS IMPACT and NAUGHTY COURTY all came together as they jostled for positions NAUGHTY COURTY was turned sideways soon after NAUGHTY COURTY ran inwards colliding with STAT ME UP these two runners hampered each other for some distance resulting in NAUGHTY COURTY being tightned out to the rear further out COOL TIME and CULLENS IMPACT collided losing ground
Race 5	Sel's TAB Mangere Sprint - C5 - 318	On leaving the boxes BLACK COULDRON and AUSTIN WILD came together and jostled for several strides soon after racing in to the first turn BLACK COULDRON came out on to AUSTIN WILD as MOTHERLEE came in with AUSTIN WILD being tightened and checked back to the rear AUSTIN WILD was unable to improve to get back in to contention there after
Race 6	Sergio @ Stud Sprint - C1 - 318	On leaving the mat KANGA WHIZ TIGER TESS and KING'S MISTRESS all came together as RUN STACEY RUN ran outwards across the face of these runners with TIGER TESS and being forced on to heels stumbled slightly going back then was bumped as JETSUN COALl ran out pushing KING'S MISTRESS on to TIGER TESS ILA GLADYS ran out sharply from midfield at this point to get clear racing room . racing in to the first bend JETSUN COAL made contact with the rail after being pushed over by TIGER TESS and KINGS'S MISTRESS at this point these 3 runners all lost ground and were the last too the line . JETSUN COAL was sent for a vet check with no abnormalities being found
Race 7	Reel-Fishin.com Series Final - C4f - 318	ATE PIZZA (fav0 wasn't best away and was hit midsection by LACHLAN VALLEY on leaving the mat in straightning up ATE PIZZA ran in to LOCHLINNE losing ground further in ELLY'S GIRL ran inwards severly checking DOLLY SCRAMBLE and NATHAN'S CHAMP DOLLY SCRAMBLE then continued on an outward movement checking LOCHLINNE out on to ATE PIZZA both these runners jostled for several strides losing more ground back to the rear these 2 runners were unable to get back in to contention there after fbeing the last 2 across the line .
Race 8	Jo's TAB Onehunga Stakes - C1/2 - 527	FIRESIDE BLAZE was a late scratching at kenneling when presented with left hind emphysema with a 10 day stand down recommended Trainer R O'Regan was spoken to in regards the dogs injury and his explanation was excepted in that is is reasonable for this to happen on a trip in hot weather Racing to the first turn FANCY TOBY raced across on to the shoulder of RHYME IN MELODY forcing this runner to be tightened back a couple of lengths further out OPAWA JOHNNY ran outwards to avoid the heels of CRAFTY GRAHAM with OPAWA JOHNNY going back to the rear and never improved there after.
Race 9	$20,000 Pick6 Sprint - C3 - 318	Racing to the first turn PROVERBIAL crossed the heels of the leader MOON WARROWER in attempting to get out wide HIGH FLYER raced across knocking in to TEAM JACOB who ran in on to SAFE AND SECURE checking this runner almost in to the rail SAFE AND SECURE went back to the rear CHERRY TREE LANE and EMMA'S SECRET ran wide in to and across the top bend .
Race 10	Carol's TABS Stakes - C3/4 - 527	LOCHINVAR VALERO was away well from the inside draw he lead clearly in to the back straight where he soon strated to give ground back through the field to the rear finishing 10 lengths to the rear at the line LOCHINVAR VALERO was sent for a vet check where he was found to have a torn right gracilis muscle with a 42 day stand down recommended
Race 11	$5,000 Bonus Quaddie Sprint - C4 - 318	BERRIDALE BULLET was away well from midfield leading in the early stages , racing across the top bend BERRIDALE BULLET was tightened between HARVEY NICHOLS and CAWBOURNE STARS going back to the rear finishing several lengths to the rear at the line BERRIDALE BULLET was sent for a vet check.where no abnormalities were found CAWBOURNE MADZ was a late scratching at kenneling when found to be suffering from right hind hock/calf muscle strain with a 7 day stand down recommended Trainer j Udy was spoken to in regards to the injury he assurred the Stewards that he was surprised that the vet found this problem ,his explanation was excepted on thiis occassion .
Race 12	Plaster Board LTD Stakes - C5 - 527	Racing around the first turn BE DELICIOUS came down on to THRILLING CHARGE who was checked he recovered well to run on for 3rd placing at the line .
Race 13	Trophies Plus Sprint - C5 - 318	Soon after the start HOT LASS ran across on to EXCITING DREAM as SNICKO came out resulting in BLUE JEAN ALICE going back a length further on racing in to the first turn HOT LASS kept on her inwards run severly tightning EXCITING DREAM on to BLUE JEAN ALICE who ran in to BOY SPICE EXCITING DREAM went back to the rear and was not able to get back in to contention from there on in .
Race 14	Jack's Wholesale Meats Sprint - C1 - 318	Racing down to the first turn JETSUN PLAYBOY came in as PURE THEATRE moved out PURE THEATRE was checked back as JETSUN PLAYBOY crossed to the rail PURE THEATRE moved outwards soon after taking KIOWA WHIZ wide in to the top bend
