Judicial report: Under the Minor Infringement Table, S.Maher was fined $ 50-00 under Rule 71.4 when he failed to catch EXCITED ROYALE as arranged in race 3.

Race 1	Absolutely Electrical C4 - C4 - 305	ANOTHER HIT was slow to begin losing two lengths but made up ground well to finish in 2nd place. The winner SANDS OF TIME shifted in on the first corner when going to the lead and caused checks to RIBA LORDA, SHEEZA MEESHA, TALEEDY TROOPER and MEMPHIS HOTCAKES who all lost ground and they stayed back to finish in the last four places.
Race 2	NZRS Graduation Ht1 - NZRSq - 520 Heat 1	FALSE IMPRESSION shifted in going to the first corner and checked JAG YOU ARE and THRILLING RASCAL who both shifted out sharply which resulted in checks to BOTANY GARETH, OPAWA GIFT and GIRL RACER . BATANY GARETH and GIRL RACER fell heavily in the incident and THRILLING RASCAL was also classed as falling and all three were examined by the Vet and GIRL RACER was stood down for 21 days with leg lacerations. THRILLING RASCAL was stood down for 5 days with abrasions to both hind legs and BOTANY GARETH was cleared of injury.
Race 3	NZRS Graduation Ht 2 - NZRSq - 520 Heat 2	OPAWA JED was slow to begin losing three lengths. THRILLING AVA, JETSUN FLAME and HOMEBUSH FRASER jostled together and lost ground going into the first corner when EXCITED ROYALE shifted in and caused tightening.
Race 4	NZRS Graduation Ht 3 - NZRSq - 520 Heat 3	JETSUN DREAM was slow to begin losing three lengths. WYNDHAM and JUST MAC came together and checked going into the first corner and both lost ground with WYNDHAM the most affected losing five lengths and they finished in the last two places.
Race 5	NZRS Graduation Ht 4 - NZRSq - 520 Heat 4	MCKONE shifted in going into the first corner and collided with RAVEON and he then shifted out and caused a slight check to THRILLING ELLA .
Race 6	NZRS Graduation Ht 5 - NZRSq - 520 Heat 5	Two of the favourites ASHVEGAS VALUE and SAHARA STORM were the slowest to begin and they bumped together going to the first corner losing further ground and were still at the rear on the first bend. SAHARA STORM recovered to run home well for 3rd placing but ASHVEGAS VALUE stayed back to finish in last place.
Race 7	Mickey's Super Liquor C5 - C5 - 305	NIP TUCK raced very wide on the bend and into the straight over extra ground and finished in 2nd last place. CAWBOURNE COOKIE was handy enough on the bend but was checked back to last and finished in that position.
Race 8	Wanganui Oaks R/A Ht 1 - R/Aq - 520 Heat 1	The race was started two minutes late at the request of Raceday Control. ODE TO LIBERTY led going to the first corner but was checked from behind by TEPIRITA RITA and they went back to the rear. ODE TO LIBERTY continued to lose ground going to the back straight and was observed to ease and drift further behind and finished several lengths last. She was examined by the Vet and stood down for 10 days with deltoidus, quadricep and pectoral muscle soreness and is required to complete a satisfactory trial under Rule 81.
Race 9	Wanganui Oaks R/A Ht 2 - R/Aq - 520 Heat 2	REALON RUMBA shifted in from the start and caused jostling to HOMEBUSH HAYLEY, FANTA ALERT and BIG GIRL WELSHY who all lost a little ground. HOMEBUSH HAYLEY gradually drifted off the back of the field and finished several lengths last and was examined by the Vet and stood down for eight days with pectoral muscle soreness.
Race 10	Keenan Concrete C5 - C5 - 520	CORTECCIA, THRILLING SPRAT and VISIONARY MAN came together and bumped going into the first corner and they lost ground , settled at the rear and stayed back to finish in the last three places.
Race 11	Wanganui Security C5 - C5 - 305	WHAT A PEANUT was slow to begin losing four lengths. BILLY WHIZ and CORBY checked off the back of HOMEBUSH ZITA going into the bend and then collided and ran wide losing several lengths. HOMEBUSH ZITA went off stride soon after and drifted back to finish several lengths last and she was examined by the Vet and found to have suffered a hock injury and is now retired from racing.
Race 12	Farewell Jimmy C5 - C5 - 305	IMA SPICE who drew box 7, shifted in from the start and caused checks to DONKEY DEEP, MOODY MAN, HOMEBUSH LIGNITE, JUMPIN JULIA and MIRAGE and they all lost varying amounts of ground with JUMPIN JULIA and HOMEBUSH LIGNITE being the most affected. MIRAGE was checked again losing further ground in the approach to the home straight.
